Consequences are at play with this news. The Boulder terrorist’s wife and five kids are now in ICE custody and will be deported.

The wife and children of Boulder, Colorado, terrorism suspect Mohamed Soliman are in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the family is being processed for expedited removal, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

“We are investigating to what extent his family knew about this heinous attack, if they had knowledge of it, or if they provided support to it,” Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said Tuesday. “I am continuing to pray for the victims of this attack and their families. Justice will be served.”

You know what? I’m totally fine with their deportation. They were already here illegally, and thus have no right to stay. However, I would hope the DHS and ICE authorities investigate thoroughly to make sure the guy’s wife did NOT know of his plans.

It’s a little difficult for me to believe she didn’t know anything. Especially since the terrorist admitted to authorities that he’s been planning this attack for a year. 

The man suspected of injuring 12 people in an attack in Boulder is in jail on a $10 million bond.

Mohamed Soliman is facing 16 state counts of attempted murder, 18 others related to the use of an incendiary device, and a federal hate crime charge. The FBI states that Soliman threw Molotov cocktails and used a makeshift flamethrower against a crowd of pro-Israel demonstrators Sunday afternoon at Pearl Street Mall.

“He said he wanted them all to die. He had no regrets, and he would go back and do it again,” said J. Bishop Grewell with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado.

In arrest papers obtained by 11 News, Boulder Police said Soliman told investigators he planned the attack for more than a year. Soliman allegedly added during that interview that he took a concealed carry class to learn how to shoot a gun but told officers he could not purchase a firearm due to his immigration status.

As many reports have pointed out, this terrorist was here illegally, but was handed ‘yes you get to stay here no questions asked’ Visas from the Biden Administration. It was under that protective umbrella that he started plotting this attack. 

Given that he had 18 molotov cocktails and that backpack filled with flammable fuel, I am skeptical that his wife didn’t have any idea of what he was planning. Furthermore, do you think he kept quiet about not being allowed to purchase a gun because he’s here illegally? I highly doubt that. 

The suspect allegedly told police he hated Jewish people and wanted to “kill all Zionist people” as he targeted participants of the Run For Their Lives event, which was organized to show solidarity for the Israeli hostages in Gaza.

Soliman reportedly shouted, “Free Palestine!,” as he sprayed members of the group with 87 octane gasoline from a garden hose he had fashioned into a makeshift flamethrower.

Of the 12 people injured, eight victims — four men and four women between the ages of 52 and 88 — were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Soliman remains in custody and is charged with federal hate crimes and 16 counts of attempted first-degree murder. He faces up to 624 years behind bars if convicted.

Again, I fail to see how his wife DIDN’T have clue that something was up. 

Meanwhile, even as the media and politicians work overtime trying to NOT call this a terror attack, you can darned well bet they will clutch all the pearls over the family’s potential deportation.

Jamie Raskin and David Axelrod tried to make this about gun control while ignoring the reality that CURRENT gun laws kept this terrorist from legally obtaining one. Thankfully, he didn’t get hold of any guns through the black market. 

During the Biden Administration, there were never any consequences for illegals who go on to commit additional crimes. That has changed, with this terrorist in custody and his family about to be deported. 

In light of yesterday’s horrific attack, all terrorists, their family members, and terrorist sympathizers here on a visa should know that under the Trump Administration we will find you, revoke your visa, and deport you.

The Squad is getting correctly dragged for their tepid response to this terrorist attack. Especially given their avid support for the campus protestors. Yes, I’m looking at you and your daughter, Ilhan. Meanwhile, will AOC hold a sob fest over the terrorist’s family being deported? I wouldn’t put it past her. 

They are happily engaged in ignoring the fact that this terrorist, here illegally, made his motive abundantly clear and has been found to be an advocate for the terror group, Muslim Brotherhood. Yet ABC News, for some unknown reason, put “act of terrorism” in quotes. Nice language parsing that.

Now, there are actual consequences. He is facing 600+ years in prison and his family will be deported. I’m totally fine with this.
