The Biden administration, FBI, DOJ and their media allies have all clearly crossed the line in violation of the Constitution, their sworn duty and the rule of law.
So, what are we going to do? How will we mount a defense or a counter offensive?
I’d argue that the gap separating us as citizens has never been wider. That includes looking back to the Civil War and the ugly years of segregation. I say that because we healed from those wounds.
But now, progressives and communists have pulled the new Democrat party far left, their anger at not being obeyed has become a hateful campaign against not just anyone who doesn’t take the knee or wear the mask – but America itself. Their ideology has been crafted for a long time and it will not fade away.
The next election offers a binary option; either we put the brakes on the people lusting to tear the country down in order to rebuild it their way, or accept the status quo and passively watch America’s decline.
Recognize this: Democrats are better at politics than Republicans. When they fail to pass a radical bill in Congress or lose an election, they don’t admit rejection, they become more determined to force their will upon us. One election won’t change politics, but one generation can begin to change the culture and bring accountability to the fetid swamp – if we will act.
The illustrative tools we need are plentiful:
* “They” claim the election was fair, yet they have hundreds of lawyers fighting court challenges and audit demands in every contested state.
* Against our wishes “they” are trying to teach racial separation theory in every state in the union and they are fighting school choice to maintain control over the minds of coming generations
* “They” are pushing unsubstantiated disease hysteria in an attempt to force mask compliance and lock us down, while they are flooding the country with untested people from all over the world.
* “They” have turned the rule of law on its head and jailed demonstrators for trespassing on public property while they ignore terrorist assaults and the burning of government buildings in cities they control.
* The Democrat party has gone from telling black people, “you can’t come here or work here because you’re black”, to saying “you’re only being tolerated because you’re black.”
… the list goes on.
In spite of the obvious aggression against us all, far too many good people have been bullied to fear criticism for expressing themselves. Choosing to say nothing and to do nothing is choosing to BE NOTHING! This has to stop. It has to stop now.
American hero Thomas Paine once said, “I prefer peace. But if trouble must come, let it come in my time, so that my children can live in peace.” In referring to “his time”, he was speaking of taking up arms. That is something that would be both foolish and fateful in this day and age when Democrats control the government, the courts, the media and apparently, even the Army.
But we have the power of truth and we can overwhelm the ballot box and put honest candidates in office if we will just believe in ourselves. We’ve all heard someone say, “I’m just one person, what can I do?” – maybe you’ve said it yourself. We can push back and we can win without taking to the streets, burning buildings and attacking police or battling leftist crowds.
We can do this
Remember this saying: “All that is needed for evil to prevail is that good men do nothing.”
#1 If you have kids, look at the books they are given in school. If you see historical falsehoods, political propaganda or critical race theory, share your discovery with other parents and organize a group to speak at school board meetings. That is where you’ll be heard and where differences are made.
#2 Get one new person to vote. This is important. It is the key to overwhelming the Democrat election rigging process. We all know someone who has been ambivalent about voting, or a youngster turning 18 this year. If half of the people who voted for Trump would make a serious effort to get the pledge of one new voter and get them registered, we could turn out over 100 million voters in 2022 and more by 2024.
Think about this; new voters are likely to share their enthusiasm with people in their peer group. Your effort to recruit someone could result in several more newcomers or converts.
# 3 Make the effort to attend candidate forums or meet and greet opportunities and ask candidates questions about their loyalty to the Constitution and/or their willingness to stand up to the lawlessness that is corrupting our government. We must find candidates who will promise to pursue justice in DC. That means bringing investigations into all who have lied before Congress and openly violated the system of justice we believe in.
Because of weak Republicans in the Congress, Democrats are able to violate the law with impunity. They want no borders; they are openly working to collapse our economy. They laugh in the face of people who want good educations for their children. Only we, the citizens of America can stop them.
We can do this but we have to give a damn. We have to want it. If you believe in our country and care for its future, find a friend to work with you and remember these rules:
Play hard, but offend no one.
Be pleasant, but convincing; attract new people every day.
Expect pushback and handle it with facts and civil discussion.
Make no mistake, they will fight with all they have, but we have one superior weapon; TRUTH. Let’s use it with tactful persuasiveness and heartfelt sincerity. Let’s work for America!

I would add another suggestion:
Do not apologize or back down. Ever. If they demand either, you push on regardless of their caterwauling.
NEVER think that your vote doesn’t count. By the final count, that everybody accepts, however grudgingly, Bush won the 2000 vote in Florida by 537 votes out of 5.8 million votes cast.
I’m going to disagree a bunch with what’s said above, but agreeing with its essence.
Democrats are better at politics than Republicans.
