After pleading “not guilty” to 37 counts, Donald Trump showed up at a restaurant in Miami and Jake Tapper of CNN lost it.
Here’s how it went down: Donald Trump, after pleading not guilty, and his team, showed up at the Cuban cafe, Versailles, shortly after leaving the Federal Court House in Miami. Trump, was surrounded by supporters of the Cuban-American community; a community that is largely Republican. It looked as if some people wished Trump an early “Happy Birthday” (his birthday is today). It also looked like some people were praying over Trump.
Tapper had seen enough of this. Cut away, turn off the cameras, control room! Jake Tapper did not want to see anything of the sort and therefore, you shouldn’t either.
Folks in the control room, I don’t need to see any more of that. He’s trying to turn this — He’s trying to turn it into a spectacle, into a campaign ad. That’s enough of that, we’ve seen it already.”-Jake Tapper, CNN
Jake, Jake, Jake…whatever happened to you? Have you sold your soul to the highest bidder (CNN, in this case)?
And as we watch Donald Trump attempt to turn his arrest and indictment into some sort of campaign commercial, we need to remember that the reason we are watching this is because Donald Trump is accused of breaking some very serious national security laws and then obstructing and refusing to cooperate with the FBI.” -Jake Tapper, CNN
Seems as though Trump got wind of Tapper’s disapproval of the footage and had a few things to say himself on Truth Social, in typical Trump fashion, of course:
‘Fake’ Tapper just demanded that his broadcast be closed down from Miami because there was far too much enthusiasm on the streets for ‘Trump.’ The good news is, he was the only one to do so, perhaps a good explanation as to why CNN’s ratings are so low!”-Donald Trump
Pretty bold move from a network that hosted Michael Avanetti for 120 appearances. We’d hate to turn something into a spectacle

Fake Tapper. Now, that is funny. Although the allegations against Trump are far from comical. But it was not only Tapper who was triggered by this footage. MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace reacted similarly.
So, while this is bad, very bad, for Trump. And while Trump may be acting a bit like his showboating self, this footage, and the reaction to this footage, should come as no surprise to liberal, faithful, CNN consumers and Trump voters alike. But, footage such as this, arguably, brings up what we should be seeing more of and what some of us would like to see less of. I mean, why should Jake Tapper be the only American who gets to say, “I don’t need to see any more of that?”
Was he taking about people actually praying over this (very) flawed, former-President? We could completely understand why the left does not want to see any of that.
MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace reacted similarly to this footage, interestingly enough. But in all seriousness, there are things we really don’t want to see. I can think of many things that infect our homes by way of the television. Let’s take most of our “news” programs, or, speaking on the subject of recent events, how about Pride Month coverage of topless trans people on The White House Lawn. Have any of you seen that coverage? Yep. we really don’t need to see any more of that. How about our current president and his obvious senility-on display for the world to see? Don’t need to see any more of that, either. Honestly, over the past three years, there are a lot of things I wish I hadn’t seen. Played-up lockdowns, talking heads lecturing us and telling us to fall in line or else. People-adults and children, alike-who suffered at the hands of the news media over these years because of the lies they willingly produced and manufactured. Relationships broken and shattered because of these lies broadcast. All brought on by the likes of Jake Tapper, Nicolle Wallace and our news machine.
What didn’t we see? We did not see justice to the corrupt individuals who came before Donald Trump. Nor did we see truth, ethics or integrity. We saw a bunch of bias peppered in with sanctimonious drivel from the news media. We saw cowardice as they buried stories about the Clintons, The Biden’s and corrupt Democrats to drive an agenda and the narrative.
Jake Tapper’s and Nicolle Wallace’s obvious irritation at the Trump footage is amusing, to say the very least. Now, in their quest for “justice” and “truth”, the talking head “journalists” are still trying to control the narrative. How dare they. They’re not even pretending anymore. Cut. Stop. Don’t roll the tape. They don’t want to see any more of Trump. The very creators of this very spectacle have had enough. Isn’t that special?
