Clooney Lashes Out At Morning Joe Producer

George Clooney is usually the typical calm, cool, collected, Hollywood liberal. He rushes off in his private jet to fundraisers. He writes editorials for news outlets, hoping to impress upon the little people of the land why his political perspective matters.

Or does he do the writing? Remember when he hosted a fundraiser for Joe Biden and weeks later asked the senile Joe Biden to step aside in The New York Times?

Ahhh, yes. George Clooney. A demeanor as serene as the views from his Lake Como villa. Until one insinuates that he does not have a mind of his own and has, perhaps, done someone else’s bidding. Then, he blows like Pompeii.

According to this, Clooney went off on a MSNBC Morning Joe Producer after co-host, Mika Brzezinski suggested Obama may have authorized Clooney to publish the op-ed urging Biden to step down.

Say it isn’t so! Obama had something to do with this?!

This is one of the nuggets in the upcoming tell-all from Chris Whipple entitled Unchartered: How Trump Beat Biden, Harris, and the Odds in the Wildest Campaign in History.

It is now in print and due in bookstores this coming Tuesday. And, Mika brazenly suggested that the notorious NYT op-ed was indeed not Clooney, but Obama’s influence.

This wasn’t George Clooney. I think that Barack Obama has a lot of influence.”-Mika Brzezinski

Now, either Mika is not very smart and didn’t read the producer’s notes to not link his “buddy” George Clooney to the mess, or she was just stating the facts as she saw them (I know, for once, on this program). Either way, this is more delicious than any tub of hot, buttered popcorn in a movie theater watching George on the big screen in any of his mediocre movies. This comment caused Clooney to pop off on a phone call with a “friend” who is a producer for Morning Joe/MSNBC (language NSFW):

Clooney: How the f#ck could you let her link me with Barack Obama saying he made me write the op-ed?

You f#cked me… You’re my friend. You should have stood up for me.

Producer: George, this is not a f#cking movie. There’s no script. It’s just not a movie where you go script page to script page.

Clooney: F#ck you!

I, for one, spit out my coffee after reading this reaction. I love it when a fake gets exposed for what he is. Clooney has been a shill for Barack since the very beginning. And, now, it is in writing that Barack Obama was behind the scenes attempting to influence the election (as if we had any doubt) with his group of Hollywood sycophants. Let’s take a small segment from that NYT write-up:

All of the scary stories that we’re being told about what would happen next are simply not true. In all likelihood, the money in the Biden-Harris coffers could go to help elect the presidential ticket and other Democrats…. Let’s hear from Wes Moore and Kamala Harris and Gretchen Whitmer* and Gavin Newsom and Andy Beshear and J.B. Pritzker and others. Let’s agree that the candidates not attack one another but, in the short time we have, focus on what will make this country soar. Then we could go into the Democratic convention next month and figure it out.”-George Clooney

George, you didn’t build write that.

There was a few hours of back-and-forth banter between Clooney and the producer, according to the account:

Producer: This is a morning talk show on a cable channel. Nobody gives a f#ck if we say he should get out or if he should stay in. Nobody f#cking cares. It’s skywriting. It’s f#cking gone. George, I told you before, we’ll try and take care of it tomorrow morning. I promise you.

Clooney: I don’t know whether I trust you.

Producer: Well, f#ck you. If you don’t trust me, stop f#cking calling me.”

Then, there was this from. Radar Online post-election:

A political mole told RadarOnline.com it was Obama who urged Clooney to call for Biden – his own vice president – to end his sputtering campaign, fearing the fallout if he did it himself.

‘Obama and Clooney have been tight for years, and George became Barack’s surrogate in leading the charge for Joe to step away’, explained the source. ‘Barack knew he would look like a traitor if he publicly called for Joe to be cut loose. And now, he’s trying to walk away from it all.

George feels duped and vows he’s not going to be anyone’s political water boy anymore.'”-RadarOnline

Why Clooney is angry when he all but admitted he was Barack Obama’s puppet is a bit perplexing but, apparently, he did not like the bright lights shining on him in that moment. He’ll stick to the big screen and now, Broadway, where he plays the role of patron saint of American broadcasting and journalism, Edward R. Murrow. This opened to mixed reviews, but, I particularly like this one in The New York Post:

Clooney the writer has not been so generous to Clooney the actor. The part is milquetoast, like a sanded-down version of Atticus Finch who speaks with the repetitive calm of a hypnotist.

He’s even-keeled and professional to a fault, as if gunning for sainthood. That might have been the honest case with Murrow, but figureheads are less fascinating than fleshed-out people. They need to find their humanity. Otherwise, we start finding the articles in the Playbill.”-Johnny Oleksinski, The New York Post

The latest blow up between Clooney and the MSNBC producer is yet another illustration of how the left eat their own in cannibalistic gluttony. We’ll stick to the popcorn here. Personally, I think the advertisements in Playbill are easier to find than George Clooney’s humanity.

Good night and Good Luck with that quest.

So a Morning Joe producer is admitting that no one cares about Morning Joe.
