Chuck Schumer and Ilhan Omar vigorously defended the evil that is abortion today. They did so by threatening SCOTUS and calling them sexual predators.

What was going on that led to this you ask? This case, June Medical Services v. Russo, that SCOTUS heard arguments on today. 

“”Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh seemed key to the outcome of the Supreme Court’s consideration of a restrictive abortion law from Louisiana, with both wondering Wednesday how a 2016 decision striking down an identical law from Texas should guide their judgment.
With the court’s four liberals appearing convinced that the Louisiana law is unconstitutional, Roberts could cast the deciding vote in the court’s first examination of abortion since President Trump’s two nominees joined the bench.

He asked a variation of the same question at least three times: Should the court undertake a fact-dependent, state-by-state review when examining a law’s restrictions? He did not indicate that he had made up his mind on the question.””

Let’s take a look at what this 2014 law is all about. Upon reading, one finds out that it is a law designed to protect women who are getting abortions. SPECIFICALLY, if an abortion procedure in a clinic goes wrong, and the patient needs to be transported to a hospital, the doctor who performed the abortion can relay pertinent information to the hospital because said doctor would have privileges there.

Currently, that is not the case. Thus if an abortion does go wrong, the medical information would be relayed to the hospital via the EMT’s.

This is the law that pro-abortion folks think will be the end of Roe v Wade. Not likely. A ruling on one specific aspect of one specific piece of legislation isn’t going to stop Roe v Wade.

The United States Supreme Court with those two new icky justices named Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are going to throw pro-abortions absolute favorite law out the window and they must be stopped at all costs!

Which led to lovely protests this morning outside SCOTUS.

Good ole Chuck Schumer decided to throw fuel on the fire. His speech starts at two hours twelve minutes in at this video link. However, what is most important is what he said specifically about Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. 

““They’re taking away fundamental rights,” he said. “I want to tell you Gorsuch, I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.””

After that Ilhan Omar piled on.

What irresponsible and inexcusable rhetoric from both of them! First of all, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh are members of the United States Supreme Court. What exactly does Schumer expect people to think when he says they will pay the price, and that they won’t know what hit them?? The complete implication here is that if Kavanaugh and Gorsuch rule the WRONG way on this case, then a price of some kind will be expected.

In other words, Chuck Schumer’s threatening language is completely inexcusable and dangerous.

Ilhan Omar is an idiot who needs additional lessons on the Constitution and healthcare.

Killing a baby isn’t healthcare. It is murder. Period.

Please someone show me where in the Constitution does it say abortion is a right? I looked and can’t find it anywhere. What am I missing? Oh wait, I’m not missing anything. Yes, Roe v Wade was decided by the Supreme Court in 1973. HOWEVER, it did NOT become an amendment to our Constitution.

Finally, calling Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh sexual predators is A. not cool, and B. laughable given the problems Ilhan herself is facing.

June Medical Services vs Russo isn’t a law that shuts down abortion clinics. It is a law that is designed to ensure that the health and welfare of the women receiving an abortion is looked after. But semantics and specifics like that don’t matter to the pro-abortion crowd. They want abortion anyway they can get it and don’t give a rats ass about the actual health and welfare of their patients or the babies that are being murdered.

In light of their dangerous rhetoric, specifically Schumer’s rhetoric, Chief Justice Roberts issued a blistering smackdown.

Chuck Schumer and Ilhan Omar have just demonstrated that, even when it comes to abortion, the health and safety of women is not their concern. Their character is showing and it’s ugly.
