Fresh from Salon comes a commentary from Chauncey DeVega-Republicans are, apparently, thrilled that Paul Pelosi got attacked in his home. Why? Well, MAGA, of course, as the narrative ebbs and flows.

Make no mistake, says DeVega, Republicans are thrilled that a drug-addled, deranged, San Francisco hippie assaulted Paul Pelosi with the intent to eventually and hopefully get to the House Speaker herself.

I have come to the conclusion over the years that the writers at Salon are so very adept at projecting. Possessing copious amounts of cognitive dissonance must be a requirement to get hired on as a writer at this outfit. We can also throw in a general disdain for middle America, Christmas and tiny, unborn babies, too. Another requirement? Donald Trump must live rent-free in their pea-sized brains.

You see, Trump painted Pelosi into a “larger-than-life” villain. Botox Nancy had nothing to do with any of it as she cried “Impeach, Impeach, Impeach“!

It doesn’t matter David DePape is a product of leftist San Francisco, where Pelosi resides. It doesn’t matter that DePape was a mentally-deranged, troubled individual who lived out of a container while {Pelosi was eating $20/pint ice-cream from a $25,000-dollar freezer. It doesn’t matter DePape used drugs and was left to his own devices as a result of progressive policies in a city and state Pelosi largely supported. The media and the writing community on the left, to include Salon, will zone in on his delusional rants that point to pro-Trump rhetoric.

Weak laments? I would say that this is probably the most honest the MSM has been with regard to political violence and polarization on “both sides”. The “framework” also refuses to name the Democrat Party, of which the Pelosis belong to, and the larger LEFT for their violence and inflammatory rhetoric.

What happened to Paul Pelosi is what happens in unsafe, urban environments who are lax on criminal activity. David DePape is just another deranged, lost soul who is free to roam about in communities. He has been wronged by a very flawed system promoted by leftist, liberal policies. Chauncey DeVega and the writing collective at Salon would not stop to write about an elderly woman who got attacked and robbed outside of her apartment in metro Seattle by a homeless drug addict. Nor would they write about my uncle and aunt (also in metro Seattle) whose home was broken into by a deranged nutcase on Christmas Eve three years ago. They were held at gunpoint and robbed. These delusional jackasses would rather point Paul Pelosi’s attack to Trump and not the bigger, systemic problem that is right in front of their effing faces.

Allow me to fix this for ya, Salon. What happened last Friday to Paul Pelosi was entirely predictable because of the Left’s stance on crime, homelessness, drug addiction and mental health in our cities. But, go ahead and make this about Trump, you stupid twits.