No. They are true believers in achieving power to implement their religious utopia. (Progressivism is a religion, not simply a political ideology.) Yes, some of them are simply desirous of power. But a great many – and, most importantly, their followers – believe in achieving power so they can remake man and deliver their heaven on earth. If you treat it as politics, you will continue to lose. You must understand that most of the people on “our” side are actually indoctrinated into progressivism, too, and believe many of its tenets.
flooding the country with untested people from all over the world
Actually, they are testing them. They just don’t care, it seems, what the result is.
[Taking up arms] is something that would be both foolish and fateful in this day and age when Democrats control the government, the courts, the media and apparently, even the Army.
By that definition it is always foolish and fateful. Yet, our forefathers did so, in order to ensure freedom for them and their posterity. Why should we have less courage? Why should we be less the fools?
we can overwhelm the ballot box
Ha! No, we cannot. There are not enough of us appropriately concentrated to drive the ballot box where we desire it to go. Remember that even loads of people who are on “our” side are also progressively corrupted in their thinking.
if we will just believe in ourselves
You’re actually talking about action, but this is poppycock. “Believing in ourselves” and $2.50 will get you a basic coffee at Dunkin’. It might get you a spot in the school play. But, if you stop there, it won’t even get you left alone. If you truly believe in something then you should act in accordance with the belief.
We can push back and we can win without taking to the streets
Maybe. I’ll address at the end.
look at the books they are given in school
No. Pull your kids out of the public progressive indoctrination centers and educate them yourselves. Homeschool. Yes, it’s work, but there are LOADS of people around who can help you make it successful. Actually raise your own dang kids! Don’t outsource it to the education ‘experts’.
Get one new person to vote.
ONLY if you have ensured that person has the critical reasoning faculties and the right religion (conservative Judeo-Christian – and they actually believe and practice it; perhaps some others who have successfully fought off the progressive indoctrination). Otherwise you’re simply adding to the pool of comfort and security voters. See below.
That means bringing investigations into all who have lied before Congress and openly violated the system of justice we believe in.
That will never happen. Those elected have a vested interest in not stringing up their opponents, just in case they lose the next election. We have passed the point where we could conceivably get enough honest politicians (HA!) in the legislature to achieve that. No, if you want actual justice, you will wait patiently on the Lord while you try to change the system, or you will have to convince a number of citizens to help you mete it out personally.
remember these rules
Yes, up to a point. Let them know in no uncertain terms that you will not accept slander or calumny from them. Require them to back up everything they say with evidence, and define that as facts. (Remind them, and yourself, that the plural of ‘anecdote’ is not ‘data’.) And in a lot of cases you will need to offend. Remember that the truth is a stumbling block to those who oppose us, and you need to actually make them stumble over it and bloody their nose in the fall.
Only we, the citizens of America can stop them.
YES! This is where I agree with the essence of your statement. WE are the government of our country. It has fallen into its current dissolute state because we, the people, stopped actually believing in the founding ideals, and stopped wanting to be bothered by those pesky things like governing ourselves.
If you want to save this country, you must do a few things before you ever get to the above ideas.
First, you must re-educate yourself on the founding ideals. Don’t read modern expositions of it (though some are excellent) but go read the originals – Federalist Papers, DoI, Constitution, speeches pertaining to the War of Independence. Throw off the corrosion of any progressive mal-education you may have acquired (and that goes back over 100 years, so don’t think you’re immune because you’re ‘old’) and reinforce the Judeo-Christian morals that underpinned the enlightenment and recapture the Judeo-Christian assumptions about human nature and our world.
Second, go out and evangelize. Convince people out there that this worldview which you hold sacred (and if you don’t, go repeat the first step) is really the truth. Get them to read the founders and the works that informed them. (Yes, one of those is the Bible. If you reject that, you reject the very thing that made Western Civilization.)
Third, prepare for a different outcome. Steel yourself against the coming persecution – because persecution it will be, for Christians and ‘Christian-adjacent’ alike. And decide now if you will passively go to the dungeons or if you will declare “I bow to no man and will rather die on my feet than live on my knees!” Learn to fight, if you decide that is the course you will take. And do not disparage those who choose to fight if you choose passive resistance, instead. But, at a minimum, decide NOW that, no matter how you resist, you will live free even if they chain your body.
Yes, YOU MUST BELIEVE. And, then, YOU MUST ACT to change the world around you by changing the hearts and minds of your fellow Americans. Otherwise voting is just a ritual, like making the sign of the cross or going to Wendy’s every Friday afternoon for lunch.
RE: “Those elected have a vested interest in not stringing up their opponents, just in case they lose the next election. We have passed the point where we could conceivably get enough honest politicians (HA!) in the legislature to achieve that.”
That is a strong statement in support of the ideas expressed. With 74 million Trump votes admitted last year, imagine if even one out of four brought a new voter next year. I don’t think the dems could cheat pat that sort of turn out.
“chest past”
Oh my – what fat fingers I have – and so quick to hit ‘post’, too. How about; “I don’t think the dems could CHEAT PAST that sort of turn out.”
