When President Trump announced that he had COVID-19 and was going to Walter Reed for treatment, the media lost it.
When he sent out videos via Twitter to thank people, the media lost it.
And when he decided to drive by the supporters who had gathered to wave signs and flags outside Walter Reed in order to show his appreciation, the media lost it. Because even when Orange Man Sick, Orange Man Bad.
It’s become increasingly clear why President Trump went to Walter Reed, and it’s because the man does not appear to have an “off” switch.
Walter Reed source tells @OANN, “A big concern right now is he isn’t getting enough rest. The man doesn’t know how to sit still. Lays down for 20min at best until he's back up and pacing around. Eager to get back to the WH”

If doctors wanted him to rest, confining him to the residence in the White House wasn’t going to work. Isolating him at Walter Reed was probably the right move, as the presidential suite there allows for him to work while still getting the treatment he needs. And while that treatment is happening, the media and the American people are actually looking forward to every tweet that President Trump sends out. Every time there’s a tweet, it is more reassuring than the doctor’s press conferences or the constant freak outs and conspiracy theories being pushed by supposed “journalists.” The one question on everyone’s mind, right or left, is “how is the president doing?” We all know that, for better or worse, President Donald Trump controls his own Twitter account. So right now, those tweets are more than just hearing what’s on the president’s mind. It’s proof of life.
And it’s driving the media bonkers, as they also wait with baited breath for each tweet to pick apart.
So when President Trump tweeted out a video, expressing his appreciation for those who have been outside at Walter Reed, and promised them a “surprise visit.”

And oh boy, did that surprise everyone.
And the media lost it. Not only was President Trump accused of trying to “kill people” by exposing them, but then the press complained that the White House had called a “lid” earlier in the afternoon and THEY DIDN’T GET TO GOOOOOOOO TO THE PARAAAAAAAAAADE.

Translation: HOW DARE YOU APPROACH THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WITHOUT US AROUND TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT A BAD ORANGE MAN YOU ARE. HOW DARE YOU, SIR.
Now, the president is not completely out of the woods yet. He needs to rest (though it’s obvious that he’s likely not constitutionally capable of doing so), and he needs to follow the doctor’s instructions. But knowing that his supporters were outside cheering, and then going out to wave at them? That was probably the best medicine for President Trump.
If his recovery continues at this rate, he will be back at the White House soon. And the media will lose it again, because now the president will be immune for the short term against COVID-19. Imagine if the president donated blood for antibodies, which was then used to save other people? I can just see the heads exploding right now.

This was great to see. They hate it when someone pushes back. More and more people are seeing that you can push back and it’s great. Trump shows the way on this quite often. He’s an avatar for regular people who are tired of getting forced to kneel … literally and proverbially.
The CEO of coinbase just did a Trump to the SJW community in his company. He is refusing to bow to the mob:
