Everyone has to have a guilty pleasure, including a busy Brooklyn doctor of a major New York kidney clinic. Enter Dr. Pravin Bhat. He’s a lovely person, as you will see.

Doctor Bhat is the medical director at a major New York City kidney clinic but has moonlighted under the X handle, @PravocAuter, has since locked up his account and all hateful material from within. The good doctor has to deem you worthy to see his hate. He’s “the Nephologist (SIC) driving around Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx, blazing the ol’ Boom Bap out of a fly whip, refer to MAGA in vermin-like terms cuz, why not?”

First off, he’s a DOCTOR of NEPHROLOGY. He earned a PhD. And, he misspells his specialty?

Bhat has worked for Atlantic Dialysis Medical Services since May 2019, according to his LinkedIn. The company is co-owned by his father, Jodumutt Ganesh Bhat, and Nirmal Mattoo, both of whom are also nephrologists.

Pravin Bhat is also affiliated with Mattoo & Bhat Medical Associates, P.C., a nephrology practice started by his father and Mattoo.
In 2015, Mattoo & Bhat Medical Associates was busted for Medicare fraud and forced to pay a $1.15 million fine, according to a Department of Justice press release.
Atlantic Dialysis Management Services is deeply enmeshed in New York City’s medical industry. In July 2012, the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC), which operates the city’s public hospitals, announced a nine-year agreement to outsource dialysis services for New Yorkers to Atlantic Dialysis at a cost of up to $83 million, according to a press release.

So, he works for his daddy. And, they’re a bunch of fraudsters. Shocker. As far as blazing the ol’ Boom Bap? Allow me to guess. This guy put Rama Duwaji’s playlist on shuffle. He may even have some of her husband’s greatest hits on there from when Zohran did a stint as a rapper.

And, of course, he’s driving around in some sort of “fly whip”, douchemobile blaring out hate and calling MAGA, or anyone he deems to be MAGA, vermin or other terms. But it’s not only MAGA this entitled doctor holds contempt for, as you will see. Note, language NSFW:

Classy. Mr. Bhat is from India. This is how he feels about kids from India. They’re filthy, he says. Nevermind checking his own rotted-out brain for the scum and filth that floats around in it on the daily. And calling a critic an “AIDS-riddled penis”. Is he a clever provocateur?

No, he’s just foul. His profile photo on X features him donning a Knicks hat-the self-described image as “the face of someone who jizzed on your mom”.

Oh, my. Anyone want this guy treating grandma right now? For certain, not, especially if she’s Jewish:

In October 2025, Bhat called Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu ‘the jewish polish equivalent of hitler.’ Just weeks after Hamas’s Oct 7, 2023, terrorist attacks, which killed more than 1,200 people, Bhat accused Jews of playing the ‘victim card.'”-The Washington Free Beacon

Yep. Those raped and sodomized and had their body parts literally sliced off by Hamas terrorists were playing the “victim card”. Sure, you filthy bastard.

But Doctor Bhat does not hate ALL women with the heat of a thousand suns. Just MAGA women and Jewish women. He loves him some Jasmine Crockett. In fact, back in December last year when Rep. Wesley Hunt, a black Republican congressman from Texas announced his debate with Rep. Jasmine Crockett, Dr. Bhat chimed in with an enthusiastic, “she’ll f*ck you up, c*on”. He’ll also come to the defense of Ilhan Omar and call any woman with criticizes her (Nancy Mace in his case), a “c*nt”. When Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R., Fla.) criticized Zohran Mamdani on X, he called her a “b*tch”. He also loves him some Nancy Pelosi (donated to the then House Speaker) and Rama Duwaji (he donated to her husband’s NYC campaign). Don’t come after Rama. He’ll call you a “disease-riddled penis”.

In fact, Dr. Bhat has thrown in the word “penis” several times in his commentary. Tourettes? It’s doubtful. Forgive me for being a tad vulgar, but all of this obsession with male parts and “jizzing” on Bhat’s behalf makes me wonder if there’s not something else going on with this guy. Very Freudian, I’d say. Closet homosexuality, maybe? Mommy issues? And he’s driving around in a “fly whip” to top it all off? For sure, sounds like some erectile dysfunction or d*ck size issues to me. I may just be being a mean girl but the receipts don’t lie:

Bhat has also often attacked conservative men—such as Buck Sexton and Gunther Eagleman—by accusing them with no verification of being closeted homosexuals.

He has been similarly crude and unsparing to President Donald Trump and top officials.

Get yourself a doctor who works for his daddy and calls women c*nts. You’ll need that Medicare fraud money to pay your rent and taxes in Manhattan soon. Word on the street is he’s also got a “fly whip” and some rad tunes.
