Are Black Men Despised By Kamala Harris And The Democrat Party?

For years, the Democrat Party has assumed they own the Black vote. The pandering the Party has always done, to me, seemed overt and infantilizing. Why couldn’t everyone see it? The other day, I listened to The Shade Room with Kamala Harris right after she announced her “new economic agenda for Black Men”. Like her Shade Room interview, the agenda is utterly condescending. Do Kamala Harris and the Democrat Party despise Black Men?

We expect Old Joe Biden to show his racism. He always has. Remember when he told Charlamagne Tha God:

“You can’t do that to black media,” Charlamagne protested.

“I can do that to white media and black media because my wife has to go on at six o’clock,” Biden replied. Charlamagne, visibly peeved, told Biden he ought to pick up the conversation again down the line because “it’s a long way to November, we’ve got more questions.”

“You’ve got more questions,” Biden said. “I’ll tell you, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or for Trump, then you ain’t black.”

What crust! Joe Biden telling Charlamagne Tha God that not voting for Biden meant “you ain’t black”. Speaking of crust, Kamala’s plan is condescending, demeaning and racist, to me.

This cycle, we have former President Barack Obama reprimanding Black Men for not jumping up to vote for Kamala:

Cringe!

In case you haven’t seen it, from Blavity, here is Kamala Harris’s “New Economic Agenda for Black Men”:

Promising to “deliver for Black men,” the Harris campaign’s wide-ranging set of economic policies proclaimed that “she knows that Black men have long felt that too often their voice in our political process has gone unheard and that there is so much untapped ambition and leadership within the Black male community.” The announcement detailed a five-point set of policies aimed at specifically or disproportionately benefiting Black men. First was a pledge to provide 1 million new loans, fully forgivable, of up to $20,000 for Black entrepreneurs and others, through a partnership with the Small Business Administration as well as banks and other entities.

Second, Harris has pledged to increase “education, training, and mentorship programs that help Black men get good-paying jobs in high-demand industries and lead their communities,” per a news release. The plan specifically focused on plans, among other opportunities, to increase the number of Black male teachers, who currently make up only 1% of all public school teachers. Other priorities include regulating cryptocurrency and legalizing recreational marijuana — and creating conditions for Black men to successfully invest in these young and growing industries. The announcement also focused on Harris’ policies to reduce the prices of health care, groceries, housing and child care, all of which disproportionately impact Black people.

I cannot get over these words: “Other priorities include regulating cryptocurrency and legalizing recreational marijuana — and creating conditions for Black men to successfully invest in these young and growing industries.” Selling legal pot is a “Black Job”?

Yikes! Can you say condescending? Just the News covered this agenda:

Harris posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, a call to legalize recreational marijuana and specifically said the policy would help Black men.

“Breaking down unjust barriers that hold Black men and other Americans back and making sure Black Americans have opportunities to succeed as the market place takes shape,” Harris said, adding that “no one should go to jail for smoking weed.”

One commenter on X remarked, “All Black People DON’T smoke weed…Other races smoke weed too; I don’t think you understand how insulting this post is!”

The more common pushback, though, came from critics pointing out that Harris actively prosecuted marijuana-related crimes during her time as attorney general in California.

She prosecuted a couple thousand marijuana-related crimes.

Adam B. Coleman (@wrong_speak on X) wrote “Black Americans are the only racial demographic told rather than persuaded how to vote.”.

I stopped blindly supporting Democrats for many reasons, but their obsession with identity politics tops the list.

Race has always been a component of political discussion. But even as a black man, it always seemed to me like an appetizer, not the entrée. Now instead of aiming for common-sense policies that benefit the most people, Democrats carve out niche superficial interests that benefit barely anyone. Kamala Harris is both a beneficiary and the perpetrator of the Democrat Party’s identity infatuation.

Harris plays the identity politics game, pretending she’s authentic but changing her accent and mannerisms whenever she enters a different environment. However, when you question the substance of her advocacy and question her authenticity, especially as a black man, you’re the one who will be chastised for attempting to treat her the same way as any other person who is seeking power in office.

Democrats have sorted and slotted all of us, White, Black, Asian, Indian or Pacific Islander. We are not permitted to leave or even question our boxes OR question their decisions. Too bad, your masters, the Elites have spoken and chosen your portion.

The best reaction to the tone-deaf, racist agenda that Kamala Harris has put out comes from Charles Payne. It is righteous and glorious:

The Democrat Party and Kamala Harris hate all of us. Black Men are just feeling their ire now.

Not to mention that if a “loan” is “fully forgivable”, it is NOT a loan, it is a handout. (one might also call it a bribe)…

I’ve watched the “Plantation Mentality” of the Democrat Party since 1970 as a 21-year-old voter. It was obvious to me that the Dems needed the African-American vote, promising everything but delivering nothing except misery to the inner cities. I started back then as a liberal, but the Democrat Party moved further left than me. How much more does the African-American Community have to take before they realize the Dems are never going to do anything to improve the lives of inner city denizens?

It’s been well known for decades what LBJ said to get the dems to pass civil rights legislation. He meant every word, and the dems that voted for it only did so because they knew he was right. They DAMN sure didn’t do it because it was the right thing to do.

That comment should have been used by the republicans as a campaign ad ever since it came to light, but for some reason, they don’t have the balls to do so..
