Attention Border State Governors: California is such a large state it can well afford more migrants than it already has. Known for its sunny weather and gentle climes migrants across the globe have considered California a prime destination.

As one can see from the multiple flags in downtown, the inhabitants of Santa Barbara speak American, Californian and Mexican – giving the new migrant numerous options in communication. This being California, Migrant Real Estate Notice cautions new arrivals to settle on their personal pronouns before arriving and try not to misidentify “Latinx” locals from Mexicans, Guatemalans, Hondurans, Colombians, Afghanis or Hindus who might be lured to this lovely city.

Now that English Royalty in the persons of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have bought a local manse, Santa Barbara should be a migrant magnet for many undocumented pilgrims.

Megan and her cuckhub Harry spared no expense when they chose Santa Barbara; they didn’t go cheap, nor small – splashing out over $14.65m on a beautiful mansion in June 2020. Located in Montecito – the exclusive area with a mere population of 8,638—Montecito is best known as a “celebrity enclave”, owing to its concentration of prominent residents. Rest assured, these are generous and progressive citizens who would welcome newcomers, sharing every luxury at their disposal.

As you can see from the photos there is room for at least 50 families on the grounds of the Royals’ compound. Located inside a secure gated community, the mansion has a giant swimming pool (watering hole for burros or horses), sauna, wine cellar and a five-car garage. It also has a two–bedroom guest house, which would be perfect for Meghan’s mum, the elegant Doria Ragland to squeeze in when she visits the royal couple.

Landscaping jobs may be scarce due to California strict environmental regulations and drought, but since the Golden State is losing population for other states, grass still grows in places and needs to be mowed when it eventually rains. The Markle Palace will be no exception. And as with any aristocratic couple, Megan and Cuck Harry are forever in need of good help and loyal servants.
