J6 Committee Chair Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is an election-denier. Yet, he insists today that Biden won the 2020 election fair and square.
This is a guy who has helped trot out witness after witness purporting to have THE smoking gun that will prove that President Trump was the instigator of the January 6 protests. As of yesterday, he is still insisting that Ginni Thomas has a great deal to answer for, and they will make her testify.
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), a member of the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, on Sunday said Ginni Thomas, the wife of conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, has “relevant testimony” to offer.
Thomas reportedly pressured two Wisconsin state lawmakers to overturn the result of the 2020 election in favor of former President Donald Trump, in addition to her previously known emails to 29 state lawmakers in Arizona, urging them to install a slate of alternate electors, according to The Associated Press.
Biden won by over 20,000 votes in Wisconsin and by more than 10,000 votes in Arizona.
“I would say she has a relevant testimony to render, and she should come forward and give it,” Raskin said of Thomas on CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “I don’t want to overstate her role. We’ve talked to more than 1,000 people.”
*Sigh. If it’s anything like Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony, those people who are claiming that Ginni Thomas was one of the key instigators, are operating on the ‘I heard someone speculate about what possibly took place, so therefore it is fact and DID happen’ narrative.
Jamie Raskin has spent months promising bombshell after bombshell that will prove the committee’s chosen narrative. He has emphatically stated numerous times that any claims of votes not being counted, votes lost, or votes changed is the worst kind of election denial and must not be allowed to stand.
As if it’s not enough to coerce Ginni Thomas to testify before the committee, Raskin is claiming that if Vice President Mike Pence doesn’t voluntarily show up to testify, they will force him to.
Again, this is a guy who is telling us that questioning the results of the 2020 election is wrong and we need to stay in our lane.
This is a guy who, along with the rest of the January 6 Committee has been spending the last few days applauding Biden’s malevolent rancid speech in front of Independence Hall on September 1st.
According to Biden and his ilk, anyone questioning the results is an extremist. Anyone who toes the Democrat party line, even those mainstream Republicans, will be welcomed into the fold as long as you are useful. And Liz Cheney, among others, is certainly useful.
Liz has yet to say anything about Biden's malevolent speech on Sept 1. But goes after Trump instead. Can only assume she agrees with everything Biden said. https://t.co/IqfzLw7W95

Well, as a surprise to no one, we find out that Jamie Raskin, the much-vaunted chair of the J6 Committee is himself an…election denier!
In 2016, he was sure and certain that President Trump somehow stole the election from Hillary.

However, election denial or claims of stolen elections by Jamie Raskin goes back further… all the way to 2003.
Incredible work by the RNC to find a 2003 (!) clip of Jamie Raskin saying that the 2000 presidential election was stolen. https://t.co/r7hXAj6KVl pic.twitter.com/0uo57szWWM

Remember what happened in 2003? I do. It was weeks of lawsuits and the media breathlessly reporting on instances of hanging chads as the battle for vote clarity in Florida took place. What election was that? Bush vs Gore. If you didn’t watch the clip, here is what Raskin said.
“The court has been thwarting formation of the popular will, the most spectacular example being Bush versus Gore, where the majority, by a 5-4 vote, enjoined the counting of more than 100,000 ballots in Florida and essentially gave America its first court-appointed president.”
Yes, he literally claims that votes were NOT counted, even though many of the votes were counted multiple times over those few weeks. That was then folks. NOW we are supposed to accept all results, because they say so.
The hypocrisy is deep and wide here. Election denial is only ok when THEY do it.

Typical leftist projection and double standards.. Nothing new at all.
Ummm, Nina, I’m pretty sure there was no Presidential election in 2003. You’re thinking of the election of 2000 and the ballot counting of 2001.
[…] was fraud and irregularities across the country. Ginni’s informed the committee that many Democrats have questioned elections and Liz’s only response was just another snide remark about how we […]
