Russia gets lots of goodies with the Iran Deal. Such as $10 billion to build an Iranian nuclear plant.
Russia’s top state-controlled energy company is set to cash in on a $10 billion contract to build out one of Iran’s most contested nuclear sites as part of concessions granted in the soon-to-be-announced nuclear agreement that will guarantee sanctions on both countries are lifted.
Russian and Iranian documents translated for the Washington Free Beacon show that Rosatom, Russia’s leading energy company, has a $10 billion contract with Iran’s atomic energy organization to expand Tehran’s Bushehr nuclear plant. Russia and the Biden administration confirmed on Tuesday that the new nuclear agreement includes carveouts that will waive sanctions on both countries so that Russia can make good on this contract.
Yes, you read that correctly. While the U.S. has been virtue signaling with all the sanctions, Biden has been blathering, and multiple industries (AGRICULTURE) are worried as hell, it turns out the Biden Administration has been promising more than we thought regarding this newly revised shit-on-a-stick Iran Deal.
The Biden Administration blusters about how WONDERFUL they are for helping Ukraine. A whole new boatload of military assistance (not MIGS) is on its way. Which is grand until one realizes that the Biden Administration has been playing all ends against the middle.
Russia may use the emerging Iran nuclear deal to preserve billions of dollars in nuclear trade as a loophole to Western sanctions against it for its Ukraine invasion, according to David Albright, president of the Institute of Science and International Security.
Research by Albright and Sarah Burkhard relating to the Russian state-owned company Rosatom and Iran’s nuclear facilities at Bushehr revealed that Moscow “may have protected its interests in [the] JCPOA to make billions selling power reactors.”
The nuclear experts said that Rosatom is currently “engaged in the illegal seizure and likely theft of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, Europe’s largest nuclear power reactor plant, with six 1,000 MW reactors.”
Keep in mind, Russians have control over Chernobyl right now. Even though the site is non workable, mostly, the fact that the Russians moved in and are, evidently, in control of another Ukraine nuclear plant is highly concerning.
The Iran Deal is a train wreck for the world. Yet here we have the Biden Administration giving Russia…and Iran free reign. Yet folks somehow insist that Iran will hold to the agreement to tone things down? What did the Biden Administration do the other day when Iran fired off some missiles? YAWN and promise Russia/Iran more goodies.
The Biden Administration is telling us Putin is to blame for the extreme gas prices, yet promises Russia they’ll keep their nuclear plant build contract.
And all we were asking for was a simple pipeline from Canada.

No, in fact the entire Administration needs dunce caps right about now. Given this new information, Putin is making out like a bandit. He’s got China, mostly, in his pocket. He’s being handed oil money, and now he’s being given back a$10 billion contract to build a nuclear plant for Iran??
However this turns out, right now the way this deal is being crafted, the winners are Russia and Iran. I mean seriously, Russia will get $10 billion from all of us to build Iran’s nuclear power plant and Iran will get nukes. What could possibly go wrong with this scenario?
