The View: Ana Navarro Is Miserable In Florida

The View co-host, Ana Navarro is, supposedly, one of the ABC morning talk show’s “Conservative” voices. Or is she?

It’s hard when you’re in the company of the likes of Joy Bear, Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin to maintain a stance without wavering to the big, ugly bullies, we know. It’s also hard when Disney signs your paycheck, am I right?

Which could be the reason why Ana Navarro took to The View to talk about the draconian dystopia that the state of Florida under Ron DeSantis has become.

They are banning absolutely everything that isn’t the kitchen sink, and tomorrow, I may wake up, and the kitchen sink has been banned,” she said. “They are terrifying teachers. People don’t want to be teachers in Florida.”-Ana Navarro, The View

Teachers have been “terrified” (to set foot in an actual classroom and teach) for almost two freaking years all over the place, Ana. And they still “don’t want to be teachers” in every state. Let’s put a pin in this for the moment and I will (channeling Jen Psaki) circle back. (But, unlike Peppermint Patty I will really circle back.)

Ana Navarro on The View did not stop. She took claim that claimed “insanity” and “manic paranoia” basically DeSantis’ platforms for political gain in the Sunshine State.

Let’s take another step back here, shall we? From which party, from where did this “insanity” and “manic paranoia” originate, Ana? Hell, I still see people driving by themselves with masks on their mugs here in Washington State. I walk into classrooms and see some of the insanity posted all over the walls.

This was not the first time Navarro slammed Ron DeSantis. This gem lives on:

Didn’t exactly sound like he was “gaming the system“, Ana.

Ana Navarro, came from a wealthy Nicaraguan family of land-owners. Her family fled Nicaragua and oppression and settled in Florida. She called herself a “lifelong Republican” but ended up voting for Joe Biden in 2020 because of Donald Trump’s ties to Ron DeSantis. She even hosted a concert to support the Biden campaign. So, really, Ana Navarro is a RINO who now hates her home state. Basically, Ms. Navarro is a sell-out. Ms. Navarro has forgotten where she and her family came from. Ms. Navarro is not “for immigrants”, “for women”, for any of the marginalized. She’s nothing but a spoiled, overgrown, rich kid whose family had the great fortune of coming to America before an oppressive government took all of what they worked hard for out of their hands. She had a great childhood in America, in Florida, with private schools and an opportunity to go on to university and obtain a Juris Doctor. So, excuse me whilst I say, screw Ana Navarro and her views on The View.

But Ana is upset and “miserable” in her home state of Florida all because of Ron DeSantis. In fact, the cackling hens all got together during a commercial break and came up with a plan for Ana:

Ana Navarro: Sunny told me this morning I need to find my happiness

Sunny Hostin: She was upset at 8:30, I was like ‘You need to go to Finland’

Ana Navarro: Maybe if you lived in Florida, you would be upset 24 hours a day too.”-Alexander Hall, Fox News

(Sniff, sniff.) Misery. Utter misery. Down-and-out in Coral Gables is Ana Navarro. All because of Ron DeSantis. This is what she talks about whilst her husband is playing golf at the country club. She exits her large, gaudy home and does lunch with friends in her miserable, sheltered, elitist existence.

The View drones on and Ana Navarro continues to muse how the “happiest of countries”-Finland, Denmark and Iceland are “all in the same region” and “there’s got to be some connection there”. Wait a second…didn’t Denmark lift their COVID restrictions before anyone else? I’d say there may be a connection there, Ana.

But, alas, Ana Navarro is not sure if she would do well in the Scandinavian countries of the hinterlands. After all, would they have great Cuban restaurants or tacos? Somehow, fermented shark and sour ram’s testicles do not quite sound as appealing as a delicious ropa vieja or a nice bowl of rice, beans and plantains…

Navarro doesn’t quite explain how she would navigate the landscape of the “happiest countries” but continues to yammer on about Florida:

Listen, if I was a parent in Florida, I would be a hell of a lot more concerned with banning of books. It’s the second-highest state to ban books.”-Ana Navarro, The View

This is where we circle back. Which books is Navarro really talking about?

Myth: Florida is banning children’s books about Hank Aaron and Roberto Clemente.

Fact: Books found by parents in Florida schools:

Gender Queer: A Memoir – an explicit, pornographic book showing sex acts.
Flamer – a graphic book about young boys performing sexual acts at a summer camp.
This Book Is Gay – a book containing instructions on “the ins and outs of gay sex.”
Let’s Talk About It – a book that contains graphic depictions about how to masturbate for males and females.”-Governor Ron DeSantis, flgov.com

Yet some of our media elites (with signed paychecks by Disney) and teachers feel the above is essential to education?

There are actually people moving to Florida because in some states, these books remain in school libraries. I know of several families who have gone wheels-up out of Washington State to Florida, Texas, Montana and small towns in the heartland. But The View‘s Ana Navarro can’t handle the oppression any longer. She is miserable, 24-7. Hey, Ana? Look around at the company you keep. If I were around those hags a good part of my days, I would be completely miserable, too.

And, if Ana and the whole cast of The View want to move to Happy Iceland, we’d all be happy to help. I’d personally love to watch them all choke down some ram nutsacks at a quaint little Icelandic cafe.

Even 20 years ago those books would have been banned in libraries all over the country. If parents want their kids reading them, I’m sure Amazon has them in stock.

Finland, Denmark and Iceland are “all in the same region” and “there’s got to be some connection there”

She’d be in hell because it’s not diverse enough for her tastes.

She isn’t a parent, but “would be concerned” about “book banning” IF she was one.
    Cool story, brah…
I once was dumb enough to trust the public school system to pick a book from the summer reading list without reading it first myself. My son was in 5th grade, and I knew the director of the program (who I thought was sane until then). I chose the only book that had a male protagonist (the book description also mentioned a grandfather who was a soldier, so it sounded perfect for a young male reader). Good Lord it was inappropriate! I started reading after my son was about halfway through it and said the book was “weird”. Yeah, it was weird alright. Every male figure in the book was abusive. Vagina monologues were touted ad nauseam. YES, Vagina monologues.
Ana, take a long walk off a short pier.

She can leave at anytime for a place more suitable to her liking, but no. Everything is supposed to change to make her feel more comfortable.

Never heard of this woman before I read this post.
Today I’ve put her on complete ignore. Obviously this (insert expletive) is a token “conservative” that CNN is hoping will bring some viewership. Just call her a conservative and suddenly it is true. Somehow.
It’s easy to register for whatever party, I’ve changed parties about eight different times depending on the state and what I’m trying to accomplish, and the election laws of an area (I’ve moved over 20 times in my adult life).
My spouse grew up in her neighborhood and is first gen cuban/american.
I can tell you this is a very conservative bunch and they had to go out of their way to find this boil on the ass of the planet.
Her thoughts on the OBVIOUS Christian hate crime shooting are…WOW. Just WOW.
    I’ll leave it at that.
