Trump Mugshot And The Fulton County Circus

Well, it’s official. We have a Presidential mugshot and a gleeful district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia just salivating over her gotcha moment. Likewise the media and Democrats (one and the same) are insanely giddy.

The mug shot of Donald Trump instantly became one of the most iconic images of anyone who served as commander in chief.

Inmate No. P01135809 stares out of the booking photo, his face like stone. It’s impossible to know what Trump is feeling. But the image, taken after his motorcade drove into the Fulton County Jail, does not radiate his trademark bravado. His eyes bore into you. And the seal of the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in a top corner is a reminder that Trump, for all his former power, is beholden to a process where he cannot control his own fate.

Donald Trump and others have been indicted on RICO charges for daring to question the electoral process, or send text messages to each other. Fani Willis, the District Attorney, is certainly basking in her fifteen minutes of dubious glory.

Of course the media will run cover for her! She’s going to be THE KEY in getting Trump. She’s already gotten a mugshot of him, so next stop will be trial, conviction, and jail time.

Willis made a surprise decision on Thursday and asked for an Oct. 23 trial start date for Trump and his co-defendants.

The district attorney had stated she intended to try all 19 defendants together. Willis had also said since the indictment earlier this month that her team of prosecutors would need roughly six months before a trial could start. Now, she has had to modify her schedule rapidly.

The proposed October date comes after co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro asked for a speedy trial. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee responded on Thursday afternoon, agreeing to the early trial start for Chesebro alone, for now.

Arraignments are already slated to begin next week and run through Sept. 8. McAfee issued a scheduling order for Chesebro’s case, specifically: Chesebro would be arraigned on Sept. 6, and discovery from all parties would be due on Sept. 30.

Under Georgia law, defendants who make demands for a speedy trial in Fulton County are supposed to go to trial within four months. If not, it could be grounds for dismissing the charges altogether.

Easy peasy! That’s what they want us to believe.

They don’t want us fighting back on this. And you can darned well bet that the Trump team making bank off of mugshot merchandise is throwing their shorts in a knot.

Well, guess what kiddies. You handed him that gift on a whopping silver platter. Of course he’s going to run with it. By late last evening the store was open.

The new line of mugshot-inspired gear appeared on Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign site Thursday night shortly after the photo taken at an Atlanta jail was released to the public.

The products include T-shirts and long-sleeve shirts for $34, a $25 coffee mug, and a $15 beer Koozies.

The tagline under the mugshot on the official MAGA gear states “NEVER SURRENDER!” in all caps, despite the fact that Trump, 77, did in fact surrender on Thursday before he was released on a $200,000 bond.

He might’ve surrendered on this skirmish, but there are many battles ahead.

And Donald Trump is now back on Twitter/X.

Suddenly, his audience and reach skyrocketed. Which is absolutely what the Democrats DON’T want. Yet, this is what they’ve built.

They built this circus. And, to Fulton County, Georgia they will come. What a sad and infuriating chapter for our Republic. Especially when it is glaringly evident that those pushing for this have a “get Trump at all costs” ax to grind.

Folks, the new narrative is that NO ONE is allowed to question election results unless we are told it is ok to do so. Except that goes entirely against our Constitutional rights.

We DO have the right to double and triple check that our own ballots were counted properly.

We DO have the right to question the security of the voting systems.

We DO have the right to question if all those who voted are actually ELIGIBLE American voters.

That questioning played out for months in the year 2000 between Al Gore and George Bush. It has happened on multiple occasions since that time. But now, since 2020, we are told we aren’t allowed to question anything about our votes or the process. But we can and we should.

Every general election since 2004 has seen between 120–130 million total votes. The 2020 election reportedly saw 155 million votes. There were roughly 168 million registered voters in 2020, which means that voter turnout in 2020 was an astonishing 92%. This is statistically improbable when you consider that countries such as Australia institute compulsory voting, which mandates that citizens vote or pay a fine.

Yet its most recent turnout rate was in the high 80s. America voluntarily outpacing a nation that financially penalizes non-voters does not pass the smell test.

Today is not a pretty day for America. The world now has the Trump mugshot in their sights, and the Fulton County circus is just beginning.

How odd that beating someone in an election almost eight years ago was the kind of crime that hounds you forever. And when nothing happens, the screeching from the Left will be amusing.

    • Kevin says:

Nothing happened because he beat Hillary Clinton. He became president. Period. Hillary conceded.

What happened is the biggest victim to slither on the face of the earth felt humiliated and walked out on a stage and uttered, “We won this election!” when he clearly (recounts, hand recounts, inspection of voting machines, double/triple checking … and N O T H I N G) lost. No one has any evidence after almost three years. Either the democrats are genius’ and can pull off the impossible or the republicans are imbeciles … actually, both are true.

The 280 pound Malignant Tumor is unable to accept he lost. The shame and humiliation is beyond what his teeny tiny brain can comprehend. He’s a damaged individual and those that follow him are just as damaged.

That’s nice, little Epsilon. And when nothing happens to him after yet another performance of THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN!, I’m sure you’ll be whining here again.

Sadly, Fani isn’t the only one who is gleeful.

  • Carol Marks says:

It is an amazing how people (on the right) are not taking this seriously.

  • Mad Celt says:

Fulton County has always been Georgias hemorrhoid.

  • Kevin says:

Yawn. Seven or eight years ago when the 280 pound Malignant Tumor slithered down the escalator, I was consumed by the spectacle. Most every word he uttered was offensive, abusive and cruel and I reacted like a chicken with its head cut off.

Today, not so much. You know why? BECAUSE IT NEVER ENDS! People are going crazy (threatening to kill politicians … on both sides), ignoring reality (explain to me again how an Italian spy satellite changed voting machines), going to prison (I haven’t paid attention but aren’t we up to like 1,000 people charged/imprisoned for January 6th), losing jobs, losing family and friends. Why? Because a narcissist has to have the spot light on him 24/7, 365.

Remind me again of the republican platform? Oh yeah, “I’m a victim and the election was stolen.”

    Good fucking luck with that.
