The Lindsay Clancy case continues to get more bizarre thanks to her jackass of an attorney, Kevin Reddington. In today’s court hearing, he now claims Lindsay didn’t murder her children. Why? Because lack of evidence. 

Defense lawyer Kevin Reddington asked Judge William Sullivan to find the 36-year-old Duxbury, Massachusetts, mom not guilty on three counts of first-degree murder after a grueling six-week trial that ended with a hung jury earlier this month.

“Where is the evidence that she did this?” Reddington asked the court Tuesday morning.

The 75-year-old veteran attorney claimed the DNA and fingerprint evidence were “woefully deficient,” the prosecution’s timeline was “ridiculous,” and the police investigation was inadequate.

“In this case, there was no investigation. They just immediately assumed that this woman was guilty,” Reddington said.

The impassioned lawyer also claimed there’s “no evidence” Clancy admitted to the killings — instead, she was told by others what they believed happened when she awoke from sedation at the hospital.

“This entire case is based on speculation,” he argued.

“She was told what happened. She had no memory of what happened,” the lawyer added. “There’s no evidence that she admitted that she did this.”

My jaw literally smacked onto the floor when I read that. That is seriously one helluva U-turn! Reddington spent the entire trial putting it on the record that Lindsay DID admit to killing her children, while blaming the medical profession for the tragedy. Now, suddenly he’s done an about face and is claiming there’s no evidence?? WOW. Just. WOW.

Oh, but there’s more. He got in some digs about the lone juror as well.

Reddington stopped walking briefly, pausing to tell the media he’s not to blame for any backlash the lone wolf juror, Michael P. Desronvil, faces after the panelists forced a mistrial in the killer mom case.

“It’s not my fault that the jury deals with this guy, from Houston, who is not a serious person, who ends up making statements repeatedly, continuously, just fanning the flames, to hear himself talk, and keeps talking about the jury as he’s looking at $400,000, apparently, from his GoFundMe, going on ‘Hannity’ making statements — please.”

Reddington was careful not to refer to Desrevil by name after prosecutors filed a motion Monday asking for a gag order on the defense attorney.

“I am not attacking anyone,” the attorney told reporters.

“And I’m really tired of it.”

HE’S tired of it? He’s the one who has spent days lambasting Desronvil for not bowing to the angry jury mob. And then had the gall to get pissed off when the judge was attempting, badly, to hold him to account.

Love that abrupt move to blame President Trump, who only stated that the whole thing was a very sad situation, instead of stepping back and realizing that he is the one who has been out of line. And yes, he absolutely has been going after Desronvil. He’s been doing so since the very moment the trial ended.

But now he’s claiming there’s no evidence that Lindsay murdered her three children.

Good luck with that. Between Kevin Reddington and the gang of eight AWFLS on the jury, our legal system has been dragged into the gutter.

Michael Desronvil, the lone holdout juror, made a very good point on Hannity.

“I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels,” Michael Desronvil, who is said to be hiding out at an undisclosed location, said in a video statement airing exclusively on Fox News’ “Hannity” Monday evening. “The ones that can’t speak for themselves, the ones that can’t defend themselves, and the ones that can’t fight the battles — and those are Cora, Dawson and Callan.”

Kevin Reddington doesn’t care about Cora, Dawson, and Callan. It’s VERY clear that most of the jurors did not. Nor does anyone of the very online jury and “medical experts” out there.

Now he’s claiming there was never any evidence that Lindsay murdered her children. He had PLENTY of time to make that argument during the original trial. In fact, his argument during the trial was that she DID kill her children while in postpartum psychosis. He stated that repeatedly.

Evidently Reddington couldn’t make this argument during the trial because of what the judge did and didn’t do. Oh, so it’s the judge’s fault? Well, that’s certainly a …take.

This is insane. Reddington is now using the TikTok defenses. Stuff he never said at trial so he can affect the next jury.

Exactly. He’s using this ploy to drag out the process, inflame the very online mob further, and taint a future jury pool.

The chaos is the point with this. Actual reasoned defense for Lindsay is not. Any concern for her murdered children? Non existent.
