Joe Biden was just caught on a hot mic in Florida saying “no one f**ks with a Biden.” Well, Hunter Biden f**ked around, and now he’s about to find out whether the Justice Department will charge him with obviously lying on his gun paperwork, and likely tax evasion.
Who is reporting this? After all, the New York Post got locked out of their Twitter account and the story about Hunter Biden leaving his laptop at a repair shop was actively suppressed on social media just two years ago, right before the presidential election!! What right-wing rag is spreading this story, and how quickly will they be punished???
Exclusive: Federal agents see enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax and gun-purchase crimes, people familiar with the case say https://t.co/YmJehf7Nmm pic.twitter.com/D8cd6fp0HI

Ohhhhh. Well. Let me just say that this story being run by the Washington Post is indicative of two things. One, that Joe Biden’s personal popularity within media circles is obviously low. And two, this story being run means that the media does not expect Joe Biden to run for president in 2024. No left-leaning media outlet breaks this kind of story without an agenda, and if Hunter Biden is called to account for all that income, we may yet find out where that “ten percent for The Big Guy” went. The Washington Post isn’t completely throwing old Joe under the bus, but they definitely are preparing to leave him on the side of the road for Jill to pick up and take home.
So, what does the U.S. Attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, have collected on Hunter Biden?
The investigation into Hunter Biden began in 2018, and became a central focus for then-president Donald Trump during his unsuccessful 2020 reelection effort. Initially, the investigation centered around Hunter Biden’s finances related to overseas business ties and consulting work. Over time, investigators with multiple agencies focused closely on whether he did not report all of his income, and whether he lied on gun purchase paperwork in 2018, according to the people familiar with the situation, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing case.”
Agents determined months ago they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden. But it is ultimately up to prosecutors at the Justice Department, not agents, to decide whether to file charges in cases where prosecutors believe the evidence is strong enough to lead to a likely conviction at trial.”
Now, Attorney General Merrick Garland has sworn that he’s not making the call on whether to charge Hunter Biden, and that Weiss will make that determination. This story may very well serve the purpose of keeping Garland from interfering with the case, which can only be a good thing, seeing as how Garland has no problem being overtly political in his prosecutorial inclinations.
So, what does the lawyer for Hunter Biden, the “smartest man” Joe Biden knows, have to say about this report?
Asked about the case, Chris Clark, a lawyer for Hunter Biden, accused investigators of leaking information. “It is a federal felony for a federal agent to leak information about a Grand Jury investigation such as this one,” Clark said in a written statement. “Any agent you cite as a source in your article apparently has committed such a felony. We expect the Department of Justice will diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors. As is proper and legally required, we believe the prosecutors in this case are diligently and thoroughly weighing not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the other witnesses in this case, including witnesses for the defense. That is the job of the prosecutors. They should not be pressured, rushed, or criticized for doing their job.”
Yes, I expect that those sources will be outed with all the diligence and haste that the sources who were leaking the Mar-a-Lago investigation were. Oh wait.
Now, it wouldn’t shock me to see someone punished for leaking the Hunter Biden information, but the Department of Justice knows they are under a microscope when it comes to the treatment of Hunter Biden. And again, the fact that the Washington Post is willing to publish this story? No one has any confidence in Joe Biden in that newsroom.
However, we already know quite a lot about the allegedly potential charges. The gun charge, for example, stems directly from Hunter Biden lying on his 4473 form when he purchased a handgun in 2018. This would be the same handgun that Beau’s widow/Hunter’s lover/all-around dumbass Hallie Biden decided to get rid of by throwing it away in a garbage can across the street from a high school. How both Hunter and Hallie walked away without being slapped with some kind of charge over THAT particular dumbassery can only be chalked up to “no one f**ks around with a Biden.” That Hunter might actually face consequences for lying on that 4473 form – when he lied about his illegal drug use – would be poetic, since Hunter has left SO MANY videos of himself using drugs and also talked about it in his own memoir. Seriously, if the DOJ doesn’t prosecute him for lying on that form, then why bother having the form???
The tax charges? Well, that all has to do with Hunter trading on the family name and collecting large sums of cash from around the world. We have been hearing about that for years, especially from Tony Bobulinski. Bobulinski has not stayed quiet about what he knows about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden – it’s just that so few outlets want to listen.
So, let’s say that Hunter gets hit with tax charges. Just how far does that Biden loyalty go? Where did all the money go – straight up Hunter’s nose? Will Hunter stay quiet to protect his father? Will Joe interfere the only way he can in order to protect his son?
when asked last spring if Biden would ever consider a pardon for Hunter, Bedingfield said at the podium: “That’s not a hypothetical I’m going to entertain" and “I don’t have anything to add from this podium.”

It’s been said before – if Hunter Biden was Donald Trump Jr., the media would be having kittens over the details. Instead, they are being forced to cover it because the Washington Post already broke the ice.
WashPost reporter on feds believing they have evidence to charge Hunter: "Republicans made a great deal of hay over what they said were…data on the laptop that showed bad dealings by Hunter Biden…What we don't know yet is how important they think [it] is to this case" (2/2) pic.twitter.com/mbwcMTbEpu

Will Hunter Biden actually be charged with anything? I guess we get to wait and see if U.S. Attorney Weiss is prepared to f**k with a Biden.

Third possibility is that the media see Biden as a sure loser in 2024, and want him off the ticket. They are starting a sabotage campaign by doing actual reporting for once.
“Joe, stop sniffing that kid for a minute and listen. They have Hunter dead to rights. Your name isn’t going to help him and he’s going to big boy jail. Your only hope is that you decide to spend the rest of your time with your family-STOP SNIFFING THAT KID!-and all this will be forgotten.”

Hunter Biden will skate.
NOTE: This is part and parcel of a massive campaign of humiliation and provocation directed toward REAL PEOPLE.
The object is to push normal folk “over the edge”, (even if they have to use a “wind-up toy”). This in turn will “justify”, slaughter, incarceration, theft of property, etc. on a continental scale.
It is a “time-honoured” practice in totalitarian regimes throughout history. .
Socialism: You can “vote” your way into it, but you generally have to FIGHT your way OUT!
The main difference is that we have guns.
@ Cameron:
Well may you have guns, but how up to date are your infantry tactics, comms and first-aid skills?
The original “Minutemen” were a bit more world-wise than just yokels with flintlocks.
Things have “stepped up” a bit in the last two and a half centuries. Adjust accordingly.
There are still a lot more of us than there are of them. That compensates a lot for lack of organization.
I doubt Hunter Biden will be indicted. If he is indicted, the case is highly unlikely to come to trial. Whatever the outcome of these developments — even if it results in Joe Biden’s resignation from the presidency — it will not be permitted to interfere with the Usurper agenda. It’s all for show, a sop to the media and its principal critics: “See, we do take the law seriously!” In business, we call it “using the paperclips twice.”
Look for a dog & pony show with lots of smoke & mirrors. Essentially, all of the guilty parties: Bidens, FBI, etc. will skate or get off lightly. China Joe’s reign will not come to an end. The Dem puppeteers will prop him up as usual.
