Something is up…or down with ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising platform that has been in existence since 2004, is imploding.

This is the fundraising platform that has funneled money to a multitude of Democrat PACs as well as the candidates themselves. For example, in 2024, the Harris for President and Harris Victory Fund received $234, 987,949 and $204,142,162 respectively. And, as we all know, Kamala burned through that like a raging wildfire in 120 days ending with her loss in November.

But even prior to that, ActBlue’s fundraising and then funding of organizations raised eyebrows and red flags. Just as Kamala did with her ask which is still up and running, ActBlue has funded the Minnesota Bail Fund. A bail fund that saw people getting bailed out with no questions asked as to if they SHOULD be bailed out or not.

Lewin, the fund’s former interim executive director, said in August 2020 that a defendant’s charges had no bearing on whether or not he would fork over donated funds to secure their release, a policy that had deadly consequences for Minnesotans.

“I often don’t even look at a charge when I bail someone out,” Lewin said. “I will see it after I pay the bill because it is not the point. The point is the system we are fighting.”

This democrat fundraising behemoth has raked in millions over the years. $1 BILLION in 2019, $141 million in April 2020, and millions more through the rest of the year once the George Floyd riots took off. In fact, Biden’s 2020 campaign was the recipient of nearly $650 million.

ActBlue was raking in tons of cash. And if some of that largess seemed sketchy, it was. Campus protestors have been funded indirectly by ActBlue via George Soros Tides Foundation. There have been credible reports of smurfing using non-existent donors.

Then there was the ‘we didn’t block the use of foreign gift cards until we got caught’ admission.

Given the timing of Data Republican’s post on X, this news from the New York Times is really interesting!

ActBlue, the online fund-raising organization that powers Democratic candidates, has plunged into turmoil, with at least seven senior officials resigning late last month and a remaining lawyer suggesting he faced internal retaliation.

The exodus has set off deep concerns about ActBlue’s future. Last week, two unions representing the group’s workers sent a blistering letter to ActBlue’s board of directors that listed the seven officials who had left. The letter described an “alarming pattern” of departures that was “eroding our confidence in the stability of the organization.”

Having seven senior officials just up and leave within less than a month should be a red flag. The fact that the not one but TWO unions within the organization (yes, I’m laughing at that part) are wringing their hands over this is another red flag.

As is the tone and verbiage in a letter from one of the attorneys who left the building.

As these people left, Zain Ahmad, who was the last remaining lawyer in the ActBlue general counsel’s office, wrote in an internal Slack message on Feb. 26 that his access to email and other internal platforms had been cut off and that other messages he had posted in Slack had been deleted, according to a screenshot obtained by The New York Times. Mr. Ahmad is now on leave from ActBlue, according to a person briefed on the group’s staffing.

“Please be advised that we have Anti-Retaliation and Whistleblower Policies for a reason,” Mr. Ahmad wrote.

Ohhhhh. Do we have enough popcorn for this? Somehow I don’t think invoking whistleblower policies was an accident.

Via streiff at RedState, this explanation does make some sense.

I have no information on this subject but ….

In my experience, this kind of thing starts to happen a large businesses with shady operating practices when law enforcement starts to make contact with senior officials about want to ask them some questions.

That leads to lawyers getting involved.

That leads to lawyers telling their clients that it would be in their interest to part ways with the enterprise.

The timing of all of this given the expansion of investigations into the smurfing allegations is quite interesting.

Needless to say, this is one gigantic spigot of money that has suddenly dried up. The question is, where did all the money come from? It seems those who are quickly abandoning ship are hoping they don’t have to answer that question. Not only that, but when one person actually throws out the term whistleblower, something is brewing behind the scenes.

ActBlue was THE fundraising platform for the Democrat party. And now it’s imploding. It will be quite interesting to see what the flow of money REALLY looks like over the next few months.

    Let me guess:

The USAID funding of NGOs was cut off.
The new head of USAID has ordered audits to trace where the funds went and what they were spent on.
The new head of USAID is talking about criminal referrals.

You don’t think all that money was spent overseas in non- partisan projects do you?
