Democrats are taking their admitted cheating playbook they perfected from Election 2020 and are about to make it law. Cheating moves include federalizing elections, ballots arriving long after election day are counted, deceased people voting, unregistered voters voting on election day, mandatory vote by mail, and automatic voter registration. And so much more. HR1, to be heard in a Senate committee on Wednesday is a buffet of unconstitutional badness. HR1 damage is lengthy. It is guaranteed to end free elections that make the United State exceptional.
Democrats call HR1 “For the People Act”. It is anything but. It is “For the Progressives Act”. It assures one-party rule forevermore.
“Nancy Pelosi’s top priority is to turn America into a one-party nation ruled by Democrats. Her bill HR 1 trashes the U.S. Constitution in an attempt to rig the system and make it virtually impossible to elect a Republican president or Congress again.”
Earlier this month, the House passed HR1 at the same time Biden signed an executive order (because why not?) signaling he could be ready to pass HR1 in the future by executive order if need be.
“According to the White House, Biden’s executive order modernizes Vote.gov, orders federal agencies to expand access to voter registration, provides voting access and education to prisoners in federal custody, examines barriers to citizens with disabilities voting and improves ballot tracking for overseas voters, including active-duty military.”
While the ink was drying on the EO, Biden criticized states for taking legislative action to prevent any cheating anomalies from happening in future elections.
“During this current legislative session, elected officials in 43 states have already introduced over 250 bills to make it harder to vote. We cannot let them succeed.”
The legacy of Selma is that while nothing can stop free people from exercising their most sacred power as citizens, there are those who will do anything they can to take that power away. It is inspiring and amazing that a super majority of states are taking on election integrity after the cheating anomalies of election 2020. If you’re President Biden, it is alarming. Good.
States are exercising their Constitutional right to conduct their own elections. Two hundred and fifty pieces of state legislation is, again, inspiring.
“The authors of the Constitution worried that Congress would try to seize control of presidential selection using dirty tricks like those in HR 1…The framers provided in Article II, Sec. 1 that only state legislatures would have the power to determine how the president is chosen. No national rules.”
A state could certainly challenge the obvious unconstitutionality, right? Wrong. Under HR1, that right would go poof too. Cheating perfected for Election 2020 and are about to make it law–including the ability to get courts involved.
HR1 not only federalizes elections, yanking away states’ rights to conduct their own elections, it yanks away their right to have their election grievances heard in court. Potentially even the Supreme Court.
“The bill…calls for an ethics code for the Supreme Court and mandates that presidential candidates disclose their tax returns…The bill…takes the unusual step of mandating a singular process for challenging the proposed new laws. The bill would require that legal challenges be filed in federal court in Washington, preventing states such as Texas, Georgia and North Carolina from contesting various aspects of the legislation at home where the judges tend to be more conservative…The bill requires that all the cases will be consolidated in Washington to expedite judicial review, forcing every state that wants to challenge the law to do so in a single lawsuit.”
As if the use of Dominion Voting Machines in 28 states wasn’t enough for voters to doubt their vote really mattered, Democrats hard push to pass HR1 signals their plan to remain drunk on power absolutely. After all, once the election books were fully cooked, let’s not forget Time magazine’s neener neener victory lap announcing the cheat was real.
Is there hope?
Lefties are admitting, to their chagrin, HR1’s chances of success are slim. The filibuster stops Democrats from going full bore Socialist once the Senate gets ahold of it.
“Unless Senate Democrats reform the filibuster, H.R. 1 is dead on arrival, and the best hope for repairing and improving our democracy dies with it.”
Don’t be too hopeful. Emboldened by their recent success passing their pork bill they call COVID relief, Democrats have a litany of bills – HR1 being one – they are ready to plunge through.
Once the pork bill passed, NBC asked Chuck Schumer if a talking filibuster was a possibility to undo elections as we know it. He gave a non-answer.
“All I can tell you is that we need big, bold action. And we have to figure out the best way to get it. If Republicans will work with us, great. But we’ve got to get it done. Period.”

If HR 1 becomes law, the federal government’s loss of legitimacy will be complete. There will no longer be any reason for granting its “authority.” Spread it far and wide.
I do not favor making voting easier, for anybody. An election involves selecting people who can make decisions that they can send people, armed with guns, to enforce. Voting is a serious matter, and needs to be taken seriously.
For those who are patronizing enough to believe that [fill in favored group name] can not deal with esoteric things such as obtaining I.D. or getting to the polls, they could do such things as offer to drive [fill in favored group name] to the requisite government offices or to the polling places. I have done just that, driven my neighbors who lack cars to the polls. Government is not the only solution to problems.
Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing (choosing) Senators.
This seems to be a conundrum clause, this does not federalize all election or really any at all. it aligns the proper time, and procedure for only senators and congressmen, but not the president (12th amendment). this procedure can be altered by federal law. I’m not sure of the details of HR1 but I doubt its honorable or has legal standing, hopefully the tenth amendment will shield states willing to protect their rights, and challenge it before the Supreme Court
