Dianne Feinstein Sends Letter To FBI Accusing Brett Kavanaugh Of Nothing [VIDEO]

Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) has been opposed to Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court from the start. However, after taking a back seat to the circus clown show goings-on led by Kamala Harris and Cory “Spartacus” Booker; she decided to DO something! And thus, sent a letter chock full of vague accusations about Brett Kavanaugh to the FBI.

“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. That individual strongly requested confidentiality, declined to come forward or press the matter further, and I have honored that decision. I have, however, referred the matter to federal investigative authorities.”

Wait what? HOLD THE DAMNED PRESSES!! Kavanaugh did something! Or did he?

You see, the information regarding the letter is well, vague.

Different sources provided different accounts of the contents of the letter, and some of the sources said they themselves had heard different versions, but the one consistent theme was that it describes an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman while they were in high school.  Kept hidden, the letter is beginning to take on a life of its own.

Hold on, this involves a potential possible thing that happened when he was in HIGH SCHOOL? And we are only finding out that there is a potential problem with Kavanaugh’s character NOW?

Something else about this. The letter conveniently relays that the writer of the letter was told by another person that something happened between her (or someone else?) and Brett Kavanaugh while they were in high school. The letter was then passed to Rep. Anne Eshoo (D-CA). When did Senator Feinstein finally see it? Not yesterday that’s for darned sure.

Yes folks, why DID she wait until now to drop this vague news that oh so subtly slimes Brett Kavanaugh on us?

And, as we all know, the Anita Hill debacle didn’t end well…for Anita Hill nor the Democrats.

There is an attorney involved in this mess. One who is very tied to the #MeToo movement. Which means the hysteria about this vague information is now in overdrive.

Exactly. And, as others are pointing out, this is why this kind of tactic is so hateful and honestly reeks of desperation. Democrats are willing to swim in the pits of slime more and more all because they don’t like Trump, they don’t like our Republic, and they don’t like anyone who had a different point of view from theirs.

Here’s Think Progress gleefully edging into libel territory.

Doesn’t matter that Ian deleted his tweet. He meant it when he put it out there in the first place.

Feinstein didn’t show the letter to her Democrat colleagues before sending it to the FBI.

Yes, he would’ve and made crazy faces while doing so.

Here’s the thing about this slimy smear of desperation.

The Democrats have chosen politics over trumped decency and honor.

Given Feinstein’s statements and what The Intercept reported, it’s a rumor that traveled through multiple sources like the Gossip Game and it no longer resembles the original rumor!

Feinstein wanted the FBI to jump on the case! Yet the FBI has other plans.

Oh. So, given the extensive background checks conducted on Brett Kavanaugh, this material didn’t send any alarm bells ringing for the FBI. Well, how about them apples?!!

This was an embarrassingly desperate move by Dianne Feinstein. Even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg thinks Democrats are off the rails regarding Kavanaugh.

I’m with Mark Tapscott on this.

This one gets my nomination for the Most Desperate Despicable Borking Since Bork.

YOU are frustrated with this process? Dianne, YOU are a very big part of the problem! You owe Brett Kavanaugh an apology for this smear.

I wonder if her Chinese handlers fed her information?

  • The Egyptian says:

GOOD GOD, if some of my high school escapades were made public, I woldn’t be reliable for dog catcher, as would 99% of American males and quit a lot of women too boot. What a load of bullshit

I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what federal law violation might arise ouit of some consensual–or even non consensual sexual act between hormone driven high schoolers. Rape, sexual assault, battery etc are all state criminal acts—not federal violations. But maybe the Mann Act? Taking a woman across state lines for immoral purposes? I’m going to go all John McEnroe here and say, “Are you kidding me? Are you (Feinstein and Co) really that stupid?”

The Mann Act was aimed at “white slavery” and prostitution. It sure as heck wasn’t intended for high schoolers from DC going off to Maryland to find a no tell motel for some afternoon nookie.

    Minor fix.

Why did she wait until today to send it to DOJ?
    Theater, duh.

By the time we learn what this constituent said the media will be so wrapped up in MeToo hysterics that the contents won’t matter.
Which is the whole point. Remember, the process IS the punishment.

BK and a girl within a few years of his age traveled to a different state and had consensual sex
ZOMG! AND he likes baseball?!? The man is a MONSTER!

this material didn’t send any alarm bells ringing for the FBI
Well, even if it were true, even if it were a true Pound Me Too moment, the FBI wouldn’t have any jurisdiction. It’s well outside any statute of limitations for cross-state canoodling, and minors having sex isn’t a federal crime.
Oh, and I’m pretty sure what was done was mostly legal, anyway. This was over 30 years ago.

Update according to The Guardian (no, I won’t give a link to that rag):
A source who said they were briefed on the contents of the letter said it described an incident involving Kavanaugh and a woman that took place when both were 17 years old and at a party. According to the source, Kavanaugh and a male friend had locked her in a room against her will, making her feel threatened, but she was able to get out of the room.
ZOMG! How horrible! Oh, the humanity!

I have the inside scoop on this. I can’t reveal everything I was told, but it involves a serious noogie in the lunch line.

  • Really Deplorable says:

I want to know what Kavanaugh was up to in grade school. Did he share? Did he talk out of turn? Does he remember the names of all the capitals?

  • Anne jones says:

I am voting for Feinstein’s crazy liberal opponent just to get her out of Washington. The opponent ( i dont even know his name) cannot do as much damage as she has over the years. It will take him years to steal as much as she and her husband have.

  • David Longfellow says:

Most likely explanation is that the story is a complete fabrication, like 90% of the Democratic parties claims.

  • Mitch H. says:

Ah. So, that Feinstein-Kavanaugh ‘letter’ thing is someone writing that someone else told her that back in high school they travelled out of state to have relations while they were both underage. So, Mann Act. Nominally. In the same sense that they used to jail black celebrities they disapproved of, like Jack Johnson and Chuck Berry. Some fifteen years after the actual statute of limitations ran out on the only-a-crazy-person-would-consider-an offense.

(Hey, Trump just pardoned Jack Johnson last year! Five-dimensional chess!)

  • William says:

The FBI has no jurisdiction over this type of complaint. What a dolt!

  • Skip says:

Finestein what a JOKE! She had to be coaxed to release the anonymous letter that said nothing but accused Kavanaugh of being a babd boy as a teenager while she was a really bad girl having a Chinese spy work for her while her husband was doing business and making millions from the Chinese? She is adorable and a ‘SNAKE” trying to avert everyone from her to the future judge. She should get an underhanded backstabbing lowlife award from congress. She has my vote.

JUST READ ABOUT THIS CRAZY FEINSTEIN WAS THROWN OFF THE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE
BECAUSE OF SOME BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY GOING TO SOMEONE…THIS BRAINY BROAD WHO
HAS EYES THAT CAN’T STAY OPEN BECAUSE OF HER AGE, FIGURED OUT SHE WAS MARRIED TO
THIS GUY THAT GOT ALL THE MONEY……JUST WONDERING, DOES THIS QUALIFY FOR HER NOT TO
BE A SENATOR WHERE ALL SHE DOES IS RIP REPUBLICANS APART…INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!
