Anyone watching the Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris, right now, cannot help but be impressed… by her utter ineptitude.

Harris went to Poland in an attempt to be the face of the Biden administration – especially in the wake of the MIG-29 fighter jet deal that Joe Biden personally killed – and was tasked with smoothing over relations between the United States and Poland, while showing the countries of Eastern Europe that the United States cared enough to send their very best the vice president.

Kamala Harris failed to do much of anything, and the impression she left behind was not a positive one.

It was so bad, in fact, that even a former Zelensky spokeswoman zinged her (and then deleted it, but the internet is forever).

Kamala Harris did a press conference with the Polish president Thursday in Poland, in which she was asked what the United States would be doing to help out with the Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war-torn country. She then cackled, as though that was the funniest thing ever, then sort of mocked Ukraine by declaring “a friend in need is a friend indeed,” and passed the question off to the Polish president who doesn’t speak for the U.S. But apparently, neither does Harris; she just deflects.”

But the former press secretary for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky saw Harris’ press conference and said on Twitter–probably–what a lot of people are thinking, “It would be a tragedy if this woman won the presidency,’ Iuliia Mendel, who served in Zelensky’s administration from June 2019 until July 2021, wrote before deleting the post.”

Nothing about this was funny. Mendel and other Ukrainians know that first-hand. Harris also seemed to not even know where she was, making a word salad and confusing which “flank” she was on, as she said the north, and then corrected it to the east. The problem is this isn’t the first time, and when she’s thrown out on the world stage, it magnifies all her issues. Then that makes everyone doubt the U.S., with someone like that in such a high position.”

As we have been pointing out for quite a while on this blog, Kamala Harris was a terrible choice for vice president. One only had to look at her failed presidential campaign to realize just how painfully unqualified she was – and now she is one fall down the stairs away from being president herself. And yet, if you point out her failures, the women of “The View” think you are a RACIST because how DARE you criticize a woman of color, no matter how incompetent she is! Intersectionality über alles!!!

Former Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham dared to suggest that Harris was “underprepared with some of the questions” or “not expecting the questions” and suggested it could be a staffing issue.”

This immediately brought on Hostin’s wrath. She wouldn’t even look at Grisham as she bitterly defended the Vice President from fair criticism:

HOSTIN: What it is they constantly question the qualifications of black women, and that’s why people are saying that she’s unprepared.”

GRISHAM: Oh, I disagree. I think she’s a very accomplished woman.”

HOSTIN: You can disagree, but that’s the truth of it. So, this is based in racism. This is based in misogyny.”

Hostin’s defense quickly devolved into asserting that Harris is the most qualified and well-prepared VP in history.”

“And we’re talking about a woman that has extensive experience abroad, extensive experience as an attorney, extensive experience as the chief legal officer of one of our largest states in the country,” she declared. “She is prepared, she is seasoned. Abroad she gets wonderful marks across the board, but this is just something that I think happens to women and especially black women.”

Supposed conservative co-host Ana Navarro jumped in to agree and attack Harris’s critics. Dressed as “a big fat rainbow,” she chided detractors by saying that if they think she’s “not serious” or “not qualified, then you should go qualify your heart and qualify your opinions.”

Behar appeared to have an epiphany as she explained that she just realized that the right could be criticizing Harris because the left had ruthlessly criticized 2008 VP nominee Sarah Palin. “We went after her. We were hard on her. We were hard on her, and now the right wants to be hard on Kamala. It’s possible,” she said. “I just thought of that this minute.”

Joy Behar had an epiphany that criticism from the right of Kamala and Dem SCOTUS nominees was payback for them doing it first.

Even Kamala Harris’s own STAFF has pointed out that she never reads her briefs and constantly tries to “wing” it. Per “The View,” they must all be misogynists and racists. Sigh. This excuse is SO old, worn, and tired, it’s not even mildly amusing any more. And then for Joy Behar to “suddenly” realize that “turnabout is fair play”? Spare me.

The hard truth is that Kamala Harris is incompetent, and that has nothing to do with her race or her gender. Her race and her gender are how she has continually managed to fail upward, to the point that she now gets sent out to “represent” this country and embarrass us all on a global scale. There’s nothing racist or misogynistic about pointing out that Kamala Harris stinks at her job – but the women of “The View” have to keep that fiction up, in order to keep making excuses for her. Kamala Harris isn’t bad at her job – you’re just racist for noticing!

Problem is, the rest of the world isn’t buying that bill of goods – and our best chance to keep her out of the Oval Office is a senile old man who thinks angry whispering is the way to get his point across. And we have to keep putting up with them for three more years.
