Trump Deportation Order Targets Criminal Illegal Alien Mom [VIDEO]

Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos is in the custody of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) today. President Donald Trump’s Executive Order and campaign promises to deport criminal illegal aliens appear to be the impetus for the detainment of Garcia de Rayos and her likely deportation.

Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos in ICE custody

In April, 2015, Kate Steinle was killed by a criminal illegal alien with multiple deportations. Her murder was part of the galvanizing process that led Donald Trump to announce his candidacy for the Presidency in June, 2015. Donald Trump began his campaign for President with a promise to deport criminal illegal aliens, build the wall and stop terrorism at the border.

Mrs. Garcia de Rayos may not seem to be a threat to the United States of America. She is unlikely to ever murder anyone. She has been in the United States for 22 years, is married and is the mother of two teenagers.

It tugs at the heartstrings to think that a hardworking wife and mother should be kicked out of this country. Immigration is the backbone of this country. Diversity makes this country great. Blah, blah, blah….can’t you hear the talking heads repeating this? And, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton or Elizabeth Warren will say “Those aren’t our values” and “That’s not who we are”. You can hear that, too, in your head.

Oh, yes, it is. That’s exactly who we are. President Gerald Ford was not the first to say it but:

“My fellow Americans, our long national nightmare is over. Our Constitution works. Our great Republic is a government of laws and not of men. Here the people rule.”

Gaudalupe Garcia entered this country illegally, at Nogales, NM, at the age of 14. Mrs. Garcia de Rayos is married to another illegal alien. Her two children were born in the United States and are citizens.

Guadalupe was picked up in an ICE raid at her employer’s in 2008, took a guilty plea for identity theft (a felony) in 2009. She was using a stolen identity to work. If you are counting, that’s two crimes. She illegally entered the country and then stole someone else’s identity to work.

Mrs. Garcia de Rayos has been fighting deportation since 2013 (the Obama years). She has been checking in with ICE regularly as required. Yesterday, February 8, 2017, she was detained.

Naturally, the activists were on hand. Almost like they expected this or something. Check out this quote from New York Magazine:

“We all knew something could be different this time with the new administration,” Carlos Garcia, director of the immigrant advocacy group Puente Arizona, told the Los Angeles Times. “She went in with the lawyer and didn’t come out. That was pretty much all there was.”

Puente volunteers accompanied Garcia de Rayos to the ICE office, and dozens of activists held a prayer vigil for her on Wednesday evening. Later, protesters blocked the gates around the building in an effort to prevent several vans and a bus from leaving. They held up a van holding Garcia de Rayos for about an hour, but later ICE vehicles were able to leave from a different exit.

Expect lots more of these sob stories. Especially when Mrs. Garcia de Rayos is deported. There will be the standard “weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth“. I am sorry for Mrs. Garcia de Rayos, but all of her problems are of her own making. She has been on notice. President Donald Trump has no responsibility for Guadalupe’s predicament.

Stay tuned. Victory Girls will update this story as needed.

I think she’s small potatoes and I was surprised. I expected to see tatted up gang members hauled out. Not moms who raised her kids to be Americans. Perhaps Trump will give this one a break and it’s just a way to get folks moving forward with their effort to become citizens. Sounds like they’d better get to it!

She had been on notice during the Obama years. She was ordered deported in 2013. I am sorry, but she is a criminal. They immigration activists are pulling at our heartstrings with a mother….

This is the common tactic – use compassion to override the rule of law. Which leads directly to Rule of Man, instead.
We shouldn’t let a mom who murders her husband out of jail “for the kids”, nor a mother who robbed the QuikyMart, nor a mother who kited checks, nor a mother who accidentally ran over a jogger because she couldn’t pay attention to her driving, etc. It’s unfortunate that the kids will have to deal with the ramifications, but the state should not be in the business of “compassion”. It should focus on absolute equality under the law. Charity organizations and relatives will take care of the kids and provide the compassion.

    Cindy,

the problem is, it’s highly unlikely that two illegals are raising their kids to be ” Americans” much more likely that they’re raising them to be mexicans in America… this anchor baby crap has to end. If at least one of our parents is not a citizen, then you shouldn’t be either… it’s insane that they just have to sneak over the border, and pop out a kid that’s now a citizen. There was a time that such laws made sense, most everyone was an immigrant ( LEGAL), and our country was small, ut today, it’s just a way to scam the system, and needs to be changed!

    • GWB says:

And, stopping the “anchor baby” citizenship would help solve some of that “compassion” issue, too. Because they wouldn’t be Americans, we could simply keep the parents and kids together as they’re deported.

Yes, it sucks to deport people with an established life and such. But I hold the compassionate “liberals” accountable for that, because “law & order” shouldn’t have let them become established in the first place.

      • SFC D says:

There’s nothing stopping her from taking her kids with her. The kids won’t be deported, no one is forcing her to leave her children in the US. It’s her choice.

        • GWB says:

Correct. But it’s the argument of the “compassionate” folks. (And, it’s a bit understandable from a compassion point of view – the kids are citizens and should not be “forced” to live elsewhere.) If you remove “anchor baby” citizenship, then you eliminate that argument altogether. You simply deport the whole family.

  • GWB says:

If you are counting, that’s two crimes.

Well…. Entering the country illegally is actually a civil offense, not a criminal one. Much like the difference between a speeding ticket and a felony reckless driving charge. As to whether it *should* be a civil offense, is a different story.

And, as several people were fond of saying during the 0bama years: when they’re having a prayer vigil/protest about “rights” of illegal aliens (waving Mexican flags and such), you really shouldn’t have any trouble finding some of those 11 million people we need to deport.

    • Scott says:

Very true! why don’t we adopt the mexican immigration laws… if you’re not a citizen, it’s illegal to take part in any political activities.. try waving an american flag during a protest in mexico.. you’d be arrested immediately…
