Biden Demands Gun Control For You, Not Hunter
Biden Demands Gun Control For You, Not Hunter
One important fact seems to keep getting lost in media coverage of Hunter Biden. He is 51 years old.
FIFTY-ONE. He is not some lost teenager who fell in with a bad crowd, he is not an addicted 20-something just trying to clean up his act with Dad’s help, and he is no innocent. So when the media – both social and news – runs actual interference on legitimate news stories regarding Hunter, because it might reflect badly on Joe, remember why this is happening. The media had a vested interest in hiding anything and everthing it could that was negative about Joe or Hunter.
Tara Reade? Silence.
Hunter getting sued for paternity and child support? Not a story.
Does anyone remember this barely-touched story, where Hunter Biden lied in order to buy a gun? Not only that, but his sister-in-law/ex-girlfriend Hallie Biden, is an absolutely dangerous fool. You see, Hunter Biden bought a gun in 2018 – but he had to lie on his 4473 form in order to buy it. One would think that Hunter Biden, having a few brushes with the law and being the former vice-president’s son at the time, would have known that lying on that form is a felony. Again, what are rules to Hunter Biden?
POLITICO obtained copies of the Firearms Transaction Record and a receipt for the gun dated Oct. 12, 2018.”
Hunter responded “no” to a question on the transaction record that asks, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Five years earlier, he had been discharged from the Navy Reserve after testing positive for cocaine, and he and family members have spoken about his history of drug use.”
Lying on the form is a felony, though prosecutions for it are exceedingly rare.”
Maybe if prosecutions weren’t “rare,” then people would take the 4473 form seriously and, oh, NOT LIE WHILE FILLING IT OUT. It’s a thought.
So, Hunter was able to purchase a gun by lying. Then we get to the boneheaded stupidity of Hallie Biden.
The incident began when Hallie searched Hunter’s pickup, which was parked at her home in Wilmington, because of unspecified “suspicions she had,” according to the Delaware State Police report. Inside the truck, she found a .38 revolver.”
Hallie took the gun to Janssen’s Market, a nearby high-end grocery store where the Bidens are longtime regular customers. There, she tossed the gun, wrapped in a black shopping bag, into a trash bin outside of the store.”
What in the actual hell was this woman thinking. Hallie Biden should never be allowed to own a pet ever again, much less a firearm. And the tale only gets worse.
Later that day, Hallie informed Hunter of what she had done, and he instructed her to retrieve the gun, according to the police report. When Hallie returned to the grocery store, she found that the gun was missing from the garbage bin and reported the issue to the store. Police received calls from the store’s general manager, Paula Janssen, and from another person, according to the report.”
The missing gun caused heightened concern, according to the police report, because the grocery store sits across the street from Alexis I. du Pont High School.”
Whenever you think you’ve done something stupid, perhaps you can console yourself with “At least I’m not as stupid as Hallie Biden.” Also, we have now learned that Hunter was not only “dating” Hallie, but also “dating” her sister Elizabeth at the same time. Hallie seems to have to have some major delusions when it comes to Hunter, and deciding to get rid of a gun by tossing it in a garbage bin across the street from a high school is the gold medal of absolute batshit reasoning.
Remember, this is all happening in 2018. Imagine if a crime had been committed with that revolver, and it got traced back to Hunter’s lies and Hallie’s idiocy. No wonder Politico found it so interesting when the owner of the gun store said that the Secret Service tried to get their hands on Hunter’s paperwork.
While police questioned Hunter and Hallie, two Secret Service agents arrived at the store where Hunter had purchased the gun, StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply in Wilmington, according to the two people familiar with the incident. The agents showed their badges and identification cards to Palmieri, the store’s owner, and asked to take possession of the Firearms Transaction Record that Hunter had filled out to buy the gun earlier that month, according to the people familiar with the incident.”
Palmieri refused to hand over the transaction record to the Secret Service agents because such records fall under the purview of the ATF. The Secret Service agents left without the records, according to the people familiar with the case. Later that day, the ATF arrived at the store to inspect the records.”
The gun was eventually located when it was brought in by “an older man who regularly rummages through the grocery’s store’s trash to collect recyclable items,” says Politico, and Hunter and Hallie, by virtue of their connections, walked away with no charges. Hunter got away with lying on a federal form. Would you get away with that? Hallie got away with leaving a revolver in a public location, near a high school, where it WAS found by a random person. Would you get away with that?
So, when Grandpa Joe wants to lecture the American people about guns, gun ownership, and gun safety, what should we think about that?
After the shooting a couple of days ago in Indianapolis at a FedEx facility, Joe Biden had even more to say about guns. Dana Loesch pointed out that maybe he needs to start his gun control programs with his own family.
We have background checks and private transfers are ALREADY regulated.
We aren’t selling “assault weapons.”
Your son lied on his 4473 and your daughter-in-law stole a gun and threw it in the outside trash across from a school, so no lectures. https://t.co/YwEkIdStco

The shooting in Indianapolis is full of red flags and question marks. Eight people died, and yet the media is not running with it. When that doesn’t happen, you can bet something has gone wrong with the narrative that they want to push. Perhaps the FBI, who knew who the shooter was and who had already had one firearm confiscated by police, bears some responsibility for not following up on the gun laws the left insists always work. Narrative busted? Possibly.
You’ll notice that most of the other mass shootings that have occurred lately have almost completely dropped off the radar in favor of police shootings, which the press can more easily mold to their preferred narrative. Boulder, Colorado? Silence. A former NFL player murders six people, and then himself, in South Carolina. Did you even hear about that one? Atlanta, which the media insisted was a hate crime against Asians? That’s disappeared, too.
The media has zero interest in being an honest broker about these stories, as we saw on display when the Oregonian just yesterday tried to clean up after itself when it advertised that a man shot by Portland police on Friday was white, so there was no need to riot!
The Oregonian reassures Portland that there’s no need to riot, as the man killed by police was white.

The media is on the hunt for stories that fit their narrative. Joe Biden is just being handed the leftist playbook and told to say the lines in front of him. An honest press – more than just Peter Doocy – should be able to ask him pointed questions about Hunter’s lies and Hallie’s dumbassery. Which is probably why the White House keeps Biden away from the press. Even with the media collectively in the tank for Biden, they can’t risk an embarrassing question – one that old Joe likely won’t remember the answer to, and could say something… unscripted.
