How many times do we have to point it out? Ilhan Omar is an out and proud anti-Semite. Yet, as noted yesterday, the House Democrats lost what little spine they had (if any) and spun up a worthless resolution that condemned everything and nothing. What does Ilhan do next? Runs a freaking victory lap.
Our nation is having a difficult conversation, but we believe this is great progress. pic.twitter.com/gSua9a8mki

WOWWWW. First of all, the original resolution was supposed to be about anti-semitism ONLY. Yet your cutesy little statement infers this was all about anti-Muslim hate??!! That’s some ballsy chutzpah right there!
Now, let’s talk about that difficult conversation shall we? Ilhan, you tweeted about Israel hypnotizing the world. You’ve singled out AIPAC and other conservative organizations stating that ‘it’s all about the Benjamins baby.’ Furthermore, all your lovely anti-semite pals (Linda Sarsour, David Duke, and others) rallied around you. Some had the absolute GALL to say that your remarks weren’t all that bad, and you are just misunderstood.
Umm NO. Your horrendous dual loyalty smear dumps that misunderstanding into the sewer.
The resolution, prior to the vote, was rewritten AGAIN to include not only the kitchen sink, but pantry and refrigerator as well.
“The measure was initially expected to condemn anti-Semitism, but it was ultimately delayed due to tensions within the Democratic caucus over the language in the resolution.
It was later revised to also condemn discrimination against “Latinos, Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders, and the LGBT” as well as “African-Americans, Native Americans, and other people of color, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, immigrants, and others.””
Yes, the resolution ended up being worthless and dishonest. Why? Because they were too damned cowardly to call Ilhan Omar out.
“Zeldin, a Jewish member of Congress who previously sparred with Omar, argued the freshman congresswoman should have been identified in the text of the resolution, noting it is not the first time the House has voted to rebuke controversial remarks that were seen as anti-Semitic.
“In January, we came to this chamber, we condemned white supremacy, we named a Republican member, we kicked that member off his committees. He can’t serve on the Small Business Committee, but this member will continue to serve on the House Foreign Affairs Committee,” he said on the floor ahead of the vote, comparing King to Omar.
“But no, now we can’t come here and just emphatically, solely, forcibly condemn anti-Semitism and name names. But if it was a Republican we would. It’s time to call out these things for what they are: pointed, bigoted, unreasonable, illegitimate, anti-Semitic.””
Lee Zeldin is absolutely correct. Steve King was called out for his hatred, and rightly so. Therefore Ilhan Omar should’ve been as well. But you see, King is a Republican and Omar is a Democrat so that’s DIFFERENT!
Liz Cheney voted against the resolution as well.
BREAKING: Liz Cheney releases a statement:
"Today’s resolution vote was a sham put forward by Democrats to avoid condemning one of their own and denouncing vile anti-Semitism."

Nancy Pelosi and ALL the Democrats who fell into lockstep on this absolutely did kowtow to the super radical left and their hatred of Israel.
Someone else who wasn’t thrilled with yesterday’s resolution? Joe Lieberman
But of course, there are others cheering this load of sewage on a stick.
You know what's REAL anti-semitism? Right-wing Evangelical Christians supporting Israel because they think it will bring about the End Times where all of the Jews die. Worst anti-Semitism in the world!

Casting slurs upon Christians for supporting Israel. Such an exceptionally gross hot take, and so very very wrong.
Yes folks, that is where we are now. The Democrats in Congress are now being led around by the radical left comprised of Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and others.
Joe Lieberman is correct. What people in public life say and do MATTERS. However, what we saw yesterday is that Nancy Pelosi and crew are more interested in retaining their power instead of doing the right thing for the American people. And, in order to keep their power, they are 100% A-OK with Ilhan Omar parading her virulent anti-semitism whenever and wherever she wants.
Something to note. Prior to her victory lap and well before the vote, this is what she tweeted out.
Meghan’s late father literally sang ‘bomb bomb bomb Iran’ and insisted on referring to his Vietnamese captors as ‘gooks’. He also, lest we forget, gave the world Sarah Palin.
So a little less faux outrage over a former refugee-turned-freshman-representative pls. https://t.co/zH6VZxBYc4

Ilhan is not sorry and never will be.
I believe Powerline’s John Hindraker is correct. Yesterday we witnessed the horrific and evil birth of the New Democrat party. A party whose slogan is this: “All Hate Doesn’t Matter And We’re Fine With That.”

If Labour in the UK is anything to go by, the anti-Semitism will destroy the Democrats electability. The Tory Government is a shambles, torn apart over Brexit. Labour should be 10-15 points ahead. Instead, they trail the Tories by 6-7, and MPs are splitting from the party.
This is very bad for Democrats and they should know it, otherwise, unless a recession, Trump will be a shoo-in in 2020
The headline has things backwards. Omar didn’t say that the resolution was a win for anti-Muslim bigotry. She said it was a victory in opposition to anti-Muslim bigotry. If the resolution had been *for* anti-Muslim bigotry, Omar would have voted against it.
The Democrats have kicked off a war between all the tribes, confident that they can win any culture war. But their coalition is just a vast collection of angry grievance-driven tribes who will turn on and eliminate each constituency one by one. That’s just how tribal mobs work. Now they’ll all have to live in fear, hoping the alligator will eat them last.
They could’ve just looked at the campus SJW warfare to see how this would turn out.
Ilhan Omar has successfully taken a page from the radical Palestinian playbook: Perpetrate something. Wait for a response. Act like the victim when the response comes. Get others to support you as a victim. Declare victory (against the ‘real perps’) in the court of public opinion. Lather, rinse, repeat.
[…] every time Ilhan Omar opened her mouth and said something horrible, just kept making excuses and allowing her to walk away from her remarks. As you can see, we have written a LOT about the congresswoman from […]
