A Woke Congress has proposed new rules, gender-neutral rules at that. In the midst of this lung flu rot we are dealing with, THIS is Nancy Pelosi’s priority. 

“Proposed changes to the rules of the House of Representatives would “honor all gender identities” by eliminating such specific terms as mother and father, son and daughter, and aunt and uncle.

Instead, only gender-neutral terms such as “parent,” “child,” “sibling” and “parent’s sibling” would be allowed in the text of the House rules, according to the proposed changes.”

No folks, this is not the Babylon Bee. These new rules will be considered as soon as tomorrow when the House convenes. Do you want to understand how twisted the new rules will be? Behold the changes. 

“In clause 8(c)(3) of rule XXIII, strike ‘‘father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in- law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, step- mother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, step-sister, half brother, half sister, grandson, or granddaughter’’ and insert ‘‘parent, child, sibling, parent’s sibling, first cousin, sibling’s child, spouse, parent- in-law, child-in-law, sibling-in-law, stepparent, step-child, step-sibling, half-sibling, or grandchild’’.”

In clause 15(d)(2) of rule XXIII, strike ‘‘father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, husband, wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law’’ and insert ‘‘parent, child, sibling, spouse, or parent-in-law’’

Congress and legislation would, under these rules, no longer be able to refer to anyone as himself or herself. Instead it should be themself. I kid you not. 

This is Nancy Pelosi’s Congress. These gender neutral terms and phraseology changes will also include a brand spanking new Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Because this shit matters!!

“The proposal comes as transgender and non-binary candidates are being elected around the country, progressives are gaining influence in the Democratic politics and U.S. schools and companies are adjusting policies and language to reflect society’s changing views on sexuality and gender identification.”

What a load of horse shit. These rule changes show in real time how we have our political leadership caving to the demands of the few. It started with the gender neutral bathroom crap, has led to boys identifying as girls so they can win at sports they’d NEVER excel as as boys, parents going woke to the detriment of their children, businesses turning themselves into politically correct knots to appease the social justice whiners, and now Congress, instead of putting together a budget, has decided that the first order of business is to go WOKE with this gender neutral load of bovine excrement. 

Nancy Pelosi spearheaded the House election debacle. One that left her with the slimmest of majorities since the 1800’s. Nancy Pelosi ALSO put the kibosh on any kind of relief to small businesses multiple times this summer and fall, only to wind up attempting to convince the American public that $2,000 per person in stimulus money was her idea all along! 

Nancy’s San Francisco, ‘I have an address here just so I can “say” I reside in my district’, home was vandalized over the weekend, but will that change her stance on putting gender-neutral pronouns as Congress’s top priority this next week? Not a chance. 

““Thanks to the leadership of Chairman McGovern and our Members, Democrats have crafted a package of unprecedented, bold reforms, which will make the House more accountable, transparent and effective in our work to meet the needs of the American people,” Pelosi said in a statement.”

Ice Cream Nancy is all in on social justice crap, no matter how harmful it is to our society as a whole.

Allie is absolutely correct. These proposed rule changes are championed by the few across this country who hate families and want us destroyed. These rules changes will affect lives now and into the future. We are already seeing states changing the rules on what our children can do without parental notification. In Massachusetts, the Governor had vetoed a bill that would allow girls aged 16-17 the ability to get an abortion without parental consent. The legislature just overrode that veto. 

Given that Nancy’s Congress wants to engage in twisting our language to cater to the Woke few, it’s worth taking a look at why this move doesn’t bode well for our society or laws.

Indeed. Furthermore, changing the language for Congressional rules and likely future legislation to reflect today’s new “Woke” terminology is antithetical to our families and a danger to society. 

“Not incidentally, the home of a child’s married biological parents is the very household structure that results in the lowest levels of child abuse and neglect and is our best chance to reduce the social ills plaguing children today. It’s also the adult relationship Democrats, intentionally or not, have undermined for decades. Whether by redefining marriage or the incentivization of father-absence through welfare programs, Democrat policies are at the heart of the disintegrating American family.”

This proposed new woke terminology is illuminating if only for three reasons. It should show us all that:

Congress is no longer serious about working for this Republic

Congress, by their proposal, agrees with the premise that it’s ok to force Americans into a gender-neutral stance

Democrats hate families and hate this Republic and are doing everything they can to destroy it.
