Voters Don’t Deserve To Know Biden’s Stance On Court Packing

Joe Biden is here to tell you that voters, especially those Republican voters, don’t deserve to know his stance on court packing. Yes indeed, he bluntly said that yesterday on a campaign stop in Nevada.

Hoo boy, where to begin? Will the mainstream media report on this? Possibly, but only if they can craft the narrative in such a way that it props Biden up. Oh wait, they are already doing that based upon what he said on Thursday in Arizona!

“But while 57% of Americans surveyed in a recent poll conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post say the Senate should wait to replace Ginsburg until after the election, a nearly equal majority, 54%, are opposed to adding seats to the Supreme Court.

That puts Biden in a tricky position and he’s been dealing with that by saying he won’t answer the question until after the election because it will shift the focus off of more fundamental issues like the economy and health care.

“You’ll know my opinion on court packing when the election is over,” Biden said, standing inside an airplane hangar at the Phoenix airport alongside Harris in Arizona on Thursday.”

Democrats and the media have been screaming themselves into a frenzy over President Trump having the AUDACITY to nominate anyone, let alone Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court in the middle of an election year. They’ve been sniveling about how this is so wrong and cannot stand.

WaPo’s Ruth Marcus is on a tear.

“The 2020 election isn’t about whether to expand the size of the Supreme Court. It isn’t about whether Democratic nominee Joe Biden states his position on court-packing. The election is about one thing: a referendum on the dangerous presidency of Donald Trump.

~snip

If Democrats, in response, are entertaining the radical idea of expanding the size of the court, it’s hard to blame them; Republicans have stocked the court with one and soon two justices whose seats they were not entitled to fill. This is slow-motion court-packing in plain sight.”

According to Ruth’s “logic,” dodging the question is the best tactic for Joe Biden right now. Why? Because this whole court packing notion is a red herring. President Trump is the greater danger here.

That’s a whole lotta pearl clutching!

I’ll admit it. I nearly hurled something at my TV the other night when Kamala started her condescending history lesson. I then had to laugh the next day when even the Washington Post fact checked her on her Lincoln history! It is important to note that while she said a lot of things, Kamala DID NOT answer the question!

Which brings me back to Joe Biden. He stuck his foot in his mouth not once but THREE times. First when he accused the viewers of being Republican, secondly when he said that Supreme Court vacancies had never been filled during an election year, and third by bluntly stating that voters do not deserve to know what he thinks about court packing.

Let’s break this down shall we?

A. It shouldn’t matter to a Presidential candidate about the party affiliation of people asking crucial questions. If you want to be elected, then you should be ready to answer any and all questions that concern the American public. The fact that Biden won’t should be of concern.

B. Yes, there have been multiple times, thirty in fact, when a Supreme Court vacancy was filled DURING an election year. George Washington, Lincoln, FDR, and even Barak Obama all filled a vacancy during election years. This isn’t the first time Biden has gotten facts wrong during his campaign.

C. Biden is unequivocally wrong. Court packing has major Constitutional implications for our Republic and voters absolutely do deserve to know where he stands on the issue. Moreover, we all deserve to know this BEFORE Election Day!

Refusing to answer questions and insulting voters is a feature with the Biden/Harris campaign. Coming across as abrasive, condescending, and bluntly informing voters that ‘you’ll have to elect me to find out whether I’m for or against court-packing’ is similar to how we ended up with the behemoth called Obamacare.

If Joe Biden can’t take the heat, then he needs to get out of the kitchen.

Seems that exchange with Biden is a ready made commercial for Trump.. Here’s hoping it gets used as it should!

Court packing is just a distraction, to take up news cycles from the critical issues Biden also refuses to discuss. What other issues…. Green Deal VII, gun confiscation, adding two or three new states, end American enregy independence, massive tax increases, food rationing, energy rationing, car rationing, housing rationing overseas travel restrictions, kissing the anal hole of the Iranians and Chinese, supporting Hamas, cutting ties to Israel, and the Big Kahuna — revokeing our Constitutional Republic (the electoral college) for a popular democracy where California get to pick the predisdent.
