Hillary’s Email Scandal Headed Toward Breaking Point

Hillary Clinton has had a no-good, very bad week. Even the Washington Post is noting that this is beginning to be deja vu all over again for her – and they mean 2008, when she looked poised to win primaries and the nomination, only to lose when the votes came in. But what does Hillary in this time won’t be a more charismatic candidate – it will be her own hubris and crimes regarding the handling of classified intelligence.

New details have emerged this week in the ongoing email/homebrew server scandal that even NBC News (!) was forced to cover this week, when the news broke that Hillary had SAP level information in her emails, which means, because she was only using a personal email address, they were stored on her home-constructed server. The Clinton campaign went into full tilt-a-whirl spin mode at this point, accusing the Inspector General’s office of colluding with the GOP in order to leak details about the email investigation to make Hillary look bad.

That was so much spin that even MSNBC couldn’t buy it.

The claims of “collusion” between the IG and GOP are insane – because the people investigating this in the Senate aren’t even cleared to read these emails.

A source with knowledge of the intelligence review told Fox News that senior members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, despite having high-level clearances, are among those not authorized to read the intelligence from so-called “special access programs” without taking additional security steps — like signing new non-disclosure agreements.

The biggest concern, of course, is that no one knows – or is willing to confirm as of yet – if that information was compromised.

And while we wait to know if China or Russia had a peek at “for your eyes only” information, Fox News is reporting that the FBI has been able to recover Hillary’s deleted emails.

And if this is true, then all of the emails that Hillary thought were unnecessary – or about yoga classes or Chelsea’s wedding – are now on display for the Justice Department. And the the Obama Justice Department, under Attorney General Loretta Lynch, is going to be faced with a decision. As Anthony DeChristopher, writing in The Hill, says:

It is now undeniably clear that the results of the FBI investigation will be the end of one of two things: Hillary’s bid for the White House or the legitimacy of the FBI—at least when it comes to prosecuting cases on the mishandling of classified material.

Remember what Hillary said…

There’s only so much longer that Loretta Lynch is going to be able to sit around and convince the FBI to continue to sniff at the now-cold smoking guns for any more traces of smoke before she has to make a decision. Hillary Clinton herself says no one is “too powerful to jail.” Loretta Lynch now has to take Hillary up on her dare.

Hillary has the delegates locked in for the nomination, and she’s the only democrat who has a chance against Trump. The big money donors cannot risk her indictment – the liberal agenda is too close to completion, and a Conservative president (we can argue about that later) could ruin the last 8 years of ‘progress’. Expect a hand slap, a “Poor judgement but no criminal liability” statement from the DOJ/FBI and then “Nothing here to see, folks. Let’s Move On”. Hillary is the most corrupt politician this nation has ever produced and she’s not going to let a little scandal like this affect her campaign.

Let me summarize that: the Rule of Law does not apply to politicians, and especially not to liberal politicians.
