More proof to the truism “If Democrats didn’t have double-standards, they would have no standards at all” than the current hysterics over state legislator efforts toward insuring election integrity vs the push by FICUS Biden and minions to come up with a vaccine passport.

The state of Georgia is pushing back while it can, before the Dems federalize the election process. Its new, much-needed election integrity law is throwing a wrench into the Democrats’ plans for the shredding of the U.S. Constitution and they are none too happy about it. The party has its media misinformation machine running 24/7 now, spewing garbage like this:

Jim Crow. Yeah, right, uh huh. Like Biden’s claim that the election of Mitt Romney would mean putting black people back in chains Biden wants you to believe the Democrat Ministry of Truth History that, like the founding of the KKK, Jim Crow was not a product of Democrat state legislatures.

And yet, at the same time Biden is taking advantage of his uppers to appear engaged, the cabal directing him is actually proposing a vaccine passport.

The Biden administration and private companies are working to develop a standard way of handling credentials — often referred to as “vaccine passports” — that would allow Americans to prove they have been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus as businesses try to reopen.

The effort has gained momentum amid President Biden’s pledge that the nation will start to regain normalcy this summer and with a growing number of companies — from cruise lines to sports teams — saying they will require proof of vaccination before opening their doors again.

Say, what? The Biden admin will require businesses to demand to see your papers before they are allowed to open?

How about a hard “No” to this scramble for internal passports ala the Soviet Union. Americans have, at present, no legal requirement to carry and present id when strolling a neighborhood, shopping with cash or relaxing on the beach.

The administration’s initiative has been driven largely by arms of the Department of Health and Human Services, including an office devoted to health information technology, (snip)

Yeah, right — a portion of our medical records that we will have to carry with us and show to any number of people just to shop, vacation or go to the movies will be perfectly private.

We’ve gone 245 years enduring all manner of communicable diseases where a vaccine was developed – from small pox to polio to measles – without ever demanding citizens carry a vaccine record to engage in normative activities. Such records have only been required in very restricted situations (e.g. public school, international travel). Red measles alone is highly contagious and we’ve endured outbreaks from time to time without resorting to Your Papers, please! to walk into a Piggly Wiggly.

If you’ve had your vaccine, why on earth would you be interested on whether or not your neighbor has been vaxxed? Their vaccine status has nothing at all to do with you.

But fear is a powerful weapon that can be easily used against liberty. Whether it’s the perverse pleasure that St. Fauci gets from goal-post moving and Covid Theater or constant threat from that Biden administration that says you won’t be allowed back to your normal American life because you are now obligated to make the people around you feel safe.

But but but, the passport is just for covid!!! Sure, sure. And if you believe that, I have a bridge in Beijing I can sell you.

Proof of vaccination “may be a critical driver for restoring baseline population health and promoting safe return to social, commercial, and leisure activities,” according to the March 2 slides prepared by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology

Once you understand that a covid vaccine isn’t the only way to promote safe activities, there is nothing to stop adding all manner of other bits of information to your passport to fulfill your new Government Obligation to safetyism. If covid, why not other vaccines? Did you get your flu shot? How about your Tdap boosters? How about speeding tickets? Citations for public drunkenness? Did you use bad language on social media triggering a visit from the police?

Amazing how fast that vaccine passport will turn into Red China’s credit system.
