Air Force Academy Cadets: Must Use “Inclusive Language”

The Air Force Academy has decided that training for diversity and gender inclusion is far more important than training the cadets for war.

The United States Air Force Academy is training its cadets to “use inclusive language” that bars them from calling people “terrorists” or using male and female identifiers, according to an official presentation being used by the elite military school and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The presentation, titled, “Diversity & Inclusion: What It Is, Why We Care, & What We Can Do,” takes cadets through a series of exercises meant to eradicate their use of gender pronouns and reinforce the need for inclusive language that avoids “stereotypes, bias, and microaggressions.” One portion of the presentation tells cadets to avoid language such as “you guys,” “terrorists,” and “colorblind.”

This is what our military is right now. Instead of ensuring that the men and women are trained to defend our country, they are now being told not to use the words ‘Mom and Dad.’

I can just see it now. An order comes down for a drone strike, and the operator refuses. Why? Because the order either misgendered them or words within the order triggered that person.

Quite frankly… WE DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THIS SHIT!

Furthermore, this crap, which you can read in full here, isn’t inclusive. It is DIVISIVE at its very core. Read it all.

How the hell does an exercise involving writing down all the names of animals that begin with G ensure our military can defend us against Russia aggression, China’s encroachment, and Iran’s funding of terrorists? Guess what folks, it doesn’t.

And no, the Air Force isn’t the only one engaged in pushing this dreck. Instead of running much needed field training exercises, the Army mandated training on gender identity.

The mandatory presentation, “Policy on the Military Service of Transgender Persons and Persons with Gender Dysphoria,” was given to officers earlier this month along with instructions for them to train their subordinates on the material. Portions of the presentation were provided to the Free Beacon by a whistleblower who was ordered to undergo the training as a high-ranking officer in the Army Special Forces.

If you are in the middle of an op, there is and NEVER should be any time for that team to be looking at each other and tiptoeing through the tulips wondering if what is said would misgender their teammate. It’s not only ludicrous, it is dangerous to our national security!

Added to the divisiveness that this diversity and gender training will cause is this: The new cadet wing and diversity squad

Cadets pose for a photo after graduating from the Cadet Wing Diversity and Inclusion Program this summer, allowing them to advise students on diversity at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Each cadet wears a purple rope across their left shoulder symbolizing their position as a diversity representative.

Now I don’t know about you, but this reeks of taking hall monitors to the next level. These cadets with their purple ropes are going to “advise” students as to whether they are being inclusive enough. This new cadet squad with their purple ropes are supposed to help “educate” the rest of the cadets as to whether they are using the correct gendering language or not. What does this remind you of?

Waltz, a ranking member of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Readiness, told Fox News Digital that the program’s structure is particularly concerning because it appears to create a “separate, parallel chain of command.”

“To those of us who are a little bit older, it reminds us of what the Soviets used to do or what the Chinese do today, where they literally have political commissars inserted at every level end of the chain of command, but they have a separate reporting chain to ensure that the military is abiding by their ideology and their political doctrine,” Waltz said.

Exactly. If you don’t conform to the rules, I’m telling on you! Only this takes it much further.

What happens if a cadet is talking about someone they know who IS colorblind, but the Purple Squad refuses to believe it and demands that cadet is punished? What if the Purple Goon Squad hears someone talking about their parents and uses the “MOM” word? What is the punishment for that?

But supposedly going woke and setting up teams of tattletales throughout our military is going to make our military stronger. More inclusive. More ready to stand and defend against a Russia, Iran, China, or even those terrorists whom we aren’t supposed to call terrorists in case hurt feelings ensue.

I one thousand percent agree. The JOB of our military is to defend this country. Preparing for that job does not include gender training, or scrabbling around trying to name all the G animals, or being told you can’t say Mom or Dad when talking about your own parents or anyone else’s. Preparing for that job of defense means preparing for WAR. And WAR doesn’t care one bit about pronouns, gender, or skin color. Period.

They can’t each just say “I’m phhhhxd in the head”.

They have to say “Weeeeer PHHHHXD in the head”.

Cause there’s no i in Team, but there is in Air Force.

I once worked with a man who had lost his sight in a car accident. I remarked one day, as I drove to an appointment with him, that I needed to stop and clean my glasses. He was unaware that I wore glasses for obvious reasons. I stated that without them I was ‘as blind as a bat’. He laughed; he had a sense of humour. He also knew that I had taught in a school for blind children and supported a number of children who were blind in schools. Nowadays it seems that my remark would see me hauled before some left-wing Star Chamber and crucified because it would be automatically assumed that I was a prejudiced bigot and thus would have to prove I wasn’t. In other words there is no presumption of innocence in the brave new leftist Puritan world dominated by intolerant witch-hunters full of their own glory always seeking to increase their despotic power.
