The Trump indictment circus has only just begun. With lots of takes from yesterday, we learn of the judge who supposedly “drew” for her spot in Trump’s upcoming hearing.
Lucky for Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan, she’s familiar with the events of January 6th. In fact, she handled about 31 cases related to January 6th. Chutkan, an Obama appointee, has given higher sentences than recommended by the government in nine different January 6th cases and has matched government recommendations in 14 other cases.
By comparison, around 80 percent of all January 6th defendants have received sentences below government recommendations. In other words, Chutkan gives elevated sentences at a far higher rate than other judges handling similar cases.”-Bonchie, Red State
A woman with an axe to grind.
According to ABC News, Chutkan “worked in private practice and then for the District of Columbia Public Defender Service early in her law career before joining the law firm Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, where she worked for 12 years and specialized in white-collar criminal defense”.
And while we are on the subject of white collar criminals, the law firm, Boles, Schiller, & Flexner is very same law firm that gave Hunter Biden a sweetheart of an employment deal some years back.
Nothing to see here, moving right along.
Chutkan has also donated to the Obama campaign-roughly $4,300 to his presidential campaign and victory fund combined between 2008 and 2012.
Again, nothing to see here.
According to The Associated Press, Tanya Chutkan was also dubbed a “tough punisher” of Capitol rioters.
Funny, AP is so quick to use the word “rioters”, but not at all surprising.
Chutkan has sentenced at least 38 people convicted of Capitol riot-related crimes. All 38 received prison terms, ranging from 10 days to over five years, according to an Associated Press analysis of court records.”-Michael Kunzelman, AP
Judge Tanya Chutkan also called it a “false equivalence” to “compare the actions of people protesting, mostly peacefully, for civil rights to the mob that was trying to overthrow the government.” She also said doing so “ignores the very real danger that the Jan. 6 riots pose to the foundation of our democracy”.
Because vandalizing and burning down city blocks upon city blocks during these “mostly peaceful protests” was not a real danger to “the foundation of our democracy” at all, right?
These were the Minnesota RIOTS. Do these look like “mostly peaceful” protests to you? These “mostly peaceful protests” prompted Vice President, Kamala Harris to support a bail fund that actually freed a convict who was charged with murder.

This indictment is intended to distract. We have a judge, deeply embedded in the establishment sludge of the Beltway who was assigned the spot by a random flip of a coin. We have a politically biased judge, now at the helm of this cluster. We suppose the timing of this indictment is of no coincidence, either. To note, we have a historically unpopular president in our White House currently-a mentally inept president, at that. We also have investigative reports closing in on the insane levels of corruption of the current, mentally inept “Big Guy” and his family. Donald Trump may not be squeaky clean but we’ve gone rounds on this whole spectacle before.
The corrupt federal police just won’t stop until they’ve achieved their mission: eliminate Trump. This is un-American & I commit to pardoning Trump for this indictment. Donald Trump isn’t the cause of what happened on Jan 6. The real cause was systematic & pervasive censorship of… pic.twitter.com/c1OpZNOl6c

Vivek is on to something here.
That was after a year where we had told people across this nation that you had to stay locked down in your house and your basement and shut up, sit down, do as you’re told. If you question that, you’re racist, you’re anti-science, your social media accounts were silenced. You had to stay home and locked down unless you were part of BLM or Antifa in which case it was perfectly fine to roam the streets of this country and burn it many of them.
That was the double standard that then applied and said that if you sent the virus originated in a lab in Wuhan, you were again a racist and had your internet accounts shut down. You were then told you had an election where you could express yourself to put the right person in charge of fixing these problems. And instead, your accounts were suppressed if you sent a mere message, saying that the Hunter Biden laptop story from the New York Post was real. You had your accounts locked. Even the New York Post had its own account locked. And if you repeatedly then tell people they cannot speak that is when they scream. If you repeatedly tell people they cannot scream. That is when they tear things down. And I think we’re making a grave mistake in this country by trying to pin the blame for that at the feet of one man.”-Vivek Ramaswamy
Can’t pin the blame at the feet of one man but Judge Tanya Chutkan will most certainly try. In the meantime, it’s time for us to stay on the alert. There will be many distractions along the road to 2024 and this is only the beginning.

It’s like a giant rubber band that’s being stretched between two people.
Conservatives are going to let go first, and soon.
Two impeachments, three indictment federal, several state, many tax investigations. When is the threshold of conspiracy reached for weaponizing the federal govt against an individual. Is Garland the conspiracy leader or is there a managing consort responsible for this organized crime
