Grandpa Joe went on the TV last night and asked for unity and kindness for Christmas.
“The message of Christmas is always important, but it’s especially important through tough times like the ones we’ve been through the past few years,” Biden said from the White House. “The pandemic has taken so much from us. We’ve lost so much time with one another, we’ve lost so many people, people we loved – over a million lives lost in America alone.”
“That’s a million empty chairs, breaking hearts and homes all across the country,” he continued. “Our politics has gotten so angry, so mean, so partisan, and too often we see each other as enemies, not as neighbors, as Democrats or Republicans, not as fellow Americans. We’ve become too divided.”
The irony is off the charts here. This is a guy who warned us last year that winter would be a season of death for the unvaccinated.
I guess last year’s Christmas message wasn’t much of a hit. https://t.co/5ekfmXlw13 pic.twitter.com/7xj3VaNNUJ

Is that rhetoric such that unity and kindness will resonate from? I think not.
Furthermore, for a guy wishing to find unity and kindness under the tree on Christmas morning, his rancid Independence Hall speech is a reminder of how incredibly divisive Joe Biden really is.
Yet yesterday he whined that our political discourse is too ugly and angry.

Politics has always been divisive. That’s just a fact. However, when people on the conservative side are targeted for trying to protect their children from predators in the community and school, and Democrats all over the map inform us that WE must not question the narrative, the science of Fauci’s Covid, the behemoth omnibus bill that could very possibly crater our economy, the Afghanistan debacle, the January 6 committee, or even elections, you tell me who needs to be reminded about unity and kindness? It certainly isn’t conservatives!
Meanwhile, progress, stuff and things!
We’re surely making progress. Things are getting better. COVID lon- — no longer controls our lives. Our kids are back in school. People are back to work. In fact, more people are working than ever before.
Americans are building again, innovating again, dreaming again.
Yes, for many Covid lockdowns and masks are no longer mandated. However, there are schools across the country (in liberal communities such as Virginia and California) that are looking at mask mandates again starting in January.
Building again? No, there are businesses all over the country desperate to hire people and NO ONE APPLIES. People got FIRED for not getting vaccinated. Building, dreaming, and innovating? Tough to do when even major companies such as Jeep are closing up shop and moving to Mexico!
And don’t get me started on fact that inflation is at a forty year high which the entire Biden Administration wants us to forget. People are living paycheck to paycheck or are hitting food banks, NOT because Republicans are voting against things like childcare, but because the Biden Administration has been spending money hand over fist on things like woke programs and funding Ukraine with zero checks and balances. Meanwhile, our border is a freaking sieve and the dangers it poses from fentanyl, terrorists, and criminals is getting worse by the day. What does the Biden Administration do? Refuse to fund the Border Patrol in the omnibus bill, and issue a gag order keeping them from publicizing the REAL numbers of illegals flooding into this country.
The DOJ is going after parents, labeling those who speak out at school board meetings, domestic terrorists. We find out that the FBI has been all up in Twitter’s grill for years now, and likely other social media platforms, yet we are informed there is nothing to see here, step right along.
As far as his unity and kindness message, this was a notable paragraph early in his speech.
And we look to the sky, to a lone star, shining brighter than all the rest, guiding us to the birth of a child — a child Christians believe to be the son of God; miraculously now, here among us on Earth, bringing hope, love and peace and joy to the world.
Joe is Catholic. MOST Catholics believe Jesus is the Son of God. And yet, THAT is how his speech described the birth of Jesus?
As his speech says, we should all be looking at one another as human beings worthy of being treated with dignity and respect. Out here in the real world, that happens frequently. In the DC, media, and Biden bubbles, those two character traits are thrown out the window. Instead it’s division, gaslighting, and name-calling.
We are facing a recession and Biden’s response is to point fingers and tell us it’s the Republicans who are the problem. Is that kindness and unity? Nope, not one bit.
Believe me, I’d LOVE to see some kindness and unity come from the White House. However, the Biden Administration track record these last two years is dismal. Remember, they and the liberals only want kindness and unity on THEIR terms.

Hm….nah. Don’t feel the need to show compassion to him or his kind. I save that for human beings.
LOVE that picture of Biden Scrooge
