In his speech to the United Nations, Trump bluntly stated that “The future does not belong to the globalists. The future belongs to patriots.” It was a speech the world needed to hear and Americans should heed.

“President Trump leveled one of his harshest critiques of globalism on Tuesday at the U.N. General Assembly, promoting the “America First” approach that has defined his presidency on issues of defense, trade and immigration before a body built on multilateral cooperation.

Trump read the address in a somber monotone, rarely punctuating words or pausing for emphasis, but his message for the 74th session of the annual gathering of world leaders was clear.”

If we want to continue to be free, we need to take pride in our country. If we want peace in this world, then countries need to deal with their problems at home rather than ignore them. Globalism, communism, and socialism were all called out by Trump in his speech.

Trump is absolutely correct. Everything the globalists stand for is NOT about lifting people up. It’s about keeping them down while a select few get to benefit. The entire climate change hysteria is a prime example. Not one single bit of it is about saving our planet from ourselves. It’s a massive power and money grab. Pure and simple.

The media, however, would like us to believe that we are going to be isolationists who kill the planet.

“But on key global issues, Trump spoke largely through a lens of isolationism. While global leaders have stressed the need to combat climate change, Trump boasted of gains in U.S. energy production.

As the world grapples with how to address mass migration, Trump condemned those who support “open borders” as promoting policies that are “cruel and evil.”

“Mass illegal migration is unfair, unsafe and unsustainable for everyone involved,” he said.”

What do their governments do in response? Lecture the United States instead of paying attention to their own house.

With his statements regarding the dangers of globalism, Trump put the world and specifically China on notice.

There is a great deal to unpack regarding Trump’s entire speech to the United Nations. However, with his commentary regarding globalism, socialism, and communism, he is absolutely correct.

We are seeing socialism at play here in the United States. Bernie Sanders and Lizzie Warren along with the rest of the Democrat Presidential candidates are touting MORE government control over our lives. That isn’t freedom. That isn’t patriotism. That is…SOCIALISM.

The Green New Deal is socialism on a grand scale. It is a deal that will reward failure, destroy industry and innovation, and tax the hell out of us all.

Globalism seeks to have governments become the sole designator of what rights we can and cannot have. This flies directly against what this Republic stands for with our Constitution as our guide.

President Trump was right to call out the dangers of globalism and he was absolutely right in urging every nation to look inward, clean their own houses and, above all, value freedom.
