James Comey just happened to stumble over some seashells artfully arranged in a message and thought it would be cute to post a little photo to Instagram. What did those shells spell out? 8647
Yes, you read that correctly. James Comey thought it would be a brilliant idea to post a photo of shells spelling out 8647 for all the world to see.
Needless to say, very few people are amused by this.
“While President Trump is currently on an international trip to the Middle East, the former FBI Director puts out what can clearly be interpreted as ‘a hit’ on the sitting President of the United States — a message etched in the sand,” White House deputy chief of staff Taylor Budowich wrote on X. “This is deeply concerning to all of us and is being taken seriously.”

I would be too. Especially after TWO assassination attempts on President Trump’s life. No matter the dictionary definitions being bandied around, every rational person knows that 86 has long been code for getting rid of someone.
Shortly after Comey removed the post, Fox News Digital learned from a source in the Secret Service that they were aware of the matter and will be sending agents to investigate and interview former director Comey.
The FBI, where Comey used to work before he was fired by Trump during his first term, had no comment on the matter, but it was also apparent that people at the top levels of the agency were aware of the post.
Trump’s new FBI director, Kash Patel, acknowledged on X that agency personnel were “aware” of Comey’s post in his own statement shared on X.
Comey, as we’ve written about numerous times, is not a fan of President Trump. I mean he’s REALLY not a fan of his. Yet the man was also and FBI agent and RAN the FBI for years. He is and will continue to try to claim ignorance over the meaning of 86.
He knew what he did was wrong. Which is why he deleted the post and offered up this ham-handed explanation.

What’s illuminating about this is that Comey is trying to gaslight us. He really wants us to buy the spin that he didn’t KNOW that 86 was code for getting rid of someone ie; killing them.
The media is rushing to provide cover for Jim’s oh-so-innocent blunder. How DARE we get outraged over this??
James Comey posted, and then deleted, a social media message about President Donald Trump that sparked outrage among Republicans and federal scrutiny of the former FBI director.
Comey shared a photo Thursday of the numbers “8647” spelled out in seashells on a sandy beach, along with the phrase “cool shell formation on my beachwalk.”
Republicans quickly condemned the message as a threat to Trump, interpreting the numbers “86” as suggesting he should be killed, though the phrase means “eject, dismiss or remove” or “get rid of” someone in the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.
The fact is, everyone should have a problem with James’ seashell game.

It’s just one more example of how assassination chic is becoming a feature with the left.
A new report from the Network Contagion Research Institute found that more than half of left-leaning Americans say political violence is “acceptable” — with 55% of them seeing “some justification” for assassinating Trump.
It certainly feels like a powder keg, as violence is excused and celebrated online as never before
Oh it’s definitely being celebrated. And James Comey didn’t want to be left out of the fun. Hence his seashell game and subsequent claim that he just didn’t know what 86 47 REALLY meant. For realz guys.
It might’ve been the gayest of gay moves by Comey, but it’s also a very real problem. Democrats are storming federal facilities, punching officers, calling for violence while remaining silent when the violence that DOES happen, such as the campus protests or George Floyd riots, fits their chosen narrative.
Comey is trying to claim that, while he just KNEW those cute seashells spelled out a political message, he had no idea what that message was. Then why did he delete his post while claiming he knows nothing? He’s tried the Sgt. Schultz gambit before. It didn’t work then, and it doesn’t work now.

That book synopsis tells me three things. Comey hates Republicans, Trump, and MAGA with a passion and thinks J6’ers should be in prison, believes that conservatives are the violent ones, and yes he absolutely KNOWS what 86 means.

The FBI is definitely aware of what James Comey did, as is the Secret Service.

She certainly denied that she was trying to send a message – just as Comey is denying that.
Dems leaders keep saying and displaying symbols of violence which they know send subtle signals to unhinged followers to act on them. They maintain their “[in]plausible denial ability” because they lack the moral courage to be honest. And, because they are used to using “codes words” to signal their approval of violence, they project their thinking onto their opponents and accuse their opponents of doing the same thing.
