Trump 2020 Budget Is Dead On Arrival Per Dems

President Donald J. Trump’s administration released his 2020 Budget to the predictable and entirely tedious reactions of the Vast Democrat Media Industrial Complex. You could practically hear them screaming, “People will die. People of color will suffer. The poor will starve. This is the end of the world as we know it!” These people need a new script, true fact.

Thanks to CNN.com, you can read the entire budget here. A hot minute later, Representative John Larson (D-CT) tweeted that the budget was Dead On Arrival.

Look Mr. Larson, I am going to explain this to you: Since 1969, Social Security deductions from taxpayer payroll checks have been placed into the “unified budget”, not into a “lock box”. Congress has been playing European Roulette with our money since then and losing bigly. I tell my friends to never count on getting Social Security, if they do then groovy, but have a comfortable savings.

Now, if Representative Larson weren’t playing scare tactics with his Tweet, he would be honest. Okay, politician and honest don’t go together. The truth is that the Administrative State gobbles huge chunks of money set aside in the budget for Social Security and Medicare with incompetent red tape and bureaucracy. The Administrative State doesn’t want to diet.

Overall, the Trump 2020 Budget asks for a basic five percent cut overall. I haven’t figured out whether this was a five percent flat cut overall or a five percent cut in spending growth. Huge, huge difference.

The 2020 Budget also calls for stricter “Workfare” requirements. Recipients would be required to work, be in job training, or community service for 20 hours per week in order to keep benefits. Seems very reasonable to me. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) would be cut by $220 billion, but replaced with non-perishable food boxes from farmers. This would cut down on waste, fraud and abuse. The budget also calls for 23% cut from the State Department and 31% from the Environmental Protection Agency, which is only a good start.

My favorite part is the border funding. Here is Fox News’ Kevin Corke (hottie alert):

Hale yeah, 8.6 billion for the wall, put that in your Dentyne and chew on it, San Fran Nancy Pelosi. Trump wants to engage Congress. Not possible. We need border security. Desperately. We need to secure the Southern and Northern border. We need to secure every port of entry. Full stop. Jobs, infrastructure, education. None of that matters if the country isn’t secure.

If we had real public servants in government, the ball would be in their court and they would come back with a budget of their own. A legit budget. Won’t happen. The selfish, power-mad cretins in government will punt the ball, yet again, with a Continuing Resolution. Congress hasn’t passed a full appropriations bill since 1997. Worthless pieces of sloth excrement.

The Trump 2020 Budget is Dead On Arrival and yet these human nose-hairs don’t have a workable plan of their own.

Any doubts concerning Mr. Trump’s budget proposal being deemed DOA to the “important” members of the Democrat party…before the quill even cleared the inkwell, and touched parchment?
