Former President Joe Biden was called many things. An “expert” on foreign policy. The “education president”. We can now add another name to his list.

According to this, The Department of Justice under former President Joe Biden “withheld evidence” and approved “aggressive arrest tactics” when targeting pro-life defendants. The DOJ then would dole longer prison sentences to pro-life groups than pro-abortion ones.

The Biden DOJ convicted 75 year-old Paulette (Paula) Harlow for violation of the FACE Act last year for blocking access to an abortion clinic in 2020. The Biden DOJ handed her a two-year prison sentence.

Mark Houck was arrested by a SWAT team at 7.05 a.m. on September 23, 2022 when agents arrived at his Pennsylvania home, with his 7 children still inside of it, to take him into custody.

On average, its prosecutors sought 26.8 months in prison for pro-life defendants, compared with 12.3 months averaged for pro-abortion ones.”-Josh Christenson, The NY Post

Judges also sentenced those pro-lifers at higher rates. Let’s say 14 months as compared to 3 months.

Blocking access to abortion clinics, pregnancy centers, churches and other houses of worship, is a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act but, the Biden DOJ was found to have engaged multiple times in “biased enforcement” of it. And there are receipts. For starters, an e-mail trail between Merrick Garland’s task force lead, Sanjay Patel. Patel worked closely with Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Feminist Majority Foundation and the National Abortion Federation (NAF) Security Team to initiate investigations and “monitor” pro-life activists years leading up to arrests. Yes, they were stalking these individuals. Sanjay Patel had foot soldiers, too. Patel praised the head of NAF security, Michelle Davidson, to colleagues as an “MVP” for “bringing incidents to his attention, often in real-time”.

Can we say, weaponization? A 75 year-old woman gets more time in prison than an illegal immigrant on the streets who rapes and kills a young woman? A 75 year-old woman gets house arrest but rioters who loot and throw Molotov cocktails at police vehicles get Democrats’ support for bail funds?

Patel, who received his pink slip yesterday, also claimed that “he didn’t keep the kind of records” a defense attorney was looking for with regard to prosecutions for vandalisms of pregnancy centers, while forwarding “substantially identical information” to NAF. How mighty convenient of him.

Zastrow, saw Biden DOJ prosecutors seeking ‘an indirect way to get some more info about religion without directly asking it,’ leading to a handful of Christian jurors being flagged ‘for peremptory and for-cause strikes from the jury pool because of their faith,’ according to draft voir dire documents and the subsequent review.’-Josh Christenson, The NY Post

In this case, Biden-era prosecutors referred to Christian pro-lifers as “culty” — before went with a less-offensive term to appeal to the Catholic magistrate judge who took up the case.

Rich coming from the Biden Administration, don’t you think? Coming from the believers of the lie claiming Joe Biden had the largest number of votes than any president in history. Coming from those who believe mutilating kids makes them happy. Coming from those who (still) believe wearing a stupid mask will keep them from dying when going to the tattoo parlor. You know what else is “culty”? Child sacrifice. The Biden DOJ. He may not remember squat. But we will remember Joe Biden as the Abortion President.
