While CNN continues to deal with the self-inflicted fallout of their witch hunt, all in the name of protecting themselves from a mean and scary GIF, a very real man has been arrested outside Arizona Senator Jeff Flake’s Tuscon office for allegedly threatening staffers there and referencing the Alexandria shooting.

There were a group of protestors at Flake’s office who were apparently looking to get arrested. One of them got his wish.

According to a media release distributed Wednesday by the Tucson Chapter of Progressive Democrats of America, dozens of people planned a sit-in at the Senator’s office to demand that he vote “No” on the Better Care Reconciliation Act.

The release stated, “Protesters to Risk Arrest in Sen. Jeff Flake’s Office to Save Health Care for Millions of Americans.”

According to Jason Samuels, Sen. Flake’s Communications Director, the protester was arrested for making the following statement:

Protester: You know how liberals are going to solve the Republican problem?

Staffer: No.

Protester: They are going to get better aim. That last guy tried, but he needed better aim. We will get better aim.

And a second man was eventually arrested as well.

Deputies told a 59-year-old Mark Prichard — who allegedly made the comments — that he was not allowed back onto the property, then stepped back onto property and was arrested, facing charges of third degree criminal trespass, a class 1 misdemeanor.

Later, 70-year-old Patrick Diehl allegedly tried to force his way into the office and was arrested for third degree criminal trespass.

Both men were booked into Pima County Jail.

This follows last night’s news that Rep. Steve Scalise, who is still hospitalized after the shooting and had been improving, was back in the ICU.

Please remember to keep Scalise and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

And is this really what liberals want to do to “solve the Republican problem”?

This is unacceptable. But no one will be asking the Democrats to condemn their lunatic protesters, because the media doesn’t care what liberal protestors do, and they’re too busy navel-gazing and freaking out over GIFs.
