AOC Jumps In Line For Shot In The Arm

AOC Jumps In Line For Shot In The Arm

Democratic Socialist, AOC, jumped in line to get the COVID-19 vaccine for all of her Instagram followers this weekend. We know what you’re thinking. Will the vaccine’s side-effects cause a sudden loss in her being able to open her mouth and speak?

Shame, shame, shame on us for that wishful thinking. But alas, there is no shame when you’re AOC. Actually, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is too dense mentally to feel any shame in going live on Insta to receive the mRNA vaccine with her 8.2 million followers.

I would would never, ever ask you to do something I wasn’t willing to do myself.”-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

Oh, really? Such as never fly on an airplane ever again or just buy the $7.00 croissant when you “absolutely have to fly” on an aircraft? Such as lock down and quarantine for months without pay? I know. My assessment is “unfair” because AOC wants people to get paid with government aid and programs because they can’t work, right? Free money, free housing, free medical, more handouts. Save your money on Boston University’s Economics and International Relations program, parents of soon-to-be college students. The girl can’t math to save her life.

One might also think AOC has bad Situational Awareness as she sits in her house, with her snoring dog, away from all of the yucky germs, getting her dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. One wonders if she wore her Christian Louboutins for the occasion? Why did AOC get the Coronavirus vaccine? She’s a public figure. This is how she describes her vaccine experience:

It’s kind of like the difference between if you had a burglar and then he broke into your house and you learn to to fight him versus if someone gave you a picture of the burglar… if you see that picture and you see that guy walking towards your house, you’re like ‘oh I know that guy, he’s a burglar’”-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

“I know that guy, he’s a burglar”, she says. So, AOC, are you saying that citizens should protect themselves in their homes? Americans should fight the big, bad burglar? How do you suggest we do that, exactly? Ahh, yes, (ding, ding, ding…) with a WEAPON! If I see a picture of that burglar and he comes towards my house, he’s getting a shot (and not in the leg). But, like, how do you know he’s a burglar AOC? How can you tell by the picture if half of his face is covered with a mask? How do you know if he identifies as a he, AOC? Aren’t you being a bit presumptuous and sexist? I digress…

So while AOC is likening the new COVID-19 vaccine experience to that of “seeing a picture of a burglar” and telling her followers that she “would never ask them to do something she wasn’t willing to do for herself”, the blue check Twitter community stands silent. But they sure were pretty darn vocal when 49 year-old Marco Rubio got his vaccine:

Young, healthy, 31 year-old woman, Ana? One who wore a mask so therefore, is more “protected” from the virus? One who “followed the rules” and masked-up, unlike those ignorant, unmasked Republicans? What say you?

It makes you wonder why an ER doc has not yet been vaccinated yet, doesn’t it? According to Dr. Faust, Rubio was “young” in comparison to 71 year-old Elizabeth Warren. AOC is 31 years-old and more likely to experience mild symptoms of the virus compared to say, my 77 year-old father with COPD. No worries, he will stay quarantined until the next round of vaccines makes their way to him. He’s only been on lockdown and fearful for nine months so what’s a few more months, right? We won’t be seeing him for Christmas. A small sacrifice to make for the “greater good”. The old, 77 year-old white man with COPD has to wait and “check his privilege” or something, right AOC? By all means, “Sandy”-you first.

And speaking old, of white (privileged) men, AOC got her vaccine even before 78 year-old Joe Biden! I see people defending this position. Government “officials” need to get their vaccines first. Their public broadcasts of receiving said vaccine will “instill confidence amongst Americans who are skeptical to receive the vaccine”. Sorry, not buying it. There is nothing AOC could do to bring me to have more confidence in her or anybody else in that lot.

Again, AOC’s SA is non-existent. Getting a vaccine and “warding off the burglar” while garnering “likes” on her Instagram because she’s an influencer. Getting a vaccine for a virus with a 99% survivability rate is oh-so stunning and brave, right? Yet, every day, as the news outlets report, frontline workers are pulling 13-hour shifts in protective gear, in hospitals with dwindling beds. But she took the jab, for you. She did it for the people in her district that underwent it’s own “existential crisis”.

I’ll be on calls with service workers, front-line workers, and they’re the ones who have to pull bodies out of apartments. There’s just so much first-, second- and third-degree trauma here.”-Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, The New York Times, May 2020

This is why AOC jumped in line ahead of that marginalized community she claims to champion. The “public servant” is doing her “public service” and getting a needle in the arm (when she should be getting a Gibbsslap) so she could work from home while people from the cheap seats watch? While workers at the Whole Foods in her neighborhood pack up her fancy cheese and wine for home delivery? The only “burglar” I see here is a perfectly healthy woman taking a vaccine that may not have any impact on her at all but could potentially save the life of someone’s beloved grandmother. “Don’t be silly”, they say. All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t need a shot in the arm, she needs a punch in the throat.

It occurs to me that we will never be rid of “this turbulent representative.” She occupies a safe (D) district, and her sheeple will keep reelecting her no matter how many times she proves her unfitness fort office. How did Piglosi refer to her district, it would reelect a glass of water if it had a D after it’s name?

That’s because her ‘lungs’ are larger than your father’s. *ahem*

I wouldn’t blame AOC too much for this, though. It’s standard policy to inoculate elected officials – they are the ones who can declare war (Congress) or execute it (President).

As to the ER doc? I doubt he has ever been first in line for a vaccination, unless maybe the Hepatitis ones. But, the vaccine has only been out and being administered for, what, a week now?

This silly hullabaloo is not so much a product of the progressives or even politicians, as it is of our 1950s thinking on “vaccines”. Then they protected us from polio; now they protect us from the sniffles – yet we still treat them as some extraordinary life-saving measure.

Heck, if they’d listened to me back in March (Covid parties and HCQ therapy packs), we’d be over this thing already.

How did that go…..? Vaccinate the politicians, if they survive, we’re safe from the vaccine killing us, if they die, we’re safe from the politicians killing us?

I say vaccinate all of those politicians with the vaccines developed by all of the companies. Either way, it’ll be good for the Citizens
