Hunter Biden is gutter slime. We have been over this repeatedly. There is zero indication that a second marriage and “Pop” being president has changed his ways. How do we know that? Just look at the lengths he is allegedly going to in order to avoid child support payments.

We have been over this as well. Hunter Biden got Lunden Roberts pregnant, and there is a little girl, now four years old, who is completely shunned by the entire Biden family. Joe and Jill don’t acknowledge her as a grandchild. Hunter doesn’t want her to have the Biden last name. In fact, Hunter has been trying to get his child support payments reduced because he is pleading that he’s broke. Well, Roberts is having NONE of that, and her lawyer is trying to hold Hunter’s feet to the fire – by asking that he held in contempt and be jailed in Arkansas for not producing any documentation about his finances for the court.

The child support bombshell comes six months after Hunter tried to recalculate the monthly amount he pays Roberts, 32, the mother of Navy Joan Roberts – the little girl he barely acknowledges is his.”

The move backfired when single mom Roberts refused to re-negotiate and demanded that Hunter produce detailed financial records to demonstrate why he’s suffered a ‘substantial’ loss of earnings.”

In the new filing, her attorney, Clinton Lancaster, accuses the First Son of ‘flaunting the dignity and authority of the court’ by failing to adhere to the discovery rules and deadlines which were reasserted at a February 22 hearing.”

‘In those two months, the defendant has provided no additional discovery – not so much as one single item or word – and has failed to supplement his answers at the court’s directive,’ Lancaster fumes.”

‘There is no valid excuse or justification for the defendant’s failure to provide the required disclosures as the court has granted every single protective order the defendant has asked for since the inception of this case … the defendant is playing games with this court.’”

Calling on Circuit Judge Holly Meyer to hold Hunter in contempt, Lancaster adds: ‘The defendant’s actions are a willful and flagrant violation of this court’s previous order entered on the defendant’s motion.”

‘This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery. In the alternative, this court should sanction the defendant as appropriate and just.’”

So, why is Hunter Biden’s child support woes and finances a matter for public discussion, other than its salaciousness? It becomes the public’s business if Hunter Biden is living in the White House, behind fences and gates and Secret Service agents and Daddy’s desk, in order to avoid being served in the case.

Roberts’ legal maneuvers in Arkansas lend weight to the rumor in Washington, DC, that Hunter has been living at the White House with his second wife, Melissa Cohen, and their 3-year-old son, Beau, allegedly to avoid being served with legal papers.”

Numerous sightings over the past six months lend credence to the idea, with Hunter and his family spotted trailing his father and the first lady onto Marine One for weekends away to Delaware or Camp David, or for longer vacations at the borrowed homes of billionaires.”

Last week Hunter joined his father on a state visit to Ireland.”

Surrounded by his father’s Secret Service detail and protected by his own agents, it is difficult for a process server to get to him.”

From early last year, an elaborate swing set suitable for a toddler was spotted on the White House grounds when the president ambled back to his office from Marine One.”

It’s worth pointing out that all of the other Biden grandchildren are adults or teenagers, with the exception of Navy Joan (Hunter’s daughter with Roberts) and Beau (Hunter’s son with wife Melissa Cohen, whom the press keeps inaccurately referring to as “Beau Biden Jr” – the child should be referred to “Beau Biden II,” since his father is Hunter and he is his uncle’s namesake), so a swing set would only be for a younger grandchild. Now, could the swing set just be up for whomever comes to play? Sure. That in and of itself isn’t a big deal. What IS a big deal is that we have seen Hunter hopping on Air Force One for “family trips” and we all saw him in Ireland with his father, acting as a de facto handler and interpreter. Those are taxpayer-funded trips for the president, and Hunter is getting to tag along.

But what if it is more than that? What if it’s not just a free vacation, but free room and board, free food, and free security to keep him from being served? You live in the People’s House, then your business is the People’s Business. Hunter is a grown man of 53 years, who has spent his life freeloading off his family name. Being a deadbeat father hiding behind tall gates that only a toddler can sneak through? That’s a whole new level of scummy.

Hunter Biden will be in court, even if he manages to slide on any federal charges (which he should NOT), because Lunden Roberts is not going to let this go. You can question her motivation, but the legal long and short of it is that her daughter is Hunter Biden’s biological child, and therefore he owes child support. He agreed to a child support settlement of reportedly $2.5 million, and is now trying to get out of paying that much. Well, you can’t do that if you don’t show your work, and Hunter’s lawyers know this, even if their client has smoked away his last brain cell. Financial documents are going to have to be produced before May 22nd, as a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for the day after that, in preparation for a bench trial in late July. Hunter Biden has less than a month to cough up documents, and the clock is ticking. The judge may deny the attempt to hold Hunter in contempt for now, but I don’t think she will be so lenient if the May 22nd deadline is missed.

Of course, this whole thing could just be avoided if Hunter Biden simply paid up and made the case go away. That he or any of the other Bidens can’t make that happen says something, especially considering the amount of financial transactions that the House Oversight Committee is looking at. Hunter has no legal leg to stand on here – he owes Roberts child support. Apparently selling his paintings or his memoir isn’t bringing in the cash. And I have a feeling that once Joe is no longer president, the Biden gravy train is going to come to a screeching halt, and very few of them will know how to support themselves with a real job outside of politics.

If Lunden Roberts wants my advice (admittedly, I’m not a lawyer), she should give up the name change request. Her daughter is ultimately going to be better off for NOT being connected to the Bidens in the long run. She should absolutely wring every cent she is owed from Hunter for her daughter, and set that up in a trust fund. Give that kid the best start in life possible, far away from the influence of the Bidens. But get the money first. Hunter Biden can only hide from family court for so long. Although, given his relationship with Jill, he’s probably in his own personal prison right now anyway. A gilded prison with room service is still a prison, Hunter.
