Portland courts are holding the hoodlums responsible for trashing buildings. Yes, they mean business (sarcasm). Just yesterday, they ordered (poor excuse of a) man who set a dumpster on fire to pay over $20,000 in damages.
According to this , Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced that the man, Jarrid Bailey Huber, will serve 60 months of probation for his crimes. Presiding Judge Benjamin Soude also ordered Huber to pay more than $20,000 in restitution to organizations and businesses damaged by his crimes. Huber was part of the May 25, 2021 riot in downtown Portland, damaging the Justice Center as well as businesses in the area.
Yep, Portland is getting tough on crime. They gave Jarrid Huber 60 months probation. That’ll learn him, we’re sure.
Huber has reportedly been tied to AntiFa and no stranger to a riot. He was considered a dangerous fugitive at one point in time for violating pretrial release conditions by returning to allegedly riot again. The guy just can’t stop rioting, even though he is a self-proclaimed “journalist”. In fact, Huber was also tied to the AntiFa death threat against Portland Mayor, Ted Wheeler. “Produced” by AntiFa:
Ted, if you ignore this message outright the destruction to your precious way of life is going to escalate,” the video’s narrator said. “Blood is already on your hands, Ted. Next time it may just be your own.”
…Says the unidentified masked idiot.Yeah. I’m sure Jarrid Huber will apologize profusely and will pay back the over $20,000 dollars in restitution, though. He’ll get right on it.
Self-described “journalist” Huber proceeded to vandalize and damage businesses in the downtown area, including a Starbucks and a local jewelry store, and was ordered to pay the coffee chain $11,983 and Estate Jewelry Co. $8,622.”–The Postmillenial.com
Huber’s “journalism” comes largely to other white AntiFa guys who live in their moms’ basements courtesy of Woke.Net. Huber, of Damascus, Oregon, also is a proud supporter of the Boop Troop of Eugene, Oregon-a group that “strives to provide real and ethical coverage of socio-economic issues, protests and educational awareness.”
Let’s talk about “ethics” and “socio-economic issues in Portland, shall we? The family-owned stores that have not been looted and vandalized by useless pieces of human excrement such as Huber, have been forced to pack up and close up shop. Let’s look at big boxes such as REI and Walmart. They don’t even want to be there! Poof-gone-out of Portland! Why? Because of people like Jarrid Bailey Huber and his clan of AntiFa losers who arelargely responsible for turning Portland into the uninhabitable cesspool it is today. Take a look:
But don’t worry, the DA is ON it!
My office issued nearly 200 protest-related cases between 2020 and 2022 for criminal prosecution, prioritizing arson, property damage, weapons offenses, theft, and person crimes. This case is a good example that, while it may take some time to complete the prosecutorial process, we will see these cases through and hold people accountable for destructive behavior. I’m grateful for the investigative work by Portland Police officers and detectives in this case, and for Judge Souede in issuing his sentence accordingly.”-DA Mike Schmidt
Perhaps Jarrid could take up some PayPal donations from his AntiFa buddies to payback the local jewelry store. We won’t hold our breath.
@tedwheeler @DAMikeSchmidt are still doing their best to reward criminals and destroy Portland.

In Portland, insurrectionists get probation (which they have already violated), and told to “pay back” what damage they have caused (which they won’t). Meanwhile, an Indiana grandmother gets probation just for walking onto the Capitol.
It was peaceful arson, you dumb fascists.

Oh, right…
But this is what you get when you have an anti-police DA who claims to prosecute protesters over misdemeanor charges. Schmidt’s office has rejected almost three-quarters of 1,057 protest-related arrests referred by police according to this. “Big picture criminal justice” or something. We wouldn’t want to “threaten free speech” now would we? Jarrid Huber was just “expressing himself” during many a Portland riot by pushing a dumpster that was on fire against a building.
How will Jarrid pay back his over $20 grand in restitution? Perhaps he and his AntiFa buddies can host a summer camp. The wackjobs in the city still buying into what DA Schmidt is selling will gladly contribute to the cause and send their non-binary, intersectional kiddos.
And while Portland DA, Mike Schmidt, says “it will take time” to put out all of the dumpster fires in form of prosecutions, businesses are still shuttering their doors. Tents are popping up all over the place and downtown PDX looks more like a ward of an insane asylum than the Rose City. And, oh yeah, that is not a skunk you are smelling along the banks of the Willamette.

He was considered a dangerous fugitive at one point in time
Well, if handled properly that precludes any recidivism. *BANG* *BANG*
And it’s the way we’re going to have to go if the structures of the law won’t get around to their jobs.
Huber has reportedly been tied to AntiFa
In a better world, Antifa would be considered hostis humani generis and be outside the protection of the law. Problem solved, problem staying solved.
Other than fear of being caught, I don’t know why the general public doesn’t treat them that way.
(Could we lure them to Texas somewhere? Somewhere out in the Palo Duro canyon, with lots of coyotes, vultures and plenty of brush…. “A bear fell on me.”)
(Anyone know that reference? 🙂 )
Fat bad guy in Roadhouse…
Wonder if he’s related to Anthony Huber, who Kyle Rittenhouse mercifully dispatched in Kenosha in 2020 after trying to kill Kyle.
I’d bet on it
