Cackling Kamala has a toxic work environment. Her staff doesn’t like her, and it shows. Per Politico, we find out just how chaotic and dysfunctional it is.

When Vice President Kamala Harris finally made the decision to visit the Mexico border last week, people inside her own office were blindsided by the news.

For days, aides and outside allies had been calling and texting with each other about the political fallout that a potential trip would entail. But when it became known that she was going to El Paso, it left many scrambling, including officials who were responsible for making travel arrangements and others outside the VP’s office charged with crafting the messaging across the administration.

Keep in mind, for those who didn’t watch closely during Kamala’s short-lived Presidential campaign, this type of dysfunction isn’t new. Via Legal Insurrection we are reminded of just how toxic it is to work for Cackling Kamala. This resignation letter from Kelly Mehlenbacher, Harris’ former state operations director should’ve served as a warning to the Biden campaign. 

Instead, the Biden team chose…poorly. And now they have to deal with a Vice President who is massively incompetent and is fostering a toxic work environment. So much so that her office isn’t staffed up near where it should be, and two key people have submitted their resignations. 

The departures come as the administration has put out a broad call for “advance associates” to help Ms. Harris and her husband, Douglas Emhoff, with a big push of vaccine-related travel in the summer months. The vice president’s office, according to a person familiar with its hiring, is currently short on travel support staff, and the call for advance associates came as the administration has also been planning Ms. Harris’s high-stakes trip to the southern border. That trip was announced Wednesday amid mounting pressure from conservatives and is scheduled days before former President Donald J. Trump also plans to visit the border with a group of House Republicans and Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas.

The Biden administration is trying to recruit advance associates — an unpaid position where travel expenses are paid for or reimbursed by the government — to help staff and manage the travel of Ms. Harris and her husband. They also asked anyone who previously served as an advance associate to “consider doing so again.”

I have to wonder how many people have submitted applications? I mean, when you look at the fact that Kamala has been tasked with multiple jobs by Biden, yet only makes an appearance when it is absolutely necessary, would YOU want to work for her? Or, be the one scrambling to pick up the pieces after yet another disastrous interview or speech?

Oh wait, all of those stumbles are fine. Not to worry. Let’s just make her job EASIER and all these issues, including the toxic work environment Cackling Kamala has fostered will disappear.

Ezra…handing Kamala cream puff issues won’t fix the key problem with Kamala. She’s unlikable, incompetent, and a complete detriment to the Biden Administration. Furthermore, the idea of babying Kamala along so she can magically get hoisted over the Presidential finish line is jaw-droppingly bigoted. 

Klein’s excuse for wanting Harris to not have to face the toughest trials is, of course, that the public is racist and they’re not ready for a black, woman executive in the Oval Office. But we can counter that racism, Klein says, by giving her easy jobs that come with easy success. That way, Harris can be a winner, even if she’s only playing checkers and the game of chess is still out of reach.

Am I standing up for the Biden Administration? No, absolutely not. The Biden team made their choice and now they have to live with it. 

I know a California Dem, a very experienced and sober person, someone who doesn't exaggerate or even talk to reporters to get "their angle" into the news, just puts their head down and does the work…and this person told me Harris' office was just a nightmare to work in.

The entire Biden Administration is dysfunctional. This news about Cackling Kamala and her staff not liking her, is not new news. Kamala has never fostered a good viable working environment…ever. 

Cackling Kamala’s staff doesn’t like her either. That’s worrisome and funny all at the same time. A toxic dysfunctional White House and Administration puts this country at risk on both the domestic and international level.
