Blue on Blue is LIT tonight. Evidently, the Democrat infighting has gotten such traction that there isn’t just ONE, but THREE responses by Democrats to Biden’s State of The Union address.
First, there’s Rashida Tlaib who, courtesy of the Working Families Party, deciding she needs to lecture the moderate Democrats. Keep in mind, that group is a favorite of Bernie Sanders, who has never met a progressive he doesn’t like.
Despite some sensational coverage, it’s simple: I’m giving a speech about supporting President Biden and his Build Back Better agenda for the people. Look past the headlines & hear progressives’ vision for working with the President & Congress to deliver for our residents. https://t.co/QMVBxbUV3Q

Yes, the Working Families Party who wants the government to run EVERYTHING, isn’t happy with Democrats such as Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema.
Biden’s “agenda is incomplete,” said Maurice Mitchell, national director of the Working Families Party. “We’re going to be clear about who and why the agenda is incomplete. There are particular political actors — of course Republicans, but then a very niche, small group of obstructionist Democrats. And we’re going to name names.”
Oh gosh, I’m so scared. Aren’t you? Given Joe Biden’s speech tonight, what was the substance of her response?
Quite honestly, as I watched this speech, I wondered. A. What committee assignments is she jockeying for? B. Is a governor run her next gambit? Her tone and demeanor on this speech is distinctly different from most of her previous speeches.
Next up we have a group of Democrats calling themselves the “No Labels” group. Evidently Rashida Tlaib’s grandstanding ticked them off, hence their decision to run a response as well.
Centrist House Democrats are unloading on Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) for her plan to give a response to President Biden’s State of the Union address on Tuesday.
“It’s like keying your own car and slashing your own tires,” Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.) told Axios.
~Snip
Gottheimer told Axios the State of the Union address is no place for it to play out: “It’s massively counterproductive.”
“This only highlights the real tension between the socialist far left and the common-sense moderate wing, which is focused on crime, costs, tax cuts and affordability, and turning the page on COVID.”
So, after yelling about the fact that Tlaib is doing a SOTU response and pointedly stating that she SHOULDN’T, they are giving a response. There really isn’t enough popcorn for all of this Blue on Blue action right now.
Finally, the Congressional Black Caucus decided to get in on the action. Remember how they kept their butts planted in their chairs when President Trump announced that Black employment was the highest in decades?

How in the world will they ever explain that all that went away over this last year? Oh wait, I bet they’ll ignore that issue.

Needless to say, no matter what any of them said, the end result is the reaction to Joe Biden. Which really is a combination of ‘did he really say that?’ and ‘what the hell is he talking about?’

Welcome Instapundit Readers!Uh, Rashida? In January we’re going to impeach the motherfucker.
Any “common-sense” moderation of democrats is only coming from dem senators Machin and to a lesser extent, Sinema who are in competitive states. Detroit voters thought they getting an upgrade with Tlaib from the hapless, ethically compromised John Conyers. Of course Detroit doesn’t have ‘expectations’ of their political class any more. Political office there is now just a grift lottery.
