Jon Ossoff is trying to be cute by bringing up President Trump aide Natalie Harp, and alleging that the president is having an affair.

There was a New York Times article from 2024 covering Natalie Harp’s relationship with President Trump, which revealed a particularly close relationship. That information was apparently sourced from her estranged brother, according to Mediaite, and Harp credits Trump with “saving her life” after signing the 2018 “Right To Try” law while she had bone cancer. Harp was also one of only three people that Trump took with him during the Air Force One plane swap – the other two were White House Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, and Walt Nauta. But Jon Ossoff thinks that there must be an affair going on – but he’s not going to accuse anyone directly, but he will be all “wink, wink, nudge nudge” about it.

The Democrat, who is seeking another term in the Senate, invoked Harp, one of Trump’s closest personal aides, during a rally where he criticized the president over the length of deployments faced by sailors serving aboard U.S. aircraft carriers this year.

“While the sailors on the Lincoln fight his war, while he fruitlessly drains our munitions and oil reserves, the president sleeps through his meetings,” Ossoff said.

The senator continued: “He golfs and trades stocks. See, he doesn’t want to do the job; he wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie to their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the Emir of Qatar.”

The remark drew jeers from the crowd.

The remark also drew notice on social media.

Well, Kristen Holmes of CNN decided to take the opportunity while she was in the Oval Office today to ask President Trump about the Ossoff comments. The president did not disappoint.

REPORTER: "Jon Ossoff said that you'd rather travel with your aide Natalie Harp and build the ballroom than do your job as president…"

TRUMP: "Who said that?"

REPORTER: "Jon Ossoff."

Well, Holmes has to be happy. She got called “fake news” and Ossoff got a Trump-bestowed nickname.

Now, will anyone ask Ossoff about the Democrat affair news that has been breaking today? First, we have a California Democrat congressman who is under an Ethics investigation.

Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-CA) is officially under investigation by the House Ethics Committee over allegations of sexual misconduct, making him the latest California Democrat to face scrutiny as a series of scandals continues to roil Congress.

The bipartisan Ethics Committee announced Monday that it is reviewing allegations that Gomez “may have engaged in sexual misconduct” in violation of the House Code of Official Conduct, including “inappropriate sexual contact with a House staffer.” The committee cautioned that an investigation does not itself establish that Gomez violated any law or House rule. “No other public comment will be made on this matter except in accordance with Committee rules,” the committee said.

The New York Post reported in April that Gomez had been seen kissing a much younger congressional aide in the backyard of then-Rep. Eric Swalwell’s Washington residence in August 2023. Gomez, 51, acknowledged in June that he had engaged in extramarital conduct but insisted that his actions were consensual and did not violate the law or House ethics rules.

How funny that Eric Swalwell’s house ends up being the center of the cheating universe. And speaking of that stinker, remember how he wanted the FBI to “cease and desist” and not release the files on him and Fang Fang? Too bad.

Eric Swalwell confessed to a prescription drug-fueled sex romp with a suspected Chinese spy, according to newly released FBI files that confirm for the first time the disgraced former congressman got physical with Beijing’s purported honeypot.

The former East Bay congressman had “physical relations” with Christine Fang, also known as “Fang Fang,” on at least two occasions, according to investigative files made public Monday by the White House Transparency Task Force.

On one occasion, Fang showed up at Swalwell’s apartment late one night demanding to be let in, with the Democrat admitting the two “hooked up” after he had taken an Ambien — his explanation for barely remembering the tryst.

Swalwell’s links to Fang were first reported by Axios in December 2020, and led to then-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) booting him from the House Intelligence Committee in January 2023.

Fang, believed to be an operative for the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of State Security (MSS), helped organize fundraisers for Swalwell in Las Vegas and California, according to a witness interview.

She also reportedly cultivated relationships with a network of rising politicians and other influencuers across the US.

Fang repeatedly encouraged Swalwell to visit China — even extending an invitation to Swalwell’s father and his family following the congressman’s 2014 re-election, according to newly declassified documents.

“When Swalwell’s father later mentioned this to him, he [Swalwell] thought it was odd,” investigators wrote. “Neither Swalwell’s father nor his family traveled to China.”

Swalwell was a friend of Jon Ossoff, and campaigned with him for years. So, which media outlet is going to ask Ossoff about his ties to Swalwell, and the confirmation that yes, Swalwell was the booty call of a Chinese spy? Anyone? Will anyone ask Ossoff if he backs Speaker Johnson’s proposed Ethics ban on elected officials having any personal relationships with their staffers. It seems like a prudent thing to do, considering how many congresspeople on both sides of the aisle have had problems keeping their pants on with their staff.

If Jon Ossoff wants to name-drop and make snide little remarks for the rally crowds, then he better be prepared to back them up, or be prepared to answer a lot of questions about his allies and friends.
