Hillary Clinton continues to make history and news. No…I’m not talking about that “historical” win that the Democrats are crowing about. I’m not talking about that new book either. Instead that pesky criminal investigation the FBI is running has gained some serious momentum.

The FBI is treating everything on the private server used to run former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal email account is considered as evidence or potential evidence as part of the federal investigation connected to the machine, the bureau said in a court filing this week.

“[A]ll of the materials retrieved from any electronic equipment obtained from former Secretary Clinton for the investigation are evidence, potential evidence, or information that has not yet been assessed for evidentiary value,” the FBI said in the filing.

Release of any of that additional information “could reasonably be expected to interfere with the pending investigation,” it added.

Lets review that again shall we? The FBI, in a court filing that you can read in full here, has bluntly stated that anything and everything they have and are finding on Hillary’s bathroom server and emails is most definitely evidence.

Can we say Ruh Roh Raggy!!

The FBI filing also explicitly details that its not just Hillary’s server that is involved. We are talking thumb drives and other unnamed devices. Plural.

The FBI is asking the court to allow them to keep the proceedings secret for some very specific reasons.

The FBI argued that disclosing even the number of records it has pulled off Clinton’s server, thumb drive or other unnamed devices “could reasonably lead to the public identification and compromising of potential witnesses, as well as defensive actions to conceal activities, elude detection, and/or suppress or fabricate evidence.”

“suppress or fabricate evidence.”

Maybe that’s what Hillary meant by her ‘wiping with a cloth comment!’

Keep in mind that this isn’t the only piece of the server/email debacle that is in the news right now. Bryan Pagliano is doing everything he can short of standing on his head to avoid disclosing anything regarding his immunity deal and in fact, deal or no deal wants to plead the 5th no matter what courtroom he stands in. Really makes you wonder what he knows doesn’t it?

Interestingly enough, Hillary did have an interview last night before her rah rah speech in Brooklyn.

Noo… not a press conference. Just a scripted sit-down with ABC News David Muir. According to her, this nomination will ‘send a signal around the world’ Oh? What kind of signal might that be?

Hillary was asked about the server situation at one point.

Muir then pressed her on whether she can assure Americans that there isn’t ‘anything coming from this FBI investigation that’s going to change the course of your campaign.’
‘Absolutely,’ Clinton responded.

What was that about ‘no more shoes to drop and world wide signals?’ I wonder if ABC News will have some follow up questions for her given today’s revelations? Yeah no.

Pretty much.

Hillary’s argument that the FBI investigation is just a ‘routine “security review”‘ just face planted spectacularly. The fact that the FBI wants to keep all information secret about this criminal probe can only signify that there was indeed some very serious mishandling of classified information.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen. A presumptive pantsuited Democrat nominee for President of the United States is most definitely the subject of a criminal investigation. I don’t think this is the kind of #HistoryMade ANYONE should be looking for. Do you?
