A CNN reporter by the name of Kristen Holmes decided to rudely interrupt an event in the Oval Office. Rightfully so, she was slapped down by President Trump.
The White House on Monday leveled a sharply personal attack against CNN reporter Kristen Holmes after she asked President Donald Trump a pointed question during a news conference, crossing a barrier rarely breached by politicians to invoke her children.
“Jon Ossoff said you’d rather travel with your aide Natalie Harp and build the ballroom than do your job as president,” Holmes said. “What is your response?”
Trump answered Holmes’s question with an insult to Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Georgia), whom he called a “Pee-wee Herman look-alike,” referring to the Paul Reubens character.
Before we get to Kristen’s very rude behavior, the backstory to her question is this. Jon Ossoff is running for re-election in Georgia. Just a few days ago, he decided to level a baseless slimy insinuation against Natalie Harp and President Trump.

His conduct here is antithetical to his message. He’s not a man of morals, he’ll throw a female staffer’s name into the media without proof or caution for her to be thrown to the wolves.

After getting called out for that baseless insinuation, Ossoff evidently got a memo and has been attempting clean up on Aisle Slime. Round One involved running to Jen “Circle Back” Psaki’s show.

Ossoff specifically named Natalie Harp. His claim that he meant all the staffers is a boat load of horseshit.
And then, CNN’s Kristen Holmes decided to throw WHCA protocol out the window in order to shrilly lob questions at President Trump while he was honoring teen lifeguard Ryder Williams for braving intense surf off the shores of Santa Cruz, CA to save a 10-year old boy’s life.

Holmes wasn’t just asking a question in a normal tone of voice. No, she was YELLING over any and all dialogue in the room.
She deliberately threw decorum out the window and flouted actual WHCA guidelines regarding Oval Office decorum.
Disruptive behavior is unacceptable.
That’s very blunt and to the point. Don’t yell, don’t scream over people in the Oval Office, and conduct yourself professionally and properly.
Kristen Holmes did none of that.
Of course, her pals in the media are coming to the rescue. Her rudeness is excusable because…Trump.
The White House is facing fierce backlash after launching an extraordinary personal attack on CNN White House correspondent Kristen Holmes that invoked her children, shortly after President Donald Trump repeatedly scolded the reporter during a tense exchange in the Oval Office.
The controversy erupted after Holmes questioned Trump about his dealings with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, asking whether the dictator had requested that the president scale back U.S. military exercises with South Korea.
Trump bristled at the question and repeatedly told Holmes to be quiet before dismissing her as a “fake reporter.” The president also complained about her manners in the room, describing the CNN correspondent as “loud” and “boisterous.”
But, but, but… she was just asking a question!

No, she wasn’t. She was flat out RUDE.
Jon Ossoff slimed Natalie Harp and President Trump for votes. The Democrat media complex, with the exception of a few, have been gleefully running with that insinuation as if it is fact.
Which led to Kristen Holme’s rude behavior in the Oval Office.

Jon Ossoff’s offensive joke is the problem. Kristen Holme’s rudeness and promoting Ossoff’s ‘joke’ is the problem.
President Trump’s response is not.
Both Holmes and Ossoff should apologize. But they won’t. For Democrats and media, rudeness and offensive scripted commentary is a feature with them, not a bug.
