Companies must have all their employees vaccinated according to Joe Biden this evening. There are six pillars to his dictatorial mandate, which, in his speech he is calling REQUIREMENTS.
The teachers unions really REALLY aren’t going to like the push to keep or open schools. Then again, they’ve been hand in glove with the CDC regarding all the school mandates issued by the same for the last year. And, as we’ve now found out, they are in bed with the CDC more than anyone realized. Will the unions push back at this?
By the way, Biden threatening to remove Governors who stand in the way of teachers getting vaccinated is..a BIG PROBLEM Constitutionally!

Furthermore, out here in the Western U.S., I’ve been wondering about something. We’ve been living in a massive smoky haze since early July with multiple days/weeks that have less than two miles of visibility. Have any medical professionals considered that a significant amount of the respiratory issues are related to THAT instead of Covid? Or is it all Covid all the time? It sure seems that way doesn’t it?
Now let’s move to the vaccine mandates and the penalties for not getting vaccinated. Just this spring the Biden Administration was totally fine with people in the federal government getting tested on a regular basis, and quarantining themselves if they test positive. That is all out the window these days.
On the heels of companies such as Delta Airlines fining employees $200 per month if they don’t get vaccinated, United Airlines went a step further.
United Airlines is giving five more weeks to employees who sought, but were denied, a company exemption from getting vaccinated against COVID-19 on religious or medical grounds. After that, they could be fired or put on unpaid leave.
Airlines are ALREADY dealing with employee shortages as travel continues to ramp back up. Methinks, this vaccine mandate will cause United more headaches than they realize.
So, what does Joe Biden want to do regarding vaccine mandates requirements? Only mandate that not only must all federal employees get vaccinated and/or boosters, but he will mandate that ALL contractors doing work with or for the federal government vaccinate all their employees as well. There is ZERO ability to opt out, which tells me that both religious and medical exemptions no longer apply. In other words, if you want to keep your government contract that 100% of your employees must be vaccinated. Smacks more than a bit of government overreach if you ask me.
Oh, and if employees refuse? They get FIRED. The hypocrisy here, given the labor shortages all across the U.S.

Of the multiple issues regarding Biden’s new vaccine mandates, many are going to have an issue with this one.
The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans. And the roughly 17 million workers at health facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid also will have to be fully vaccinated.
So, not only is Biden mandating vaccine requirements for federal employees, and contractors, he is now mandating vaccines for PRIVATE businesses around the country.
The Labor Department in the coming weeks plans to issue an emergency temporary standard implementing the new requirement, which will cover 80 million private-sector workers, officials said. Businesses that don’t comply can face fines of up to $14,000 per violation, they said.
The employers will also have to give workers paid time off to get vaccinated or to recover from any side effects of getting vaccinated.
You can damned well bet this will have a detrimental impact on businesses across the country! The feds will implement this mandate and will happily fine those businesses who don’t comply.

Believe me, if you are company with 100 employees, and 6 employees aren’t vaccinated, that $84,000 can totally sink the business!
Furthermore, how exactly do they plan to enforce this mandate? Use OSHA along with the strike teams??

What authority would they FORCE people to take tests?
By what authority must people be forced to get a test or a vaccine? And NO, don’t give me the ‘it’s for the public good’ crap. Joe led off by shaming the 80 million Americans for not getting vaccinated. Which means he’s shaming the black community, people whose health is compromised, and EVERY SINGLE CHILD who is under the age of twelve for not getting vaccinated!
Do you know what is missing from Biden’s vaccine mandates, the ones earlier this year that he was against? Any funds directed towards dealing with the measles outbreak at Fort McCoy among the Afghans who came here last month, nor is there any mention of funds for testing and vaccinating those same folks from Afghanistan.
But Biden is here to tell us that freedom and personal choice, two MAJOR pieces of our Constitutional freedom no longer matter. Instead, do what our government demands, and get vaccinated, or face fines, be ostracized, or worse.
Biden has turned into a dictator so fast, my head is spinning!

Violates laws concerning contracting. It imposes a new requirement, and contracts will have to be re-negotiated. (BTW, if I were to get so much as a sniffle, I would go into 2 weeks of absolutely no work [I work from home], and demand it be direct charge time to the government; just like if they require me to get a certification to continue to work they have to provide the money for the training and work time. Also any time spent waiting to get the jab or afterwards waiting to go home. Every time.)
Better do your Christmas Shopping early; this 4th Quarter is not looking good.

At least the Dems have fully embraced their fascist tendencies now. We’ll have to wait and see if The Squad and such will push them over into full-on communism.

If you don’t have a job, they won’t mandate you get jabbed.
If you are a Postal employee, you don’t have to get the jab.
How many “99 employee” companies are we going to have?
How can they enforce this ? As with all mandate they are suggested not actual laws. The courts are heating up and

Out of those 674,000 plus listed last year as death with covid ? 20,000 were from covid with no detectable co morbidity ( about 0.35% ? Flu is 2-3% and they cant tell the difference between the two)
That is less than the flu that kill 45000 yearly BTW these are CDC stats and the flu didn’t exist last year , by CDC
So you can bet that most of the covid deaths were from the flu which is more virulent than covid
