The Supreme Court found five to four in a decision that said President Donald Trump could use the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members and other miscreants, but that they must get some due process. The filings in Washington D.C. were wrong. The case must be filed in Texas. The distaff side of the Supreme Court, led by Sonia Sotomayor, sees this as a threat to the rule of law. Hmmm?
