The two-times deadlocked jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial convenes again today to deliberate. In the meantime, some will go to TikTok for late-and-breaking news and “expert legal” opinions.
She was just sleep deprived. Three children is a lot. She is not perfect. And, my God. She’s already in a wheelchair. That should be punishment enough for strangling her three children. And, let’s not forget the various conspiracy theories surrounding this cold-blooded case of the murder of three innocent children. These women get their news on TikTok, after all. Yes, the Chinese do freaking hate us. Mindless, unproductive dopamine, late-and-breaking “news” and now, in-depth crime commentary from a washed-up, Hollywood hag.
Enter Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Melrose Place and Hollywood has-been, Lisa Rinna, who has taken to TikTok to do lives from the front seat of her G-Wagon. Rinna is a perfect version of not knowing when to quit, (just look at what she did to her face) enjoy one’s millions and ride happily into the Malibu sunset of irrelevance. Instead, she hops in her car, makes sure her hair looks “cute” and claims “Patrick (Clancy) did it.”
Alright, he did it. Patrick did it. Patrick is the one who did it. Not Lindsay.”-Lisa Rinna
Okay, Detective Restylane, Rinna. Your theory?
My therapist told me.”-Lisa Rinna
Oh, her therapist told her. This is just a personal take, but, just by looking at the extensive plastic surgery Lisa Rinna has undergone, it is crystal clear the woman has a problem. Any good therapist would be diagnosing and discussing the grim reality that stares Lisa Rinna in the face in the mirror every day-the demon who tells her to get more lip filler.

Rinna goes on to support her whodunnit theory as if she’s some sort of true crime investigator. The husband did it. Why? Because “women don’t particularly strangle their kids”. Men strangle. Women poison or drown their children.
Sure, Rinna not saying Patrick Clancy could have “allegedly” killed his children is problematic. So, yes, the online community went after her. Instead of correcting herself, Lisa Rinna did not back down, stating her claims were “freedom of speech”.
Freedom of speech is one thing. Defamation of character is another. But, women will continue to eat this up because it is easier to blame the man. Even women who do not subscribe to Lisa Ring’s unhinged TDS are entertaining this notion. Why? Because Lisa Ring’s therapist says “women don’t strangle”.
And she says this after getting out of therapy….Really!!!!!…..that speaks volumes

Within that online community of narcissists, the boldest, most outrageous takes are rewarded with eyeballs, attention and money — and emboldened to push the envelope and cross every line of decency.
Such behavior creates a permission structure for people like Rinna to say whatever the hell they want.
Patrick lost his three precious children and the woman he once loved has disappeared into a lightless husk confined to a wheelchair. By all accounts, he was a devoted husband and father who did everything to help his wife weather the postpartum storm.
As for Lindsay? He hoped she’d find ‘peace.’
And for that superhuman strength and grace, he gets a bunch of bored psychos accusing him of all kinds of things, including murdering his own children.”-Kirsten Fleming, The New York Post
Lisa Rinna, mother of the century, wants all to know that she is entitled to her opinion because of free speech.
Lisa Rinna may not be able to identify the names of her own children, much less those killed after another mother was psycho-pharma drugged into psychosis & homicidal-suicidal ideation. The only time Lisa Rinna sees her kids is if a camera is present. Beyond that, they were…

Only God knows the truth about this case. Not any TikTok influencer, delusional woman dressed in pink, and, certainly not Lisa Rinna. If she did know the truth and was rooted in reality, she would look in the mirror and think, “My God, what have I done to myself?”. She would also realize that, at some point, celebrity is waning and now is as good of a time as any to retire from doing TikTok’s in your front seat like the 20-somethings.

Freedom of speech only refers to the government going after what someone says. (And it refers to specific forms of speech.) A private citizen can sue for slander if they want to, though I’m not sure Patrick would have a case or would even want to.
Clearly this author herself has only paid attention to social media when it comes to this case. Otherwise, she would be aware of these facts that are all in the court records and on video during the trial:
1. Lindsay has not confessed guilt in this trial. The jury was specifically instructed not to consider her civil trial against her doctors. She entered a not guilty plea. Technically, it would be not guilty by reason of insanity.
2. Her lawyer originally asked for the trial to be bifurcated, which means separated. So first they would have determined straight guilt or innocence, second they would have determined criminal responsibility, which would mean whether she was of sound mind. The judge refused, so the current trial is determining both guilt and criminal responsibility.
3. The jury has 5 options on the table: a) not guilty; b) not guilty by reason of insanity (called not guilty by lack of criminal responsibility in Massachusetts); c) murder in the first degree; d) murder in the second degree; e) manslaughter.
4. The burden of proof lies solely on the prosecution. This means that they MUST prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Their argument is that she committed the murders with a sound mind with intent and planning.
5. Not guilty here doesn’t mean she didn’t do the crime. It means the prosecution didn’t meet the level of guilty with no reasonable doubt. If there is reasonable doubt, then the jury must find her not guilty. This author needs to drill that into her skull. Think of it like OJ or Casey Anthony. They were likely guilty, but the case the prosecution presented gave the jury too much reasonable doubt.
6. Patrick isn’t on trial. While there are definitely questions about his actions and behavior leading up to and after the murders, he has not been charged with anything. If Lindsay is found not guilty, the Commonwealth may pivot to looking at him, but given that much of the evidence from the crime scene is no longer available, it’s difficult to even point to that as an option.
So TLDR: this author is acting as a pot calling the kettle black in regards to Lisa Rinna. She has made claims and definitive statements that show she doesn’t understand the facts of the case, has not listened to it, and just wants to pillory another woman for clicks.
Thank God neither her or Lisa Rinna are on the jury!
