The Democrat narrative is loud and clear this morning. All the violence and the shooting in Portland last night is President Trump’s fault.
Exhibit A: Val Demings
““This is exactly what happens when homeland security, the intelligence community, the military who are charged with protecting our homeland are politicized,” Demings, the former chief of police in Orlando, Florida, said on CBS’s “Face the Nation.”
Demings also called on President Trump to directly address protesters in Portland to alleviate tensions.
“Wouldn’t it be nice for the president of the United States to take to the microphone or the airwaves and send a message for peace and calm?” she asked.
“This now more than ever is a time when we need to hear from the President of the United States,” Demings added. “But the chaos and disorder and lawlessness we are currently seeing, that’s Donald Trump’s America.””
She went on to state that Trump isn’t fulfilling his primary duty to keep us all safe. What she is willfully ignoring and hoping the viewers don’t know about is the childish foot stamping tantrum Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler threw just the other day. Help has been offered by President Trump several times and each time the Mayor has refused.
When asked if the protests have gotten out of hand these last 96 days…Demings did a grand imitation of fence straddling.

Wonderful! All the protests have been mostly peaceful, if a little bit fiery, so nothing to see here folks. Step right along.
Exhibit B: Good ole Adam Schifty
““The president is willfully fanning the flames of this fire,” Schiff said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
“They believe this is helpful to him,” Schiff said, referring to Trump’s allies.
“The president is only motivated by one thing: what is in it for him. He sees this violence and his ability to agitate more of it as useful to this campaign. What it does to the country, the loss of life, he doesn’t care,” Schiff added.”
There are numerous instances over the last four years where President Trump has condemned the violence, looting and destruction, and offered federal assistance over and over again. And a significant number of Democrat cities, Portland among them, have continually refused.
Exhibit C: Joe Biden
The entire ad is atrocious gaslighting. If one hasn’t been following closely, you wouldn’t know that President Trump resoundingly condemned the El Paso shooter. Said shooter, charged with capital murder, is under federal investigation for domestic terrorism and hate crimes.
Exhibit D: Kamala Harris
““They’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop,” Harris told Stephen Colbert. “That’s..this is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not gonna stop. And, and, and everyone beware. Because…they’re not gonna stop before Election Day in November, they’re not gonna stop after Election Day. And that should be…everyone should take note of that. On both levels. That they’re not gonna let up. And they should not.”
“And we should not,” Harris added.”
Isn’t that special!
Democrats refuse to outright condemn the riots, the looting, and the destruction. Instead they fence straddle in order to keep their violent base appeased and point fingers of blame at President Trump hoping it will stick.
Last night a member of the Antifa and BLM rioting crowd in Portland calmly walked up to a pro-Trump supporter and shot him in cold blood.
Antifa cheered.

Not one single Democrat will condemn this as they believe it, along with blaming President Trump, will help their cause. In fact the media is even playing along. Chuck Todd announced this morning that President Trump’s desire for cities and states to bring back law and order is a distraction from the Covid-19 response. Yes, it is indeed possible to do a simultaneous head desk and face palm.
Minneapolis is being destroyed and police morale is in the toilet because Democrats are fiddling and playing gotcha politics. A Portland police station was set on fire last night for the THIRD time while Ted Wheeler and Governor Kate Brown play games with people’s lives and the economy is destroyed.
The Democrats like power so much that they are willing to let cities burn down around them. What they don’t understand is that American citizens are getting righteously angry as they watch Democrats pat the looting rioting thugs on the head while at the same time claim that they CARE about this country.

Kit debunked the “innocent protestors” narrative here. As for the suggestion that Rand Paul staged his attack?? The media had been showing the BLM protestors since before the last night of the RNC began. But nice gaslighting there Regina.
Violence, destruction, and looting is NOT the answer. Good men and women are being injured and killed. Yet Democrat governors and mayors continue to let it happen while blaming President Trump for their OWN inaction.
As the violence and destruction continue and the Democrats fiddle, it is becoming readily apparent that the Insurrection Act is becoming a very real possibility.
Hey Democrats! Blaming President Trump for the mess you’ve created and encouraged is …NOT the sound political move you think it is.
