The left has declared war on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. While the Republican Senator is home recuperating from a broken shoulder, the Kentucky chapter of March for Our Lives harassed him overnight to keep him from sleeping. And, that’s just the nice part.

As Townhall.com reported, the Senator tripped and fell on Sunday morning at home and broke his shoulder. Mitch McConnell 77 years old, which might lead to some balance problems. Plus, he suffered a bout of childhood polio, which has left him with movement problems. Now, I am not a fan of Mr. McConnell. He is far too much of a squishy Republican and has been in the Senate way too long, for my political taste. He is a human being and a good man. So, what kind of people would harass an ailing senior citizen? The Kentucky Chapter of March for Our Lives, that’s who.

In case you have forgotten, March for Our Lives was started by Emma Gonzalez and, pardon the expression, David Hogg after their classmates were murdered at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School. These “kids” are well-funded with corporate and celebrity support. The group advocates for gun control.

Yesterday, the Kentucky March for Our Lives announced they planned to hold a “vigil” outside of Mitch McConnell’s office in Louisville. Vigil is defined as:

a period of staying awake to be with someone who is ill or to call public attention to something:
The boy’s parents kept a long vigil in his hospital room.
A candlelight vigil on the steps of the courthouse was held to protest the verdict in this trial.

Notice that in the above definition, there is no screaming or threats mentioned. Also, the Kentucky March for Life didn’t hold their vigil outside of his office.

Kentucky March for Our Lives wants McConnell to go back to Washington, D.C. and pass gun control legislation immediately. Since the Senator was at home recuperating, what better way to motivate him to pass gun control than to violate his home quiet. Here is a bit of video:

Like I said, that was the nice part. The New York Post captured some of the comments from the March for Our Lives live Facebook feed:

“Murder Turtle!” the demonstrators can be heard shouting on video, in reference to McConnell’s infamous nickname.

“Come out, come out, wherever you are,” a person says at one point, while the others continue to yell.

“The bitch home — we keep seeing the lights go on and off,” another says. “This hoe really thought he was going to get ready to be at home after he hurt his little punk ass shoulder. Bitch, don’t nobody give a f–k! F–k your thoughts and prayers, Mitch. F–k you, f–k your wife, f–k everything you stand for. ”

The mobocracy sure shines a spotlight on our government education system, doesn’t it? I have to believe that McConnell’s wife, Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao was not at home. Remember when the Tiger Wife went after the last crowd that harassed Mitch. Kim wrote about that episode here.

This is all the left wing nut jobs stoking fear and promoting violence. And, speaking of nut jobs, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not upset that a mob went after Mitch McConnell. Oh, no. She is upset that some idiot guys with “Team Mitch” t-shirts took a picture with an AOC cardboard cutout.

These kids’s mothers need to have a come to Jesus meeting with them. This does not equate at all to threatening a man, any man, outside of his home. The left’s tactics ratchet up with every incident. Their leaders need to call them off. Of course, this is what the left wants, so I am not holding my breath.
