Karen Bass Throws Money At Illegals

Los Angeles Mayor, Karen Bass is campaigning for the title of Worst Mayor Ever in the Worst State Ever. Just yesterday, Bass ordered cash assistance for “immigrants” affected by ICE raids.

Yes, Karen Bass is now going to give illegal residents of Los Angeles “a couple hundred bucks”. So, the next time, illegals are found (with underage children) at a pot farm, they’ll know Karen Bass Cares. After all, she’s probably attempting to make up for her lack of empathy (or action) when her city was literally burning.

There is a need for me to have an executive directive to help our city understand how to protect itself from our federal government. What we have seen here over the last, now six weeks of raids that pop up, and we never know exactly when and where they’re going to happen.”-Karen Bass

Yeah, Karen. That’s the general idea. Do you or the people who are here illegally expect formal announcement as to when and where they are going to show up? Or, should your office engrave formal invitations? That’s not how this works. Nevertheless, the great Mayor of Los Angeles will show up to the park to kick agents trying to pick up gang-bangers up at MacArthur Park or anywhere else in the county. Leave the cholos alone.

Added bonus? Let’s give them A few Benjamins, too. A couple hundred dollars for their troubles.

Great question. Karen Bass will leave that one unanswered. After all, she was not around for most of the burning.

In addition, Bass said a plan is being worked out to provide cash assistance to those affected by the enforcement operations, the Los Angeles Times reported. Cash cards with a ‘couple hundred’ dollars on them will be distributed by immigrants’ rights groups in about a week, Bass said.

The money will not come from city coffers, but from philanthropic partners, she said.”-Louis Casino, Fox News

“Philanthropic partners” my you-know-what. Let’s call them what they really are: PACs. And since when has Karen Bass cared about “philanthropy” unless in Ghana? Really want to do something with those “philanthropic funds”? Create programs to get people off the streets in Los Angeles and off drugs. But, that is not what this is about. Karen Bass would rather keep homeless, drug-addled Americans (who are here legally) on the streets of Los Angeles and kick a couple hundred dollars to the MS-13 drug traffickers.

They’re not “too stupid to know”. They know exactly what they are doing and they’re too callous to care. And now, they’re going to throw a “philanthropic, couple hundred dollars” at the problem instead of working a solution because: TRUMP. “Philanthropic partners” who live in their gated communities, isolated from the city streets that are taking Americans, to include some of our children, are the ones funding this lunacy. Yes, give them a cash card for their troubles. Give them a cell phone subsidy while you’re at it, too.

But offering a couple hundred dollars to illegals when California is in the hole for millions is just a drop in the bucket, really. Karen and Gavin (Newsom) have been at this game for years.

Common sense. From someone who lacks any semblance of it. Let’s throw out some common sense for Karen. She says people (illegals), are “afraid to go to work” for fear of being picked up by ICE and they need money. Even those child laborers need money for their families. How inhumane of ICE to deprive an illegal family of income their kid brings in from farming OG Kush! Furthermore, if the persons “afraid of leaving their homes and going to work” are here illegally, are they paying taxes on those wages? And, will they be taxed on the cash cards? It’s not likely as they are “undocumented”. Meanwhile, who absorbs the burden of all of this? Bass can run her mouth all she wants about these cash cards not being a burden on the taxpayer and donated by “kind, (anti-Trump PAC) philanthropists” but, ultimately, in keeping people in this country illegally here in this country IS a burden on the taxpayer.

I’ll take Common Sense for a couple hundred dollars, Alex.
