Peace, Sovereignty, and Security are the pillars of the United Nations, and the cornerstones of President Trump’s speech. Critics were ready to pan every word that he uttered. Supporters were ready to cheer.
Others, such as myself, were waiting to watch the speech and make our own determination.
Pres says our success depends on a coalition of strong and independent nations embrace their sovereignty and seek peace.

North Korea is the most brutal regime in the world. That country, led by a short, fat evil little dictator, has been flexing its muscles for several years now. Thus far there have been multiple missile tests. Missiles that can now carry miniature nukes. And let’s not forget North Korea’s cozy relationship with Iran.
Is North Korea putting its country and its people first? No, the brutality of the regime towards their own people speaks for itself.
Needless to say, speculation was running rampant as to what President Trump would say about North Korea. Interestingly, the North Korean delegation was placed right in the front row.
So, what did the President say?
Of course, there are many who are just aghast at what he said. They can’t decide which is worse. The fact that he called out North Korea for the brutal, evil regime that it is, that he made it clear that the U.S. will respond if we are forced to, or that he called Kim Jong Un “Rocket Man.”
Pyongyang’s “reckless” pursuit of nuclear weapons “threatens the entire world with unthinkable loss of human life,” Trump told the 193-member U.N. General Assembly.
If North Korea continues down this path, Trump said, “we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea.”
For those who now have their shorts in a knot over Trump’s harsh words, here’s something to keep in mind:
Obama just last year to CBS: "We could, obviously, destroy North Korea” https://t.co/IrzjpO9W74 https://t.co/02BpOYvLWQ

Did anyone who is freaking out over President Trump’s remarks, freak out the same way when Obama said the same? No. You know why? Because Obama would, and never did, follow through in terms of protecting the U.S., protecting innocents such as Otto Warmbier, or shutting down brutal regimes.
North Korea wants to decimate the world and rule over the rubble it will leave in its wake.
North Korea in July conducted two intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) tests and earlier this month said it successfully tested a hydrogen bomb than can be placed on an ICBM.
That right there, folks, should have the entire world sitting up and taking notice. That earthquake in North Korea just a couple of weeks ago? Hydrogen bomb test. This is bad, folks. Very very bad…for everyone. Yet, there are those who have immediately swung onto the apology tour on behalf of North Korea!
Now watch as CNN defends the countries President Trump attacked today; Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, Iran, North Korea. #UNGA

Okay, so do little Kim Jong's threats to NUKE America count as a war crime too? Absurd https://t.co/M8phaCKDfZ

Trump is giving North Korea every excuse it needs to keep nuclear weapons.

That’s just pure Horseshit right there. North Korea tested multiple missiles during the Obama Administration. WHOA FAT! Kim Jong Un thumbed his nose at the United States multiple times, and Obama said pretty words in response. Pretty words that never stopped Lil’ Kim from continuing his weapons build-up.
When foreign policy Twitter says Trump's speech "alienated allies" they mean it "alienated Obama staffers."

President Trump, before the world, directly called out the dangerous brutality of the North Korean regime. He is correct. Rogue regimes are the ‘scourge of the world.’ No country does itself a favor by engaging with one or looking the other way. We must confront the wicked few, otherwise evil will flourish, to the detriment of us all.
Excellent speech! and I can’t help but giggle, thinking of leftist heads exploding at it all! It’s bout time that an American President got in front of the UN, and said what needed to be said…of course, enemies of this country, both foreign and domestic (do those words sound familiar?) need to be scared and upset by these comments..
Oh believe me, the exploding heads are a sight to behold. Especially since ever word they utter gets debunked by FACTS!
That earthquake in North Korea just a couple of weeks ago?
Evidently it jiggled a volcano in the area – that sits on the border of NK and China. China told all the tourists to get out and stay away for a bit. Would be karmic somehow if magma destroyed NK, instead of MAGA.
The visual of a volcano being ‘jiggled’. LOL!
C’mon Karma!
